  9 H1497 יגזלו They pluck H7699 משׁד from the breast, H3490 יתום the fatherless H5764 ועל   H6041 עני the poor. H2254 יחבלו׃ and take a pledge

  10 H6174 ערום naked H1980 הלכו They cause to go H1097 בלי without H3830 לבושׁ clothing, H7456 ורעבים   H5375 נשׂאו and they take away H6016 עמר׃ the sheaf

  19 H518 אם If H7200 אראה I have seen H6 אובד any perish H1097 מבלי for want H3830 לבושׁ of clothing, H369 ואין without H3682 כסות covering; H34 לאביון׃ or any poor

  20 H518 אם If H3808 לא have not H1288 ברכוני blessed H2504 חלצו his loins H1488 ומגז with the fleece H3532 כבשׂי of my sheep; H2552 יתחמם׃ me, and he were warmed

  16 H376 ואישׁ any, H3808 לא Neither H3238 הונה hath oppressed H2258 חבל the pledge, H3808 לא hath not H2254 חבל withheld H1500 וגזלה by violence, H3808 לא neither H1497 גזל hath spoiled H3899 לחמו his bread H7457 לרעב to the hungry, H5414 נתן hath given H5903 וערום the naked H3680 כסה and hath covered H899 בגד׃ with a garment,

  8 H5921 ועל upon H899 בגדים clothes H2254 חבלים laid to pledge H5186 יטו And they lay down H681 אצל by H3605 כל every H4196 מזבח altar, H3196 ויין the wine H6064 ענושׁים of the condemned H8354 ישׁתו and they drink H1004 בית the house H430 אלהיהם׃ of their god.

  9 H8104 השׁמר Beware H6435 לך פן that H1961 יהיה there be H1697 דבר not a thought H5973 עם in H3824 לבבך heart, H1100 בליעל thy wicked H559 לאמר saying, H7126 קרבה is at hand; H8141 שׁנת year, H7651 השׁבע The seventh H8141 שׁנת the year H8059 השׁמטה of release, H7489 ורעה be evil H5869 עינך and thine eye H251 באחיך brother, H34 האביון against thy poor H3808 ולא him naught; H5414 תתן and thou givest H7121 לו וקרא and he cry H5921 עליך against H413 אל unto H3068 יהוה the LORD H1961 והיה thee, and it be H2399 בך חטא׃ sin

  10 H5414 נתון when thou givest H5414 תתן   H3808 לו ולא shall not H7489 ירע be grieved H3824 לבבך him, and thine heart H5414 בתתך   H3588 לו כי unto him: because that H1558 בגלל for H1697 הדבר thing H2088 הזה this H1288 יברכך shall bless H3069 יהוה   H430 אלהיך thy God H3605 בכל thee in all H4639 מעשׂך thy works, H3605 ובכל and in all H4916 משׁלח that thou puttest H3027 ידך׃ thine hand

  17 H398 ואכל Or have eaten H6595 פתי my morsel H905 לבדי myself alone, H3808 ולא hath not H398 אכל eaten H3490 יתום and the fatherless H4480 ממנה׃ thereof;

  24 H3426 ישׁ There is H6340 מפזר that scattereth, H3254 ונוסף increaseth; H5750 עוד and yet H2820 וחושׂך and that withholdeth H3476 מישׁר more than is meet, H389 אך   H4270 למחסור׃ but to poverty.

  25 H5315 נפשׁ soul H1293 ברכה The liberal H1878 תדשׁן shall be made fat: H7301 ומרוה and he that watereth H1571 גם also H1931 הוא himself. H3384 יורא׃ shall be watered

  17 H3867 מלוה lendeth H3068 יהוה unto the LORD; H2603 חונן He that hath pity H1800 דל upon the poor H1576 וגמלו and that which he hath given H7999 ישׁלם׃ will he pay him again.

  7 H3808 הלוא not H6536 פרס to deal H7457 לרעב to the hungry, H3899 לחמך thy bread H6041 ועניים the poor H4788 מרודים that are cast out H935 תביא and that thou bring H1004 בית to thy house? H3588 כי when H7200 תראה thou seest H6174 ערם the naked, H3680 וכסיתו that thou cover H1320 ומבשׂרך from thine own flesh? H3808 לא him; and that thou hide not thyself H5956 תתעלם׃ him; and that thou hide not thyself

  10 H6329 ותפק And thou draw out H7457 לרעב to the hungry, H5315 נפשׁך thy soul H5315 ונפשׁ soul; H6031 נענה the afflicted H7646 תשׂביע and satisfy H2224 וזרח rise H2822 בחשׁך in obscurity, H216 אורך then shall thy light H653 ואפלתך and thy darkness H6672 כצהרים׃ as the noonday:

  11 H6213 ויעשׂו did H376 אנשׁי And the men H5892 עירו of his city, H2205 הזקנים the elders H2715 והחרים and the nobles H834 אשׁר who H3427 הישׁבים were the inhabitants H5892 בעירו in his city, H834 כאשׁר as H7971 שׁלחה had sent H413 אליהם unto H348 איזבל Jezebel H834 כאשׁר them, as H3789 כתוב it written H5612 בספרים in the letters H834 אשׁר which H7971 שׁלחה she had sent H413 אליהם׃ unto

  12 H7121 קראו They proclaimed H6685 צום a fast, H3427 והשׁיבו and set H853 את   H5022 נבות Naboth H7218 בראשׁ on high H5971 העם׃ among the people.

  13 H935 ויבאו And there came in H8147 שׁני two H376 האנשׁים men, H1121 בני children H1100 בליעל of Belial, H3427 וישׁבו and sat H5048 נגדו before H5749 ויעדהו witnessed against H376 אנשׁי him: and the men H1100 הבליעל of Belial H853 את   H5022 נבות him, against Naboth, H5048 נגד in the presence H5971 העם of the people, H559 לאמר saying, H1288 ברך did blaspheme H5022 נבות Naboth H430 אלהים God H4428 ומלך and the king. H3318 ויצאהו Then they carried him forth H2351 מחוץ out of H5892 לעיר the city, H5619 ויסקלהו and stoned H68 באבנים him with stones, H4191 וימת׃ that he died.

  14 H7971 וישׁלחו Then they sent H413 אל to H348 איזבל Jezebel, H559 לאמר saying, H5619 סקל is stoned, H5022 נבות Naboth H4191 וימת׃ and is dead.

  15 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H8085 כשׁמע heard H348 איזבל when Jezebel H3588 כי that H5619 סקל was stoned, H5022 נבות Naboth H4191 וימת and was dead, H559 ותאמר said H348 איזבל that Jezebel H413 אל to H256 אחאב Ahab, H6965 קום Arise, H3423 רשׁ take possession H853 את   H3754 כרם of the vineyard H5022 נבות of Naboth H3158 היזרעאלי the Jezreelite, H834 אשׁר which H3985 מאן he refused H5414 לתת to give H3701 לך בכסף thee for money: H3588 כי for H369 אין is not H5022 נבות Naboth H2416 חי alive, H3588 כי but H4191 מת׃ dead.

  8 H7200 ראוני saw H5288 נערים The young men H2244 ונחבאו me, and hid themselves: H3453 וישׁישׁים and the aged H6965 קמו arose, H5975 עמדו׃ stood up.

  9 H8269 שׂרים The princes H6113 עצרו refrained H4405 במלים talking, H3709 וכף hand H7760 ישׂימו and laid H6310 לפיהם׃ on their mouth.

  12 H3588 כי Because H4422 אמלט I delivered H6041 עני the poor H7768 משׁוע that cried, H3490 ויתום and the fatherless, H3808 ולא and none H5826 עזר׃ to help

  13 H1293 ברכת The blessing H6 אבד of him that was ready to perish H5921 עלי upon H935 תבא came H3820 ולב heart H490 אלמנה me: and I caused the widow's H7442 ארנן׃ to sing for joy.

  3 H8269 שׂר The captain H2572 חמשׁים of fifty, H5375 ונשׂוא and the honorable man, H6440 פנים and the honorable man, H3289 ויועץ and the counselor, H2450 וחכם and the cunning H2798 חרשׁים   H995 ונבון and the eloquent H3908 לחשׁ׃ orator.

  15 H2205 זקן The ancient H5375 ונשׂוא and honorable, H6440 פנים and honorable, H1931 הוא he H7218 הראשׁ the head; H5030 ונביא and the prophet H3384 מורה that teacheth H8267 שׁקר lies, H1931 הוא he H2180 הזנב׃ the tail.

  3 H5921 על   H7451 הרע   H3709 כפים with both hands H3190 להיטיב earnestly, H8269 השׂר the prince H7592 שׁאל asketh, H8199 והשׁפט and the judge H7966 בשׁלום for a reward; H1419 והגדול and the great H1696 דבר uttereth H1942 הות his mischievous H5315 נפשׁו desire: H1931 הוא he H5686 ויעבתוה׃ so they wrap it up.

  21 H1616 וגר a stranger, H3808 לא Thou shalt neither H3238 תונה vex H3808 ולא nor H3905 תלחצנו oppress H3588 כי him: for H1616 גרים strangers H1961 הייתם ye were H776 בארץ in the land H4714 מצרים׃ of Egypt.
