  3 H6030 ויען answered H347 איוב Then Job H853 את   H3068 יהוה the LORD, H559 ויאמר׃ and said,

  4 H2005 הן Behold, H7043 קלתי I am vile; H4100 מה what H7725 אשׁיבך shall I answer H3027 ידי mine hand H7760 שׂמתי thee? I will lay H3926 למו upon H6310 פי׃ my mouth.

  5 H259 אחת Once H1696 דברתי have I spoken; H3808 ולא but I will not H6030 אענה answer: H8147 ושׁתים yea, twice; H3808 ולא   H3254 אוסיף׃  

  8 H637 אף Yea, H734 ארח in the way H4941 משׁפטיך of thy judgments, H3068 יהוה O LORD, H6960 קוינוך have we waited H8034 לשׁמך to thy name, H2143 ולזכרך and to the remembrance H8378 תאות for thee; the desire H5315 נפשׁ׃ of soul

  6 H1875 דרשׁו Seek H3068 יהוה ye the LORD H4672 בהמצאו while he may be found, H7121 קראהו call H1961 בהיותו ye upon him while he is H7138 קרוב׃ near:

  7 H5800 יעזב forsake H7563 רשׁע Let the wicked H1870 דרכו his way, H376 ואישׁ man H205 און and the unrighteous H4284 מחשׁבתיו his thoughts: H7725 וישׁב and let him return H413 אל unto H3069 יהוה   H7355 וירחמהו and he will have mercy H413 ואל upon him; and to H430 אלהינו our God, H3588 כי for H7235 ירבה he will abundantly H5545 לסלוח׃ pardon.

  7 H518 אם though H5771 עונינו our iniquities H6030 ענו testify H3068 בנו יהוה O LORD, H6213 עשׂה against us, do H4616 למען   H8034 שׁמך   H3588 כי for H7231 רבו are many; H4878 משׁובתינו our backslidings H2398 לך חטאנו׃ we have sinned

  25 H2486 חללה That be far H6213 לך מעשׂת from thee to do H1697 כדבר manner, H2088 הזה after this H4191 להמית to slay H6662 צדיק the righteous H5973 עם with H7563 רשׁע the wicked: H1961 והיה should be H6662 כצדיק and that the righteous H7563 כרשׁע as the wicked, H2486 חללה that be far H8199 לך השׁפט the Judge H3605 כל of all H776 הארץ the earth H3808 לא from thee: Shall not H6213 יעשׂה do H4941 משׁפט׃ right?

  26 H559 ויאמר said, H3068 יהוה And the LORD H518 אם If H4672 אמצא I find H5467 בסדם in Sodom H2572 חמשׁים fifty H6662 צדיקם righteous H8432 בתוך within H5892 העיר the city, H5375 ונשׂאתי then I will spare H3605 לכל all H4725 המקום the place H5668 בעבורם׃ for their sakes.

  27 H6030 ויען answered H85 אברהם And Abraham H559 ויאמר and said, H2009 הנה Behold H4994 נא now, H2974 הואלתי I have taken upon H1696 לדבר me to speak H413 אל unto H136 אדני the Lord, H595 ואנכי which H6083 עפר dust H665 ואפר׃ and ashes:

  13 H2142 זכר Remember H85 לאברהם Abraham, H3327 ליצחק Isaac, H3478 ולישׂראל and Israel, H5650 עבדיך thy servants, H834 אשׁר to whom H7650 נשׁבעת thou sworest H1696 להם בך ותדבר by thine own self, and saidst H413 אלהם unto H7235 ארבה them, I will multiply H853 את   H2233 זרעכם your seed H3556 ככוכבי as the stars H8064 השׁמים of heaven, H3605 וכל and all H776 הארץ land H2063 הזאת this H834 אשׁר that H559 אמרתי I have spoken H5414 אתן of will I give H2233 לזרעכם unto your seed, H5157 ונחלו and they shall inherit H5769 לעלם׃ forever.

  16 H1115 מבלתי   H3201 יכלת was not able H3068 יהוה the LORD H935 להביא to bring H853 את   H5971 העם people H2088 הזה this H413 אל into H776 הארץ the land H834 אשׁר which H7650 נשׁבע he swore H7819 להם וישׁחטם unto them therefore he hath slain H4057 במדבר׃ them in the wilderness.

  17 H6258 ועתה And now, H1431 יגדל be great, H4994 נא I beseech thee, H3581 כח let the power H136 אדני of my Lord H834 כאשׁר according as H1696 דברת thou hast spoken, H559 לאמר׃ saying,

  18 H3068 יהוה The LORD H750 ארך longsuffering, H639 אפים longsuffering, H7227 ורב and of great H2617 חסד mercy, H5375 נשׂא forgiving H5771 עון iniquity H6588 ופשׁע and transgression, H5352 ונקה and by no means clearing H3808 לא   H5352 ינקה   H6485 פקד visiting H5771 עון the iniquity H1 אבות of the fathers H5921 על upon H1121 בנים the children H5921 על unto H8029 שׁלשׁים the third H5921 ועל   H7256 רבעים׃ and fourth

  19 H5545 סלח Pardon, H4994 נא I beseech thee, H5771 לעון the iniquity H5971 העם people H2088 הזה of this H1433 כגדל according unto the greatness H2617 חסדך of thy mercy, H834 וכאשׁר and as H5375 נשׂאתה thou hast forgiven H5971 לעם people, H2088 הזה this H4714 ממצרים   H5704 ועד even until H2008 הנה׃ now.

  8 H994 בי O H136 אדני Lord, H4100 מה what H559 אמר shall I say, H310 אחרי when H834 אשׁר when H2015 הפך turneth H3478 ישׂראל Israel H6203 ערף their backs H6440 לפני before H341 איביו׃ their enemies!

  9 H8085 וישׁמעו shall hear H3669 הכנעני For the Canaanites H3605 וכל and all H3427 ישׁבי the inhabitants H776 הארץ of the land H5437 ונסבו and shall environ us round, H5921 עלינו , and shall environ us round, H3772 והכריתו and cut off H853 את   H8034 שׁמנו our name H4480 מן from H776 הארץ the earth: H4100 ומה and what H6213 תעשׂה wilt thou do H8034 לשׁמך name? H1419 הגדול׃ unto thy great

  18 H2009 הנה Behold H4994 נא now, H6186 ערכתי I have ordered H4941 משׁפט cause; H3045 ידעתי I know H3588 כי that H589 אני I H6663 אצדק׃ shall be justified.

  19 H3045 הודיענו Teach H4100 מה us what H559 נאמר we shall say H3808 לו לא unto him; we cannot H6186 נערך order H6440 מפני by reason H2822 חשׁך׃ of darkness.

  11 H4616 למען   H8034 שׁמך   H3068 יהוה O LORD, H5545 וסלחת pardon H5771 לעוני mine iniquity; H3588 כי for H7227 רב great. H1931 הוא׃ it
