Numbers 23:19-20 לא not אישׁ a man, אל God ויכזב that he should lie; ובן neither the son אדם of man, ויתנחם that he should repent: ההוא hath he אמר said, ולא and shall he not יעשׂה do ודבר or hath he spoken, ולא and shall he not יקימנה׃ make it good?
