  22 H7725 ותשׁב returned, H5281 נעמי So Naomi H7327 ורות and Ruth H4125 המואביה the Moabitess, H3618 כלתה her daughter-in-law, H5973 עמה with her, H7725 השׁבה which returned H7704 משׂדי out of the country H4124 מואב of Moab: H1992 והמה and they H935 באו came H1035 בית לחם to Bethlehem H8462 בתחלת in the beginning H7105 קציר harvest.   19 H7665 ושׁברתי And I will break H853 את   H1347 גאון the pride H5797 עזכם of your power; H5414 ונתתי and I will make H853 את   H8064 שׁמיכם your heaven H1270 כברזל as iron, H853 ואת   H776 ארצכם and your earth H5154 כנחשׁה׃ as brass:

  23 H1961 והיו shall be H8064 שׁמיך And thy heaven H834 אשׁר that H5921 על over H7218 ראשׁך thy head H5178 נחשׁת brass, H776 והארץ and the earth H834 אשׁר that H8478 תחתיך is under H1270 ברזל׃ thee iron.

  24 H5414 יתן shall make H3068 יהוה The LORD H853 את   H4306 מטר the rain H776 ארצך of thy land H80 אבק powder H6083 ועפר and dust: H4480 מן from H8064 השׁמים heaven H3381 ירד shall it come down H5921 עליך upon H5704 עד thee, until H8045 השׁמדך׃ thou be destroyed.

  38 H2233 זרע   H7227 רב   H3318 תוציא   H7704 השׂדה into the field, H4592 ומעט and shalt gather little in; H622 תאסף and shalt gather little in; H3588 כי for H2628 יחסלנו shall consume H697 הארבה׃ the locust

  16 H6965 ויקם raised up H3068 יהוה Nevertheless the LORD H8199 שׁפטים judges, H3467 ויושׁיעום which delivered H3027 מיד them out of the hand H8154 שׁסיהם׃ of those that spoiled

  8 H8199 וישׁפט judged H310 אחריו And after H853 את   H3478 ישׂראל Israel. H78 אבצן him Ibzan H1035 מבית לחם׃

  3 H1980 לך Get H2088 מזה thee hence, H6437 ופנית and turn H6924 לך קדמה thee eastward, H5641 ונסתרת and hide thyself H5158 בנחל by the brook H3747 כרית Cherith, H834 אשׁר that H5921 על before H6440 פני before H3383 הירדן׃ Jordan.

  4 H1961 והיה And it shall be, H5158 מהנחל of the brook; H8354 תשׁתה thou shalt drink H853 ואת   H6158 הערבים the ravens H6680 צויתי and I have commanded H3557 לכלכלך to feed H8033 שׁם׃ thee there.

  5 H1980 וילך So he went H6213 ויעשׂ and did H1697 כדבר according unto the word H3068 יהוה of the LORD: H1980 וילך for he went H3427 וישׁב and dwelt H5158 בנחל by the brook H3747 כרית Cherith, H834 אשׁר that H5921 על before H6440 פני before H3383 הירדן׃ Jordan.

  6 H6158 והערבים And the ravens H935 מביאים brought H3899 לו לחם him bread H1320 ובשׂר and flesh H1242 בבקר in the morning, H3899 ולחם and bread H1320 ובשׂר and flesh H6153 בערב in the evening; H4480 ומן of H5158 הנחל the brook. H8354 ישׁתה׃ and he drank

  7 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass H7093 מקץ after H3117 ימים a while, H3001 וייבשׁ dried up, H5158 הנחל that the brook H3588 כי because H3808 לא no H1961 היה there had been H1653 גשׁם rain H776 בארץ׃ in the land.

  8 H1961 ויהי came H1697 דבר And the word H3068 יהוה of the LORD H413 אליו unto H559 לאמר׃ him, saying,

  9 H6965 קום Arise, H1980 לך get H6886 צרפתה thee to Zarephath, H834 אשׁר which H6721 לצידון to Zidon, H3427 וישׁבת and dwell H8033 שׁם there: H2009 הנה behold, H6680 צויתי I have commanded H8033 שׁם there H802 אשׁה woman H490 אלמנה a widow H3557 לכלכלך׃ to sustain

  11 H954 הבישׁו Be ye ashamed, H406 אכרים O ye husbandmen; H3213 הילילו howl, H3755 כרמים O ye vinedressers, H5921 על for H2406 חטה the wheat H5921 ועל and for H8184 שׂערה the barley; H3588 כי because H6 אבד is perished. H7105 קציר the harvest H7704 שׂדה׃ of the field

  19 H4191 ותמת died, H7354 רחל And Rachel H6912 ותקבר and was buried H1870 בדרך in the way H672 אפרתה to Ephrath, H1931 הוא which H1035 בית לחם׃ Bethlehem.

  21 H6186 ותערך had put the battle in array, H3478 ישׂראל For Israel H6430 ופלשׁתים and the Philistines H4634 מערכה army H7122 לקראת   H4634 מערכה׃ army.

  2 H859 ואתה But thou, H1035 בית לחם Bethlehem H672 אפרתה Ephratah, H6810 צעיר little H1961 להיות thou be H505 באלפי among the thousands H3063 יהודה of Judah, H4480 ממך out of H3318 לי יצא thee shall he come forth H1961 להיות unto me to be H4910 מושׁל ruler H3478 בישׂראל in Israel; H4163 ומוצאתיו whose goings forth H6924 מקדם from of old, H3117 מימי   H5769 עולם׃  

  1 H802 ואשׁה woman H259 אחת a certain H802 מנשׁי of the wives H1121 בני of the sons H5030 הנביאים of the prophets H6817 צעקה Now there cried H413 אל unto H477 אלישׁע Elisha, H559 לאמר saying, H5650 עבדך Thy servant H376 אישׁי my husband H4191 מת is dead; H859 ואתה and thou H3045 ידעת knowest H3588 כי that H5650 עבדך thy servant H1961 היה did H3372 ירא fear H853 את   H3068 יהוה the LORD: H5383 והנשׁה and the creditor H935 בא is come H3947 לקחת to take H853 את   H8147 שׁני unto him my two H3206 ילדי sons H5650 לו לעבדים׃ to be bondmen.

  19 H7227 רבות Many H7451 רעות the afflictions H6662 צדיק of the righteous: H3605 ומכלם him out of them all. H5337 יצילנו delivereth H3068 יהוה׃ but the LORD

  3 H3808 ולא Neither H2859 תתחתן shalt thou make marriages H1323 בם בתך with them; thy daughter H3808 לא thou shalt not H5414 תתן give H1121 לבנו unto his son, H1323 ובתו his daughter H3808 לא nor H3947 תקח shalt thou take H1121 לבנך׃ unto thy son.

  3 H3808 לא shall not H935 יבא enter H5984 עמוני An Ammonite H4125 ומואבי or Moabite H6951 בקהל into the congregation H3068 יהוה of the LORD; H1571 גם even H1755 דור generation H6224 עשׂירי to their tenth H3808 לא shall they not H935 יבא enter H1992 להם   H6951 בקהל into the congregation H3068 יהוה of the LORD H5704 עד forever: H5769 עולם׃ forever:

  1 H4428 והמלך But king H8010 שׁלמה Solomon H157 אהב loved H802 נשׁים women, H5237 נכריות strange H7227 רבות many H853 ואת   H1323 בת the daughter H6547 פרעה of Pharaoh, H4125 מואביות women of the Moabites, H5984 עמניות Ammonites, H130 אדמית Edomites, H6722 צדנית Zidonians, H2850 חתית׃ Hittites;

  2 H4480 מן Of H1471 הגוים the nations H834 אשׁר which H559 אמר said H3069 יהוה   H413 אל unto H1121 בני the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H3808 לא Ye shall not H935 תבאו go in H1992 בהם והם shall they H3808 לא to them, neither H935 יבאו come in H403 בכם אכן unto you: surely H5186 יטו they will turn away H853 את   H3824 לבבכם your heart H310 אחרי after H430 אלהיהם their gods: H1692 בהם דבק cleaved H8010 שׁלמה Solomon H160 לאהבה׃  

  39 H7200 ראו See H6258 עתה now H3588 כי that H589 אני I, H589 אני I, H1931 הוא he, H369 ואין and no H430 אלהים god H5978 עמדי with H589 אני me: I H4191 אמית kill, H2421 ואחיה and I make alive; H4272 מחצתי I wound, H589 ואני and I H7495 ארפא heal: H369 ואין neither H3027 מידי out of my hand. H5337 מציל׃ that can deliver

  30 H518 אם If H5800 יעזבו forsake H1121 בניו his children H8451 תורתי my law, H4941 ובמשׁפטי in my judgments; H3808 לא not H1980 ילכון׃ and walk

  31 H518 אם If H2708 חקתי my statutes, H2490 יחללו they break H4687 ומצותי my commandments; H3808 לא not H8104 ישׁמרו׃ and keep

  32 H6485 ופקדתי Then will I visit H7626 בשׁבט with the rod, H6588 פשׁעם their transgression H5061 ובנגעים with stripes. H5771 עונם׃ and their iniquity

  21 H559 ואמרת Then shalt thou say H3824 בלבבך in thine heart, H4310 מי Who H3205 ילד hath begotten H853 לי את   H428 אלה me these, H589 ואני seeing I H7921 שׁכולה   H1565 וגלמודה and am desolate, H1473 גלה   H5493 וסורה and removing to and fro? H428 ואלה these? H4310 מי and who H1431 גדל hath brought up H2005 הן Behold, H589 אני I H7604 נשׁארתי was left H905 לבדי alone; H428 אלה these, H375 איפה where H1992 הם׃ they

  19 H3256 תיסרך shall correct H7451 רעתך Thine own wickedness H4878 ומשׁבותיך thee, and thy backslidings H3198 תוכחך shall reprove H3045 ודעי thee: know H7200 וראי therefore and see H3588 כי that H7451 רע an evil H4751 ומר and bitter, H5800 עזבך that thou hast forsaken H853 את   H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God, H3808 ולא not H6345 פחדתי and that my fear H413 אליך in H5002 נאם thee, saith H136 אדני the Lord H3069 יהוה GOD H6635 צבאות׃ of hosts.

  1 H3068 ויהוה And the LORD H6485 פקד visited H853 את   H8283 שׂרה Sarah H834 כאשׁר as H559 אמר he had said, H6213 ויעשׂ did H3068 יהוה and the LORD H8283 לשׂרה unto Sarah H834 כאשׁר as H1696 דבר׃ he had spoken.

  20 H5087 וידר vowed H3290 יעקב And Jacob H5088 נדר a vow, H559 לאמר saying, H518 אם If H1961 יהיה will be H430 אלהים God H5978 עמדי   H8104 ושׁמרני me, and will keep H1870 בדרך way H2088 הזה me in this H834 אשׁר that H595 אנכי I H1980 הולך go, H5414 ונתן and will give H3899 לי לחם me bread H398 לאכל to eat, H899 ובגד and raiment H3847 ללבשׁ׃ to put on,

  15 H1288 ויברך And he blessed H853 את   H3130 יוסף Joseph, H559 ויאמר and said, H430 האלהים God, H834 אשׁר whom H1980 התהלכו did walk, H1 אבתי my fathers H6440 לפניו before H85 אברהם Abraham H3327 ויצחק and Isaac H430 האלהים the God H7462 הרעה which fed H853 אתי   H5750 מעודי me all my life long H5704 עד unto H3117 היום day, H2088 הזה׃ this

  25 H7650 וישׁבע took an oath H3130 יוסף And Joseph H853 את   H1121 בני of the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H559 לאמר saying, H6485 פקד will surely visit H6485 יפקד will surely visit H430 אלהים God H853 אתכם   H5927 והעלתם you, and ye shall carry up H853 את   H6106 עצמתי my bones H2088 מזה׃ from hence.

  16 H1980 לך Go, H622 ואספת and gather H853 את   H2205 זקני the elders H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H559 ואמרת together, and say H413 אלהם unto H3068 יהוה them, The LORD H430 אלהי God H1 אבתיכם of your fathers, H7200 נראה appeared H413 אלי unto H430 אלהי the God H85 אברהם of Abraham, H3327 יצחק of Isaac, H3290 ויעקב and of Jacob, H559 לאמר me, saying, H6485 פקד   H6485 פקדתי   H853 אתכם   H853 ואת   H6213 העשׂוי you, and that which is done H4714 לכם במצרים׃ to you in Egypt:

  31 H539 ויאמן believed: H5971 העם And the people H8085 וישׁמעו and when they heard H3588 כי that H6485 פקד had visited H3068 יהוה the LORD H853 את   H1121 בני the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H3588 וכי and that H7200 ראה he had looked upon H853 את   H6040 ענים their affliction, H6915 ויקדו then they bowed their heads H7812 וישׁתחוו׃ and worshiped.

  4 H559 ויאמר Then said H3068 יהוה the LORD H413 אל unto H4872 משׁה Moses, H2005 הנני   H4305 ממטיר I will rain H3899 לכם לחם bread H4480 מן from H8064 השׁמים heaven H3318 ויצא shall go out H5971 העם for you; and the people H3950 ולקטו and gather H1697 דבר a certain rate every day, H3117 יום   H3117 ביומו   H4616 למען that H5254 אנסנו I may prove H1980 הילך them, whether they will walk H8451 בתורתי in my law, H518 אם or H3808 לא׃ no.

  5 H1961 והיה And it shall come to pass, H3117 ביום day H8345 השׁשׁי that on the sixth H3559 והכינו they shall prepare H853 את   H834 אשׁר which H935 יביאו they bring in; H1961 והיה and it shall be H4932 משׁנה twice H5921 על as much as H834 אשׁר as much as H3950 ילקטו they gather H3117 יום daily. H3117 יום׃ daily.

  6 H559 ויאמר said H4872 משׁה And Moses H175 ואהרן and Aaron H413 אל unto H3605 כל all H1121 בני the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel, H6153 ערב At even, H3045 וידעתם then ye shall know H3588 כי that H3068 יהוה the LORD H3318 הוציא   H853 אתכם   H776 מארץ from the land H4714 מצרים׃ of Egypt:

  21 H3588 כי And H6485 פקד visited H3068 יהוה the LORD H853 את   H2584 חנה Hannah, H2029 ותהר so that she conceived, H3205 ותלד and bore H7969 שׁלשׁה three H1121 בנים sons H8147 ושׁתי and two H1323 בנות daughters. H1431 ויגדל grew H5288 הנער And the child H8050 שׁמואל Samuel H5973 עם before H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.

  14 H6779 מצמיח to grow H2682 חציר He causeth the grass H929 לבהמה for the cattle, H6212 ועשׂב and herb H5656 לעבדת for the service H120 האדם of man: H3318 להוציא that he may bring forth H3899 לחם food H4480 מן out of H776 הארץ׃ the earth;

  15 H3196 ויין And wine H8055 ישׂמח maketh glad H3824 לבב the heart H582 אנושׁ of man, H6670 להצהיל to shine, H6440 פנים to make face H8081 משׁמן oil H3899 ולחם and bread H3824 לבב heart. H582 אנושׁ man's H5582 יסעד׃ strengtheneth

  5 H2964 טרף meat H5414 נתן He hath given H3373 ליראיו unto them that fear H2142 יזכר be mindful H5769 לעולם him: he will ever H1285 בריתו׃ of his covenant.

  15 H6718 צידה her provision: H1288 ברך   H1288 אברך   H34 אביוניה her poor H7646 אשׂביע I will satisfy H3899 לחם׃ with bread.

  15 H5869 עיני The eyes H3605 כל of all H413 אליך upon H7663 ישׂברו wait H859 ואתה thee; and thou H5414 נותן givest H1992 להם   H853 את   H400 אכלם them their meat H6256 בעתו׃ in due season.

  7 H6213 עשׂה Which executeth H4941 משׁפט judgment H6231 לעשׁוקים for the oppressed: H5414 נתן which giveth H3899 לחם food H7457 לרעבים to the hungry. H3068 יהוה The LORD H5425 מתיר looseth H631 אסורים׃ the prisoners:

  14 H7760 השׂם He maketh H1366 גבולך thy borders, H7965 שׁלום peace H2459 חלב thee with the finest H2406 חטים of the wheat. H7646 ישׂביעך׃ filleth

  8 H7723 שׁוא me vanity H1697 ודבר and lies: H3577 כזב and lies: H7368 הרחק Remove far H4480 ממני from H7389 ראשׁ poverty H6239 ועשׁר nor riches; H408 אל me neither H5414 תתן give H2963 לי הטריפני feed H3899 לחם me with food H2706 חקי׃ convenient

  10 H3588 כי For H834 כאשׁר as H3381 ירד cometh down, H1653 הגשׁם the rain H7950 והשׁלג and the snow H4480 מן from H8064 השׁמים heaven, H8033 ושׁמה thither, H3808 לא not H7725 ישׁוב and returneth H3588 כי but H518 אם but H7301 הרוה watereth H853 את   H776 הארץ the earth, H3205 והולידה and maketh it bring forth H6779 והצמיחה and bud, H5414 ונתן that it may give H2233 זרע seed H2232 לזרע to the sower, H3899 ולחם and bread H398 לאכל׃ to the eater:

  10 H3588 כי For H3541 כה thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD, H3588 כי That H6310 לפי after H4390 מלאת be accomplished H894 לבבל at Babylon H7657 שׁבעים seventy H8141 שׁנה years H6485 אפקד I will visit H853 אתכם   H6965 והקמתי you, and perform H5921 עליכם toward H853 את   H1697 דברי word H2896 הטוב my good H7725 להשׁיב   H853 אתכם   H413 אל to H4725 המקום place. H2088 הזה׃ this

  7 H1961 והיה shall be H2256 חבל And the coast H7611 לשׁארית for the remnant H1004 בית of the house H3063 יהודה of Judah; H5921 עליהם thereupon: H7462 ירעון they shall feed H1004 בבתי in the houses H831 אשׁקלון of Ashkelon H6153 בערב in the evening: H7257 ירבצון shall they lie down H3588 כי for H6485 יפקדם shall visit H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיהם their God H7725 ושׁב them, and turn away H7622 שׁבותם׃ their captivity.

  27 H7971 וישׁלח depart; H4872 משׁה And Moses H853 את   H2859 חתנו let his father-in-law H1980 וילך and he went his way H413 לו אל into H776 ארצו׃ his own land.

  10 H559 ותאמרנה And they said H3588 לה כי unto her, Surely H854 אתך with H7725 נשׁוב we will return H5971 לעמך׃ thee unto thy people.

  14 H5375 ותשׂנה And they lifted up H6963 קולן their voice, H1058 ותבכינה and wept H5750 עוד again: H5401 ותשׁק kissed H6204 ערפה and Orpah H2545 לחמותה her mother-in-law; H7327 ורות but Ruth H1692 דבקה׃ cleaved

  3 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass H7097 מקצה end, H7651 שׁבע at the seven H8141 שׁנים years' H7725 ותשׁב returned H802 האשׁה that the woman H776 מארץ out of the land H6430 פלשׁתים of the Philistines: H3318 ותצא and she went forth H6817 לצעק to cry H413 אל unto H4428 המלך the king H413 אל for H1004 ביתה her house H413 ואל and for H7704 שׂדה׃ her land.

  15 H518 ואם And if H7451 רע   H5869 בעיניכם unto you H5647 לעבד to serve H853 את   H3068 יהוה the LORD, H977 בחרו choose H3117 לכם היום you this day H853 את   H4310 מי whom H5647 תעבדון ye will serve; H518 אם whether H853 את   H430 אלהים the gods H834 אשׁר which H5647 עבדו served H1 אבותיכם your fathers H834 אשׁר that H5676 בעבר on the other side H5104 הנהר of the flood, H518 ואם or H853 את   H430 אלהי the gods H567 האמרי of the Amorites, H834 אשׁר   H859 אתם ye H3427 ישׁבים dwell: H776 בארצם in whose land H595 ואנכי but as for me H1004 וביתי and my house, H5647 נעבד we will serve H853 את   H3068 יהוה׃ the LORD.
