  6 H3091 ויהושׁע And Joshua H1121 בן the son H5126 נון of Nun, H3612 וכלב and Caleb H1121 בן the son H3312 יפנה of Jephunneh, H4480 מן of H8446 התרים them that searched H853 את   H776 הארץ the land, H7167 קרעו rent H899 בגדיהם׃ their clothes:

  8 H518 אם If H2654 חפץ delight H3068 בנו יהוה the LORD H935 והביא in us, then he will bring H853 אתנו   H413 אל us into H776 הארץ land, H2063 הזאת this H5414 ונתנה and give H776 לנו ארץ it us; a land H834 אשׁר which H1931 הוא   H2100 זבת floweth H2461 חלב with milk H1706 ודבשׁ׃ and honey.

  9 H389 אך Only H3068 ביהוה ye against the LORD, H408 אל not H4775 תמרדו rebel H859 ואתם ye H408 אל neither H3372 תיראו fear H853 את   H5971 עם the people H776 הארץ of the land; H3588 כי for H3899 לחמנו bread H1992 הם they H5493 סר is departed H6738 צלם for us: their defense H5921 מעליהם from H3068 ויהוה them, and the LORD H854 אתנו with H408 אל them not. H3372 תיראם׃ us: fear

  10 H559 ויאמרו bade H3605 כל But all H5712 העדה the congregation H7275 לרגום stone H853 אתם   H68 באבנים them with stones.   9 H4069 מדוע Wherefore H959 בזית hast thou despised H853 את   H1697 דבר the commandment H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H6213 לעשׂות to do H7451 הרע evil H5869 בעינו in his sight? H853 את   H223 אוריה Uriah H2850 החתי the Hittite H5221 הכית thou hast killed H2719 בחרב with the sword, H853 ואת   H802 אשׁתו his wife H3947 לקחת and hast taken H802 לך לאשׁה thy wife, H853 ואתו   H2026 הרגת and hast slain H2719 בחרב him with the sword H1121 בני of the children H5983 עמון׃ of Ammon.

  10 H6258 ועתה Now H3808 לא shall never H5493 תסור depart H2719 חרב therefore the sword H1004 מביתך from thine house; H5704 עד   H5769 עולם   H6118 עקב because H3588 כי because H959 בזתני thou hast despised H3947 ותקח me, and hast taken H853 את   H802 אשׁת the wife H223 אוריה of Uriah H2850 החתי the Hittite H1961 להיות to be H802 לך לאשׁה׃ thy wife.

  11 H3541 כה Thus H559 אמר saith H3068 יהוה the LORD, H2005 הנני   H6965 מקים I will raise up H5921 עליך against H7451 רעה evil H1004 מביתך thee out of thine own house, H3947 ולקחתי and I will take H853 את   H802 נשׁיך thy wives H5869 לעיניך before thine eyes, H5414 ונתתי and give H7453 לרעיך unto thy neighbor, H7901 ושׁכב and he shall lie H5973 עם with H802 נשׁיך thy wives H5869 לעיני in the sight H8121 השׁמשׁ sun. H2063 הזאת׃ of this

  12 H3588 כי For H859 אתה thou H6213 עשׂית didst H5643 בסתר secretly: H589 ואני but I H6213 אעשׂה will do H853 את   H1697 הדבר thing H2088 הזה this H5048 נגד before H3605 כל all H3478 ישׂראל Israel, H5048 ונגד and before H8121 השׁמשׁ׃ the sun.

  13 H559 ויאמר said H1732 דוד And David H413 אל unto H5416 נתן Nathan, H2398 חטאתי I have sinned H3068 ליהוה against the LORD. H559 ויאמר said H5416 נתן And Nathan H413 אל unto H1732 דוד David, H1571 גם also H3068 יהוה The LORD H5674 העביר hath put away H2403 חטאתך thy sin; H3808 לא thou shalt not H4191 תמות׃ die.

  14 H657 אפס Howbeit, H3588 כי because H5006 נאץ thou hast given great occasion H5006 נאצת to blaspheme, H853 את   H341 איבי to the enemies H3068 יהוה of the LORD H1697 בדבר deed H2088 הזה by this H1571 גם also H1121 הבן the child H3209 הילוד born H4191 לך מות unto thee shall surely die. H4191 ימות׃ unto thee shall surely die.

  23 H5046 ויגידו And they told H4428 למלך the king, H559 לאמר saying, H2009 הנה Behold H5416 נתן Nathan H5030 הנביא the prophet. H935 ויבא And when he was come in H6440 לפני before H4428 המלך the king, H7812 וישׁתחו he bowed himself H4428 למלך before the king H5921 על with H639 אפיו his face H776 ארצה׃ to the ground.

  32 H559 ויאמר said, H4428 המלך And king H1732 דוד David H7121 קראו Call H6659 לי לצדוק me Zadok H3548 הכהן the priest, H5416 ולנתן and Nathan H5030 הנביא the prophet, H1141 ולבניהו and Benaiah H1121 בן the son H3077 יהוידע of Jehoiada.   18 H7389 רישׁ Poverty H7036 וקלון and shame H6544 פורע him that refuseth H4148 מוסר instruction: H8104 ושׁומר but he that regardeth H8433 תוכחת reproof H3513 יכבד׃ shall be honored.

  23 H3198 מוכיח He that rebuketh H120 אדם a man H310 אחרי afterwards H2580 חן more favor H4672 ימצא shall find H2505 ממחליק than he that flattereth H3956 לשׁון׃ with the tongue.

  1 H376 אישׁ He, H8433 תוכחות that being often reproved H7185 מקשׁה hardeneth H6203 ערף neck, H6621 פתע shall suddenly H7665 ישׁבר be destroyed, H369 ואין and that without H4832 מרפא׃ remedy.

  5 H8085 ישׁמע will hear, H2450 חכם A wise H3254 ויוסף and will increase H3948 לקח learning; H995 ונבון and a man of understanding H8458 תחבלות unto wise counsels: H7069 יקנה׃ shall attain

  12 H5141 נזם an earring H2091 זהב of gold, H2481 וחלי and an ornament H3800 כתם of fine gold, H3198 מוכיח reprover H2450 חכם a wise H5921 על upon H241 אזן ear. H8085 שׁמעת׃ an obedient

  3 H3045 ונדעה Then shall we know, H7291 נרדפה we follow on H3045 לדעת to know H853 את   H3068 יהוה the LORD: H7837 כשׁחר as the morning; H3559 נכון is prepared H4161 מוצאו his going forth H935 ויבוא and he shall come H1653 כגשׁם unto us as the rain, H4456 לנו כמלקושׁ as the latter H3138 יורה former rain H776 ארץ׃ unto the earth.

  9 H859 ואתה And thou, H8010 שׁלמה Solomon H1121 בני my son, H3045 דע know H853 את   H430 אלהי thou the God H1 אביך of thy father, H5647 ועבדהו and serve H3820 בלב heart H8003 שׁלם him with a perfect H5315 ובנפשׁ mind: H2655 חפצה and with a willing H3588 כי for H3605 כל all H3824 לבבות hearts, H1875 דורשׁ searcheth H3068 יהוה the LORD H3605 וכל all H3336 יצר the imaginations H4284 מחשׁבות of the thoughts: H995 מבין and understandeth H518 אם if H1875 תדרשׁנו thou seek H4672 ימצא him, he will be found H518 לך ואם of thee; but if H5800 תעזבנו thou forsake H2186 יזניחך him, he will cast thee off H5703 לעד׃  

  28 H559 ויאמר he said, H120 לאדם And unto man H2005 הן Behold, H3374 יראת the fear H136 אדני of the Lord, H1931 היא that H2451 חכמה wisdom; H5493 וסור and to depart H7451 מרע from evil H998 בינה׃ understanding.

  10 H7225 ראשׁית the beginning H2451 חכמה of wisdom: H3374 יראת The fear H3068 יהוה of the LORD H7922 שׂכל understanding H2896 טוב a good H3605 לכל have all H6213 עשׂיהם they that do H8416 תהלתו his praise H5975 עמדת endureth H5703 לעד׃ forever.

  7 H3374 יראת The fear H3068 יהוה of the LORD H7225 ראשׁית the beginning H1847 דעת of knowledge: H2451 חכמה wisdom H4148 ומוסר and instruction. H191 אוילים fools H936 בזו׃ despise

  5 H227 אז Then H995 תבין shalt thou understand H3374 יראת the fear H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H1847 ודעת the knowledge H430 אלהים of God. H4672 תמצא׃ and find

  3 H3808 ולא I neither H3925 למדתי learned H2451 חכמה wisdom, H1847 ודעת the knowledge H6918 קדשׁים of the holy. H3045 אדע׃ nor have

  13 H5490 סוף the conclusion H1697 דבר matter: H3605 הכל of the whole H8085 נשׁמע Let us hear H853 את   H430 האלהים God, H3372 ירא Fear H853 ואת   H4687 מצותיו his commandments: H8104 שׁמור and keep H3588 כי for H2088 זה this H3605 כל the whole H120 האדם׃ of man.

  2 H4616 למען That H3372 תירא thou mightest fear H853 את   H3068 יהוה the LORD H430 אלהיך thy God, H8104 לשׁמר to keep H853 את   H3605 כל all H2708 חקתיו his statutes H4687 ומצותיו and his commandments, H834 אשׁר which H595 אנכי I H6680 מצוך command H859 אתה thee, thou, H1121 ובנך and thy son, H1121 ובן and thy son's H1121 בנך son, H3605 כל all H3117 ימי the days H2416 חייך of thy life; H4616 ולמען and that H748 יארכן may be prolonged. H3117 ימיך׃ thy days

  2 H3588 כי For H753 ארך length H3117 ימים of days, H8141 ושׁנות and long H2416 חיים life, H7965 ושׁלום and peace, H3254 יוסיפו׃ shall they add

  16 H753 ארך Length H3117 ימים of days H3225 בימינה in her right hand; H8040 בשׂמאולה in her left hand H6239 עשׁר riches H3519 וכבוד׃ and honor.

  27 H3374 יראת The fear H3068 יהוה of the LORD H3254 תוסיף prolongeth H3117 ימים days: H8141 ושׁנות but the years H7563 רשׁעים of the wicked H7114 תקצרנה׃ shall be shortened.

  2 H410 הלאל unto God, H5532 יסכן be profitable H1397 גבר Can a man H3588 כי as he that H5532 יסכן may be profitable H5921 עלימו unto H7919 משׂכיל׃ is wise

  3 H2656 החפץ any pleasure H7706 לשׁדי to the Almighty, H3588 כי that H6663 תצדק thou art righteous? H518 ואם or H1215 בצע gain H3588 כי that H8552 תתם thou makest thy ways perfect? H1870 דרכיך׃ thou makest thy ways perfect?

  21 H5532 הסכן Acquaint H4994 נא now H5973 עמו thyself with H7999 ושׁלם him, and be at peace: H935 בהם תבואתך shall come H2896 טובה׃ thereby good

  6 H518 אם If H2398 חטאת thou sinnest, H4100 מה what H6466 תפעל doest H7231 בו ורבו be multiplied, H6588 פשׁעיך thou against him? or thy transgressions H4100 מה what H6213 תעשׂה׃ doest

  7 H518 אם If H6663 צדקת thou be righteous, H4100 מה what H5414 תתן givest H176 לו או thou him? or H4100 מה what H3027 מידך he of thine hand? H3947 יקח׃ receiveth

  26 H5315 נפשׁ He H6001 עמל that laboreth H5998 עמלה laboreth H3588 לו כי for himself; for H404 אכף craveth H5921 עליו it of H6310 פיהו׃ his mouth

  22 H6258 ועתה Now H408 אל therefore be ye not mockers, H3887 תתלוצצו therefore be ye not mockers, H6435 פן lest H2388 יחזקו be made strong: H4147 מוסריכם your bands H3588 כי for H3617 כלה a consumption, H2782 ונחרצה even determined H8085 שׁמעתי I have heard H853 מאת   H136 אדני the Lord H3068 יהוה   H6635 צבאות of hosts H5921 על upon H3605 כל the whole H776 הארץ׃ earth.

  20 H5315 הנפשׁ The soul H2398 החטאת that sinneth, H1931 היא it H4191 תמות shall die. H1121 בן The son H3808 לא shall not H5375 ישׂא bear H5771 בעון the iniquity H1 האב of the father, H1 ואב shall the father H3808 לא neither H5375 ישׂא bear H5771 בעון the iniquity H1121 הבן of the son: H6666 צדקת the righteousness H6662 הצדיק of the righteous H5921 עליו upon H1961 תהיה shall be H7564 ורשׁעת him, and the wickedness H7563 רשׁע of the wicked H5921 עליו upon H1961 תהיה׃ shall be
