  2 G1161 But G5100 certain G5330 of the Pharisees G2036 said, G5101 Why G4160 do ye G3739 that which G1832 it is G3756 not G1832 lawful G4160 to do G1722 on G4521 the sabbath day?
  3 G2532 And G2424 Jesus G611 answering G4314   G846 them G2036 said, G314 Have ye G3761 not G314 read G3761 even G5124 this, G3739 what G1138 David G4160 did, G3698 when G846 he G3983 was hungry, G2532 he, and G3588 they that G5607 were G3326 with G846 him;
  4 G5613 how G1525 he entered G1519 into G3624 the house G2316 of God, G2532 and G2983 took G2532 and G5315 ate G4286 the showbread, G2532 and G1325 gave G2532 also G3588 to them that were G3326 with G846 him; G3739 which G1832 it is G3756 not G1832 lawful G5315 to eat G3361 save G1487 for G2409 the priests G3441 alone?
  5 G2532 And G3004 he said G846 unto them, G3754 The G5207 Son G444 of man G2076 is G2962 lord G2532 of G4521 the sabbath.
  6 G1161 And G1096 it came to pass G1722 on G2087 another G4521 sabbath, G846 that he G1525 entered G1519 into G4864 the synagogue G2532 and G1321 taught: G2532 and G1563 there G2258 was G2532 a G444 man G1563 there, G2532 and G1188 his right G5495 hand G2258 was G3584 withered.
  7 G1161 And G1122 the scribes G2532 and G5330 the Pharisees G3906 watched G846 him, G1487 whether G2323 he would heal G1722 on G4521 the sabbath; G2443 that G2147 they might find G2724 how to accuse G846 him.
  8 G1161 But G846 he G1492 knew G846 their G1261 thoughts; G2532 and G2036 he said G444 to the man G2192 that had G5495 his hand G3584 withered, G1453 Rise up, G2532 and G2476 stand forth G1519 in G3319 the midst. G1161 And G450 he arose G2476 and stood forth.
  9 G3767 And G2424 Jesus G2036 said G4314 unto G846 them, G1905 I ask G5209 you, G5101 Is it G1832 lawful G4521 on the sabbath G15 to do good, G2228 or G2554 to do harm? G4982 to save G5590 a life, G2228 or G622 to destroy it?

  16 G2455 and Judas G2385 the son of James, G2532 and G2455 Judas G2469 Iscariot, G3739 who G2532   G1096 became G4273 a traitor;
  17 G2532 and G2597 he came down G3326 with G846 them, G2476 and stood G1909 on G5117 a G3977 level place, G2532 and G3793 a great multitude G846 of his G3101 disciples, G2532 and G4183 a great G4128 number G2992 of the people G575 from G3956 all G2449 Judaea G2532 and G2419 Jerusalem, G2532 and G3882 the sea coast G5184 of Tyre G2532 and G4605 Sidon, G3739 who G2064 came G191 to hear G846 him, G2532 and G2390 to be healed G575 of G846 their G3554 diseases;
  18 G2532 and G3791 they that were troubled G5259 with G169 unclean G4151 spirits G2532 were G2323 healed.
  19 G2532 And G3956 all G3793 the multitude G2212 sought G680 to touch G846 him; G3754 for G1411 power G1831 came G3844 forth from G846 him, G2532 and G2390 healed G3956 them all.
  20 G2532 And G846 he G1869 lifted up G846 his G3788 eyes G1519 on G846 his G3101 disciples, G3004 and said, G3107 Blessed G4434 are ye poor: G3754 for G5212 yours G2076 is G932 the kingdom G2316 of God.
  21 G3107 Blessed G3983 are ye that hunger G3568 now: G3754 for G5526 ye shall be filled. G3107 Blessed G2799 are ye that weep G3568 now: G3754 for G1070 ye shall laugh.
  22 G3107 Blessed G2075 are ye, G3752 when G444 men G3404 shall hate G5209 you, G2532 and G3752 when G873 they shall separate G5209 you G2532 from their company, and G3679 reproach G2532 you, and G1544 cast out G5216 your G3686 name G5613 as G4190 evil, G1752 for G5207 the Son G444 of man's G5207 sake.
  23 G5463 Rejoice G1722 in G1565 that G2250 day, G2532 and G4640 leap for joy: G1063 for G2400 behold, G5216 your G3408 reward G4183 is great G1722 in G3772 heaven; G1063 for G2596 in G5023 the same G5024 manner G4160 did G846 their G3962 fathers G4396 unto the prophets.
  24 G4133 But G3759 woe G5213 unto you G4145 that are rich! G3754 for G568 ye have received G5216 your G3874 consolation.
  25 G3759 Woe G5213 unto you, G1705 ye that are full G3754 now! for G3983 ye shall hunger. G3759 Woe G5213 unto you, G1070 ye that laugh G3568 now! G3754 for G3996 ye shall mourn G2532 and G2799 weep.
  26 G3759 Woe G5213 unto you, G3752 when G3956 all G444 men G2036 shall speak G2573 well G5209 of you! G1063 for G5024 in the G5023 same G2596 manner G4160 did G846 their G3962 fathers G5578 to the false prophets.
  27 G235 But G3004 I say G5213 unto you G191 that hear, G25 Love G5216 your G2190 enemies, G4160 do G2573 good G3404 to them that hate G5209 you,
  28 G2127 bless G2672 them that curse G5213 you, G2532   G4336 pray G5228 for G1908 them that despitefully use G5209 you.
  29 G5180 To him that smiteth G4571 thee G1909 on G4600 the G4600 one cheek G3930 offer G2532 also G243 the other; G2532 and G575 from him G142 that taketh away G4675 thy G2440 cloak G2967 withhold G3361 not G5509 thy coat G2532 also.
  30 G1325 Give G3956 to every one G154 that asketh G4571 thee; G2532 and G575 of G142 him that taketh away G4674 thy goods G523 ask G3361 them not G523 again.
  31 G2532 And G2531 as G2309 ye would G2443 that G444 men G4160 should do to G5213 you, G4160 do G5210 ye G2532 also G846 to them G3668 likewise.
  32 G2532 And G1487 if G25 ye love G25 them that love G5209 you, G4169 what G5485 thank G2076 have G5213 ye? G1063 for G2532 even G268 sinners G25 love G25 those that love G846 them.
  33 G2532 And G1437 if G15 ye do good G15 to them that do good G5209 to you, G4169 what G5485 thank G2076 have G5213 ye? G1063 for G2532 even G268 sinners G4160 do G846 the same.
  34 G2532 And G1437 if G1155 ye lend G3844 to them of G3739 whom G1679 ye hope G618 to receive, G4169 what G5485 thank G2076 have G5213 ye? G2532 even G268 sinners G1155 lend G268 to sinners, G2443 to G618 receive G2470 again G2470 as much.
  35 G4133 But G25 love G5216 your G2190 enemies, G2532 and G15 do them good, G2532 and G1155 lend, G560 never G3367 despairing; G560   G2532 and G5216 your G3408 reward G2071 shall be G4183 great, G2532 and G2071 ye shall be G5207 sons G5310 of the Most High: G3754 for G846 he G2076 is G5543 kind G1909 toward G884 the unthankful G2532 and G4190 evil.
  36 G3767 Be G1096 ye G3629 merciful, G2532 even G2531 as G5216 your G3962 Father G2076 is G3629 merciful.
  37 G2919 And judge G3361 not, G2532 and G2919 ye shall G3756 not G3361   G2919 be judged: G2613 and condemn G3361 not, G2532 and G2613 ye shall G3756 not G3361   G2613 be condemned: G630 release, G2532 and G630 ye shall be released:
  38 G1325 give, G2532 and G1325 it shall be given G5213 unto you; G2570 good G3358 measure, G4085 pressed down, G2532 shaken G4531 together, G2532 running G5240 over, G1325 shall they give G1519 into G5216 your G2859 bosom. G1063 For G846 with what G3358 measure G3739 ye G3354 mete G488 it shall be measured G5213 to you G488 again.
  39 G1161 And G2036 he spake G3850 also a parable G3385 unto them, G1410 Can G5185 the blind G3594 guide G5185 the blind? G4098 shall they G3780 not G297 both G4098 fall G1519 into G999 a pit?
  40 G3101 The disciple G2076 is G3756 not G5228 above G846 his G1320 teacher: G1161 but G3956 every G2675 one when he is perfected G2071 shall be G5613 as G846 his G1320 teacher.
  41 G1161 And G5101 why G991 beholdest thou G2595 the mote G1722 that is in G4675 thy G80 brother's G3788 eye, G2657 but considerest G3756 not G1385 the beam G1722 that is in G2398 thine own G3788 eye?
  42 G2228 Or G4459 how G1410 canst G3004 thou say G80 to G4675 thy G80 brother, G80 Brother, G863 let me G1544 cast out G2595 the mote G1722 that is in G4675 thine G3788 eye, G991 when thou G846 thyself G991 beholdest G3756 not G1385 the beam G1722 that is in G4675 thine own G3788 eye? G5273 Thou hypocrite, G1544 cast out G4412 first G1385 the beam G1537 out of G4675 thine own G3788 eye, G2532 and G5119 then G1227 shalt thou see clearly G1544 to cast out G2595 the mote G1722 that is in G4675 thy G80 brother's G3788 eye.
  43 G1063 For G3756 there is no G2570 good G1186 tree G2076 that G4160 bringeth G4160 forth G4550 corrupt G2590 fruit; G3761 nor G4550 again a corrupt G1186 tree G4160 that G4160 bringeth forth G2570 good G2590 fruit.
  44 G1063 For G1538 each G1186 tree G1097 is known G1537 by G2398 its own G2590 fruit. G1063 For G1537 of G173 thorns G4816 men do G3756 not G4816 gather G4810 figs, G3761 nor G1537 of G942 a bramble bush G5166 gather they G4718 grapes.
  45 G18 The good G444 man G1537 out of G18 the good G2344 treasure G846 of his G2588 heart G4393 bringeth forth G18 that which is good; G2532 and G4190 the evil G444 man G1537 out of G4190 the evil G2344 treasure G846   G2588   G4393 bringeth forth G4190 that which is evil: G1063 for G1537 out of G4051 the abundance G2588 of the heart G846 his G4750 mouth G2980 speaketh.
  46 G1161 And G5101 why G2564 call ye G3165 me, G2962 Lord, G2962 Lord, G2532 and G4160 do G3756 not G3739 the things which G3004 I say?
  47 G3956 Every G2064 one that cometh G4314 unto G3165 me, G2532 and G191 heareth G3450 my G3056 words, G2532 and G4160 doeth G846 them, G5263 I will show G5213 you G5101 to whom G2076 he is G3664 like:
  48 G2076 he is G3664 like G444 a man G3739 building G3618 a G3614 house, G2532 who G4626 digged G900 and went deep, G2532 and G5087 laid G2310 a foundation G1909 upon G4073 the rock: G1161 and G4132 when a flood G1096 arose, G4215 the stream G4366 brake G1565 against that G3614 house, G2532 and G2480 could G3756 not G4531 shake G846 it: G1063 because G2311 it had been G1909 well G4073 builded.
  49 G1161 But G191 he that heareth, G2532 and G4160 doeth G3361 not, G2076 is G3664 like G444 a man G3618 that built G3614 a house G1909 upon G1093 the earth G5565 without G2310 a foundation; G4366 against G3739 which G4215 the stream G4366 brake, G2532 and G2112 straightway G4098 it fell G2532 in; and G4485 the ruin G1565 of that G3614 house G1096 was G3173 great.
