  1 H3068 And the LORD H7200 [H8735] appeared H436 to him in the plains H4471 of Mamre: H3427 [H8802] and he sat H168 in the tent H6607 door H2527 in the heat H3117 of the day;
  2 H5375 [H8799] And he lifted up H5869 his eyes H7200 [H8799] and looked, H7969 and, lo, three H582 men H5324 [H8737] stood H7200 [H8799] by him: and when he saw H7323 [H8799] them, he ran H7125 [H8800] to meet H168 them from the tent H6607 door, H7812 [H8691] and bowed H776 himself toward the earth,
  3 H559 [H8799] And said, H136 My Sovereign, H4672 [H8804] if now I have found H2580 favour H5869 in thine eyes, H5674 [H8799] pass not away, H5650 I pray thee, from thy servant:
  4 H4592 Let a little H4325 water, H4994 I pray you, H3947 [H8714] be brought, H7364 [H8798] and wash H7272 your feet, H8172 [H8734] and rest yourselves H6086 under the tree:
  5 H3947 [H8799] And I will bring H6595 a morsel H3899 of bread, H5582 [H8798] and comfort ye H3820 your hearts; H310 after that H5674 [H8799] you shall pass on: H5674 [H8804] for therefore are ye come H5921 to H5650 your servant. H1696 [H8765] And they said, H6213 [H8799] So do, H559 [H8799] as thou hast said.
  6 H85 And Abraham H4116 [H8762] hastened H168 into the tent H8283 to Sarah, H559 [H8799] and said, H4116 [H8761] Make ready quickly H7969 three H5429 measures H5560 of fine H7058 meal, H3888 [H8798] knead H6213 0 it, and make H5692 cakes H6213 [H8798] upon the hearth.
  7 H85 And Abraham H7323 [H8804] ran H1241 to the herd, H3947 [H8799] and brought H1121 H1241 a calf H7390 tender H2896 and good, H5414 [H8799] and gave H5288 it to a young man; H4116 [H8762] and he hasted H6213 [H8800] to dress it.
  8 H3947 [H8799] And he took H2529 butter, H2461 and milk, H1121 H1241 and the calf H6213 [H8804] which he had dressed, H5414 [H8799] and set H6440 it before them; H5975 [H8802] and he stood H6086 by them under the tree, H398 [H8799] and they ate.
  9 H559 [H8799] And they said H346 to him, Where H8283 is Sarah H802 thy wife? H559 [H8799] And he said, H168 Behold, in the tent.
  10 H559 [H8799] And he said, H7725 [H8800] I will certainly H7725 [H8799] return H6256 to thee according to the time H2416 of life; H8283 and, lo, Sarah H802 thy wife H1121 shall have a son. H8283 And Sarah H8085 [H8802] heard H168 it in the tent H6607 door, H310 which was behind him.
  11 H85 Now Abraham H8283 and Sarah H2205 were old H935 [H8802] and well advanced H3117 in days; H734 and the way according H802 to women. H2308 [H8804] had ceased H8283 to be for Sarah
  12 H8283 Therefore Sarah H6711 [H8799] laughed H7130 within herself, H559 [H8800] saying, H310 After H1086 [H8800] I am become old H5730 shall I have pleasure, H113 my sovereign H2204 [H8804] being old also?
  13 H3068 And the LORD H559 [H8799] said H85 to Abraham, H4100 Why H8283 did Sarah H6711 [H8804] laugh, H559 [H8800] saying, H552 Shall I certainly H3205 [H8799] bear H589 a child, who H2204 [H8804] am old?
  14 H6381 0 Is H1697 any thing H6381 [H8735] too hard H3068 for the LORD? H4150 At the time appointed H7725 [H8799] I will return H6256 to thee, according to the time H2416 of life, H8283 and Sarah H1121 shall have a son.
  15 H8283 Then Sarah H3584 [H8762] denied, H559 [H8800] saying, H6711 [H8804] I laughed H3372 [H8804] not; for she was afraid. H559 [H8799] And he said, H3808 Nay; H6711 [H8804] but thou didst laugh.
  16 H582 And the men H6965 [H8799] rose up H8259 [H8686] from there, and looked H6440 toward H5467 Sodom: H85 and Abraham H1980 [H8802] went H7971 [H8763] with them to bring them on the way.
  17 H3068 And the LORD H559 [H8804] said, H3680 [H8764] Shall I hide H85 from Abraham H834 that thing which H6213 [H8802] I do;
  18 H85 Seeing that Abraham H1419 shall surely become a great H6099 and mighty H1471 nation, H1471 and all the nations H776 of the earth H1288 [H8738] shall be blessed in him?
  19 H3045 [H8804] For I know H834 him, that H6680 [H8762] he will command H1121 his sons H1004 and his household H310 after him, H8104 [H8804] and they shall keep H1870 the way H3068 of the LORD, H6213 [H8800] to do H4941 righteousness H6666 and justice; H3068 that the LORD H935 [H8687] may bring H85 upon Abraham H1696 [H8765] that which he hath spoken of him.
  20 H3068 And the LORD H559 [H8799] said, H2201 Because the outcry H5467 of Sodom H6017 and Gomorrah H7227 is great, H2403 and because their sin H3966 is very H3513 [H8804] grievous;
  21 H3381 [H8799] I will go down H7200 [H8799] now, and see H6213 [H8804] whether they have done H3617 altogether H6818 according to the shriek H935 [H8802] of it, which is come H3045 [H8799] to me; and if not, I will know.
  22 H582 And the men H6437 [H8799] turned their faces H3212 [H8799] from there, and went H5467 toward Sodom: H85 but Abraham H5975 [H8802] stood H5750 yet H6440 at the face of H3068 the LORD.
  23 H85 And Abraham H5066 [H8799] drew near, H559 [H8799] and said, H5595 [H8799] Wilt thou also sweep away H6662 the righteous H5973 with H7563 the wicked?
  24 H3426 Suppose there are H2572 fifty H6662 righteous H8432 within H5892 the city: H5595 [H8799] wilt thou also sweep away H5375 [H8799] and not spare H4725 the place H4616 for H2572 the fifty H6662 righteous H7130 that are in it?
  25 H2486 That be far H6213 [H8800] from thee to do H1697 after this manner, H4191 [H8687] to slay H6662 the righteous H7563 with the wicked: H6662 and that the righteous H7563 should be as the wicked, H2486 that be far H8199 [H8802] from thee: Shall not the Judge H776 of all the earth H6213 [H8799] do H4941 right?
  26 H3068 And the LORD H559 [H8799] said, H4672 [H8799] If I find H5467 in Sodom H2572 fifty H6662 righteous H8432 within H5892 the city, H5375 [H8804] then I will spare H4725 all the place for their sakes.
  27 H85 And Abraham H6030 [H8799] answered H559 [H8799] and said, H595 Behold now, I who H6083 am dust H665 and ashes, H2974 [H8689] have taken upon me H1696 [H8763] to speak H136 to the Sovereign.
  28 H2637 [H8799] Suppose there shall lack H2568 five H2572 of the fifty H6662 righteous: H7843 [H8686] wilt thou decay H5892 all the city H2568 for lack of five? H559 [H8799] And he said, H4672 [H8799] If I find H705 there forty H2568 and five, H7843 [H8686] I will not decay it.
  29 H1696 [H8763] And he spoke H3254 [H8686] to him yet again, H559 [H8799] and said, H705 Suppose there shall be forty H4672 [H8735] found H559 [H8799] there. And he said, H6213 [H8799] I will not do H705 it for forty's sake.
  30 H559 [H8799] And he said, H4994 O H136 let not the Sovereign H2734 [H8799] be angry, H1696 [H8762] and I will speak: H7970 Suppose there shall thirty H4672 [H8735] be found H559 [H8799] there. And he said, H6213 [H8799] I will not do H4672 [H8799] it, if I find H7970 thirty there.
  31 H559 [H8799] And he said, H2974 [H8689] Behold now, I have taken upon me H1696 [H8763] to speak H136 to the Sovereign: H6242 Suppose there shall be twenty H4672 [H8735] found H559 [H8799] there. And he said, H7843 [H8686] I will not decay H6242 it for twenty's sake.
  32 H559 [H8799] And he said, H136 O let not the Sovereign H2734 [H8799] be angry, H1696 [H8762] and I will speak H389 yet H6471 but this once: H6235 Suppose ten H4672 [H8735] shall be found H559 [H8799] there. And he said, H7843 [H8686] I will not decay H6235 it for ten's sake.
  33 H3068 And the LORD H3212 [H8799] went his way, H834 as soon as H3615 [H8765] he had finished H1696 [H8763] speaking H85 with Abraham: H85 and Abraham H7725 [H8804] returned H4725 to his place.
