For falsehood hast thou spoken in the name of Yahweh,––So will his own father and his own mother of whom he was born, pierce him through, when he prophesieth, 4 Yea it shall come to pass, in that day, that the prophets, will turn pale, every man by reason of his vision when he prophesieth,––neither will they put on a mantle of hair to deceive. 5 But he will say, No prophet, am I,––One tilling the ground, am I, for, one of the common people, hath owned me from my youth. 6 Then will one say unto him, What are these wounds between thy hands? And he will say, Wherewith I was wounded in the house of them who loved me.
7 O Sword! awake against my shepherd, even against the man that is my companion, urgeth Yahweh of hosts,––Smite the shepherd, and let the flock, be scattered, Howbeit I will turn back my hand over the little ones. 8 And it shall come to pass, in all the land, declareth Yahweh, Two–thirds therein, shall be cut off, and expire,––but, a third, shall be left therein; 9 And I will bring the third into the fire, and will smelt them as one smelteth silver, and will try them, as one trieth gold,––It, will call upon my name, and, I, will answer it, and will say, My people, it is! and, it, will say, Yahweh, is my God!

THE FOUNTAIN FOR SIN AND FOR EXCLUSION And so be it, in that day, a fountain opens to the house of David and to the settlers of Yeru Shalem for sin and for exclusion. 2 And so be it, in that day, - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth I cut off the names of the idols from the land, - no more remembered: and also I pass the prophets and the spirit of foulness from the land. 3 And so be it, any man who still prophesies, his father and his mother who birthed him say to him, You live not! - for you word falsehoods in the name of Yah Veh: and his father and his mother who birthed him thrust him through when he prophesies. 4 And so be it, in that day, each man of the prophets shames for his vision when he prophesies; they enrobe not a mighty mantle of hair to deceive. 5 And one says, I am no prophet, I am a man who serves the soil; a human chatteler from my youth. 6 And one says to him, What are these wounds in your hands? And he says, Because I was smitten in the house of my beloved. 7 Waken, O sword, against my tender, and against the mighty, my friend - an oracle of Yah Veh Sabaoth: smite the tender, and the flock scatters: and I turn my hand on the belittled. 8 And so be it, in all the land - an oracle of Yah Veh two mouths therein are cut off - they expire; and the third remains therein: 9 and I bring the third through the fire and refine them as the refining of silver, and proof them as the proofing of gold: they call on my name, and I answer them: I say, My people: and they say, Yah Veh, My Elohim.

EJ2000(i) 1 ¶ In that time there shall be an open fountain for the house of David and for the inhabitants of Jerusalem against sin and against uncleanness. 2 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the LORD of the hosts, that I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no longer be remembered; and I will also cause the prophets and the spirit of uncleanness to be cut off out of the land. 3 And it shall come to pass, that when anyone else shall prophesy, then his father and his mother that begat him shall say unto him, Thou shalt not live; for thou speakest lies in the name of the LORD; and his father and his mother that begat him shall thrust him through when he prophesies. 4 And it shall come to pass in that time, that the prophets shall be ashamed every one of his vision when he has prophesied; neither shall they wear a rough garment to deceive: 5 but he shall say, I am no prophet, I am a husbandman of the land; for I learned this from man from my youth. 6 And they shall ask him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends. 7 ¶ Awake, O sword, upon the pastor and upon the man that is my fellow, said the LORD of the hosts; smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered; and I will turn my hand upon the little ones. 8 And it shall come to pass that in all the land, said the LORD, two parts therein shall be cut off in her and shall be lost; but the third shall be left therein. 9 And I will put the third part into the fire and will refine them as silver is refined and will try them as gold is tried; He shall call on my name, and I will hear him; I will say, My people, and he shall say, The LORD is my God.
CAB(i) 1 In that day every place shall be opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for removal and for separation. 2 And it shall come to pass in that day, says the Lord of hosts, that I will utterly destroy the names of the idols from off the land, and there shall be no longer any remembrance of them: and I will cut off the false prophets and the evil spirit from the land. 3 And it shall come to pass, if a man will yet prophesy, that his father and his mother which gave birth to him shall say to him, You shall not live; for you have spoken lies in the name of the Lord: and his father and his mother who gave him birth shall bind him as he is prophesying. 4 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the prophets shall be ashamed, everyone of his vision, when he prophesies; and they shall clothe themselves with a garment of hair, because they have lied. 5 And one shall say, I am not a prophet, but I am a farmer, for a man brought me up thus from my youth. 6 And I will say to him, What are these wounds between your hands? And he shall say, Those with which I was wounded in my beloved house. 7 Awake, O sword, against My shepherds, and against the man who is My citizen, says the Lord Almighty; strike the shepherds, and draw out the sheep: and I will bring My hand upon the little ones. 8 And it shall come to pass that in all the land, says the Lord, two-thirds in it shall be cut off and perish; but one-third shall be left in it. 9 And I will bring the third part through the fire, and I will try them as silver is tried, and I will prove them as gold is proved: they shall call upon My name, and I will hear them, and say, This is My people: and they shall say, The Lord is my God.

NSB(i) 1 »A fountain for sin and for uncleanness will be opened for the house of David.« 2 Jehovah of Hosts declared: »I will remove the names of the idols from the land! They will no longer be remembered. I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to leave the land. 3 »It will happen when any attempt to prophesy, the father and mother who gave birth to him will say to him: You will not live, for you speak lies in the name of Jehovah. They will stab him through when he prophesies. 4 »It will happen! The prophets, each one of them will be ashamed of his vision and his prophesy. They will not wear a hairy mantle to deceive. 5 »He will say I am no prophet! I am a tiller of the ground. I have been made a slave from my youth. 6 »One will ask him: What are these wounds between your arms? He will answer: Those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends. 7 »Awake, O sword, against my shepherd, and against the man that is my fellow (neighbor) (companion), said Jehovah of Hosts: Strike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered! I will turn my hand upon (against) the little ones. 8 »It will happen in all the land,« said Jehovah, »two parts will be cut off and die; but the third will be left. 9 »I will bring the third part into the fire. I will refine them, as silver is refined, and I will test them as gold is tested. They will call on my name, and I will hear them. I will say: ‘It is my people!’ They will say: ‘Jehovah is my God!«’
ISV(i) 1 At that time, a fountain will be opened for the house of David and for those who live in Jerusalem so they can be cleansed from sin and ceremonial impurity.
2 Cessation of Prophecy“At that time,” declares the LORD of the Heavenly Armies, “I will eliminate the names of the idols from the land, and they will not be remembered anymore. I will also force both prophet and demon to leave the land. 3 It will also come about that if any man would dare to prophesy, then his father and his mother who bore him will respond to him, ‘You will not live, because you are speaking lies in the name of the LORD.’ Then his father and mother who bore him will stab him for prophesying. 4 Furthermore, it will come about at that time that every prophet will become ashamed of his vision as he prophesies. They will wear no rough garments intended to deceive others.”
5 The Injured Servant of Mankind“He will say, ‘I am no mere prophet. A servant of mankind am I, because a man dedicated to this have I been from my youth.’
6 “Someone will say to him, ‘What are these injuries to your hands?’
“He will reply, ‘…what I received at my friend’s house.’ 7 “Arise, sword, against my shepherd, against the mighty one who is related to me,” declares the LORD of the Heavenly Armies. “Strike the shepherd, the sheep will be scattered, and I will turn against the insignificant ones. 8 It will come about in all of the land,” declares the LORD, “that two thirds of the people living there will die, but a third will survive who live there. 9 And I will bring that surviving third through, testing them as if through fire, purifying them like silver, assaying them like gold. They will call on my name, and I will answer them. I will say, ‘This is my people,’ and they will say, ‘The LORD is my God.’”

Ata do të thërresin emrin tim dhe unë do t'i kënaq. Unë do të them: Ky është populli im, dhe ai do të thotë: Zoti është Perëndia im".

BKR(i) 1 V ten den bude studnice otevřená domu Davidovu a obyvatelům Jeruzalémským, k obmytí hřícha i nečistoty. Každý vzývati bude jméno mé, a já vyslyším jej. Řeknu: Lid můj jest: a on dí: Hospodin jest Bůh můj.

4 Sinä päivänä häpeävät profeetat itsekukin näkyään, kun he ennustavat, eivätkä he valhetellakseen pue yllensä karvaista vaippaa.

M'a wete pwofèt yo nan peyi a, m'a wete nan kè tout moun lide pou yo sèvi zidòl. 3 Konsa, si yon moun vle pou l' bay mesaj ki soti nan Bondye, papa l' ak manman l' ki fè l' va di se pou l' mouri, paske li pran pòz se mesaj ki soti nan Bondye, Seyè a, l'ap bay, epi se pa vre, se manti l'ap bay. Pandan l'ap bay mesaj la, papa l' ak manman l' ki fè l' la va pèse l'. 4 Lè sa a, pwofèt yo pral wont lè y'a fè yon vizyon. Yo p'ap mete rad fèt ak twal yo te konn gen sou yo. Yo p'ap ka bay manti ankò. 5 Men, tout moun va di: Se pa pwofèt mwen ye. Touye l' pou bann mouton an ka gaye. M'ap pini ata moun ki pi piti yo. 8 Nan tout peyi a, sou chak twa moun, de pral mouri, yonn va rete. 9 Mwen pral pase rès moun sa yo nan dife. Mwen pral netwaye yo menm jan yo netwaye ajan nan dife. Mwen pral wè ki kalite moun yo ye menm jan yo pase lò nan dife pou wè si li bon. Y'a lapriyè nan pye m', m'a reponn yo.

PBG(i) 1 W on dzień będzie otworzona studnica domowi Dawidowemu i obywatelom Jeruzalemskim na omycie grzechu i nieczystości.
