Arabic⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹³ فقال موسى للرب فيسمع المصريون الذين اصعدت بقوتك هذا الشعب من وسطهم ¹⁴ ويقولون لسكان هذه الارض الذين قد سمعوا انك يا رب في وسط هذا الشعب الذين انت يا رب قد ظهرت لهم عينا لعين وسحابتك واقفة عليهم وانت سائر امامهم بعمود سحاب نهارا وبعمود نار ليلا. ¹⁵ فان قتلت هذا الشعب كرجل واحد يتكلم الشعوب الذين سمعوا بخبرك قائلين ¹⁶ لان الرب لم يقدر ان يدخل هذا الشعب الى الارض التي حلف لهم قتلهم في القفر. ¹⁷ فالآن لتعظم قدرة سيدي كما تكلمت قائلا ¹⁸ الرب طويل الروح كثير الاحسان يغفر الذنب والسيئة لكنه لا يبرئ بل يجعل ذنب الاباء على الابناء الى الجيل الثالث والرابع. ¹⁹ اصفح عن ذنب هذا الشعب كعظمة نعمتك وكما غفرت لهذا الشعب من مصر الى ههنا. ²⁰ فقال الرب قد صفحت حسب قولك.

Već su saznali da si ti, Jahve, usred ovog naroda, kojemu se očituješ licem u lice, i da ti, Jahve, u oblaku stojiš nad njima; da obdan u stupu od oblaka, a obnoć u stupu od ognja ideš pred njima. ¹⁵ Zato, ako pobiješ ovaj narod kao jednoga čovjeka, narodi koji su čuli glas o tebi reći će: ¹⁶ 'Jahve je bio nemoćan da dovede ovaj narod u zemlju koju mu je pod zakletvom obećao, i zato ih je poubijao u pustinji.' ¹⁷ Zato neka se snaga moga Gospodina uzvisi, kako si najavio rekavši: ¹⁸ 'Jahve je spor na srdžbu, a bogat milosrđem; podnosi opačinu i prijestup, ali krivca ne ostavlja nekažnjena, nego opačinu otaca kažnjava na djeci do trećega i četvrtog koljena.' ¹⁹ Oprosti krivnju ovome narodu po veličini svoga milosrđa, kao što si vodio ovaj narod od Egipta dovde." ²⁰ "Opraštam po riječi tvojoj", reče Jahve.

Portuguese⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹³ Respondeu Moisés ao Senhor: Assim os egípcios o ouvirão, eles, do meio dos quais, com a tua força, fizeste subir este povo, ¹⁴ e o dirão aos habitantes desta terra. Ei ştiau că Tu, Domnul, eşti în mijlocul poporului acestuia; că Te arătai în chip văzut, Tu, Domnul; că norul Tău stă peste el; că Tu mergi înaintea lui ziua într'un stîlp de nor, şi noaptea într'un stîlp de foc. ¹⁵ Dacă omori pe poporul acesta ca pe un singur om, neamurile, cari au auzit vorbindu-se de Tine, vor zice: ¹⁶ ,Domnul n'avea putere să ducă pe poporul acesta în ţara pe care jurase că i -o va da: de aceea l -a omorît în pustie!` ¹⁷ Acum, să se arate puterea Domnului în mărimea ei, cum ai spus cînd ai zis: ¹⁸ ,Domnul este încet la mînie şi bogat în bunătate, iartă fărădelegea şi răsvrătirea; dar nu ţine pe cel vinovat drept nevinovat, şi pedepseşte fărădelegea părinţilor în copii pînă la al treilea şi la al patrulea neam. ¹⁹ Iartă dar fărădelegea poporului acestuia, după mărimea îndurării Tale, cum ai iertat poporului acestuia din Egipt pînă aici.`` ²⁰ Şi Domnul a spus:,,Iert cum ai cerut.

Ukrainian⁽ⁱ⁾ ¹³ І сказав Мойсей до Господа: І почує Єгипет, що Ти з-посеред нього вивів Своєю силою народ цей, ¹⁴ та й скаже до мешканців цього Краю, які чули, що Ти Господь серед цього народу, що око-в-око являєшся Ти, Господи, а хмара Твоя стоїть над ними, і що Ти ходиш перед ними в стовпі хмари вдень, а в стовпі огню вночі, ¹⁵ якщо заб'єш Ти цей народ, як одну людину, то скажуть ті люди, що чули слух про Тебе, говорячи: ¹⁶ Через неспроможність Господа впровадити той народ до Краю, якого Він заприсяг був їм, вигубив їх у пустині... ¹⁷ А тепер нехай же звеличиться сила Господня, як Ти наказав був, говорячи: ¹⁸ Господь довготерпеливий, і багатомилостивий, Він прощає провину та переступ, і не очистить винного, а карає провину батьків на третіх і на четвертих поколіннях. ¹⁹ Прости ж провину цього народу через велику милість Свою, як прощав Ти цьому народові від Єгипту й аж сюди! ²⁰ А Господь сказав: Я простив за словом твоїм.
