Matthew 22:3-33

  22:3   2532 και And 649 απέστειλε he sent 3588 τους   1401-1473 δούλους αυτού his servants 2564 καλέσαι to call 3588 τους the ones 2564 κεκλημένους being invited 1519 εις unto 3588 τους the 1062 γάμους wedding feasts; 2532 και and 3756 ουκ they did not 2309 ήθελον want 2064 ελθείν to come.   22:4   3825 πάλιν Again 649 απέστειλεν he sent 243 άλλους other 1401 δούλους servants, 3004 λέγων saying, 2036 είπατε Say 3588 τοις to the ones 2564 κεκλημένοις being invited! 2400 ιδού Behold, 3588 το   712-1473 άριστόν μου my dinner 2090 ητοίμασα is prepared; 3588 οι   5022-1473 ταύροί μου my bullocks 2532 και and 3588 τα the 4619 σιτιστά fattened calves 2380 τεθυμένα are being sacrificed, 2532 και and 3956 πάντα all things 2092 έτοιμα are prepared; 1205 δεύτε come 1519 εις to 3588 τους the 1062 γάμους wedding feasts.   22:5   3588 οι   1161 δε But 272 αμελήσαντες neglecting, 565 απήλθον they went forth, 3588-3303 ο μεν the one 1519 εις unto 3588 τον   2398 ίδιον his own 68 αγρόν field, 3588-1161 ο δε and one 1519 εις unto 3588 την   1711-1473 εμπορίαν αυτού his trade;   22:6   3588-1161 οι δε and the 3062 λοιποί remaining 2902 κρατήσαντες having taken hold 3588 τους   1401-1473 δούλους αυτού of his servants, 5195 ύβρισαν insulted 2532 και and 615 απέκτειναν killed them.   22:7   2532 και And 191 ακούσας having heard, 3588 ο   935-1565 βασιλεύς εκείνος that king 3710 ωργίσθη was provoked to anger. 2532 και And 3992 πέμψας having sent forth 3588 τα   4753 στρατεύματα αυτού his military, 622 απώλεσεν he destroyed 3588 τους   5406-1565 φονείς εκείνους those murderers, 2532 και and 3588 την   4172-1473 πόλιν αυτών their city 1714 ενέπρησε he burned.   22:8   5119 τότε Then 3004 λέγει he says 3588 τοις to 1401-1473 δούλοις αυτού his servants, 3588-3303 ο μεν Indeed the 1062 γάμος wedding feast 2092-1510.2.3 έτοιμός εστιν is prepared, 3588-1161 οι δε but the ones 2564 κεκλημένοι being invited 3756-1510.7.6 ουκ ήσαν were not 514 άξιοι worthy.   22:9   4198 πορεύεσθε You go 3767 ουν then 1909 επί unto 3588 τας the 1327 διεξόδους outer reaches 3588 των of the 3598 οδών ways! 2532 και and 3745-1437 όσους εάν as many as 2147 εύρητε you should find, 2564 καλέσατε invite 1519 εις to 3588 τους the 1062 γάμους wedding feasts!   22:10   2532 και And 1831 εξελθόντες [²having gone forth 3588 οι   1401-1565 δούλοι εκείνοι ¹those servants] 1519 εις into 3588 τας the 3598 οδούς ways, 4863 συνήγαγον gathered together 3956 πάντας all, 3745 όσους as many as 2147 εύρον they found, 4190-5037 πονηρούς τε both wicked 2532 και and 18 αγαθούς good; 2532 και and 4130 επλήσθη [³was filled 3588 ο ¹the 1062 γάμος ²wedding feast] 345 ανακειμένων with ones reclining.   22:11   1525 εισελθών [⁴entering 1161 δε ¹And 3588 ο ²the 935 βασιλεύς ³king] 2300 θεάσασθαι to see 3588 τους the ones 345 ανακειμένους reclining, 1492 είδεν beheld 1563 εκεί there 444 άνθρωπον a man 3756 ουκ not 1746 ενδεδυμένον having put on 1742 ένδυμα [²garment 1062 γάμου ¹the wedding].   22:12   2532 και And 3004 λέγει he says 1473 αυτώ to him, 2083 εταίρε Friend, 4459 πως how 1525 εισήλθες did you enter 5602 ώδε here 3361 μη not 2192 έχων having 1742 ένδυμα [²garment 1062 γάμου ¹a wedding]? 3588-1161 ο δε And he 5392 εφιμώθη was halted.   22:13   5119 τότε Then 2036 είπεν [³said 3588 ο ¹the 935 βασιλεύς ²king] 3588 τοις to the 1249 διακόνοις servants, 1210 δήσαντες Having bound 1473 αυτού his 4228 πόδας feet 2532 και and 5495 χείρας hands, 142 άρατε lift 1473 αυτόν him 2532 και and 1544 εκβάλετε cast him 1519 εις into 3588 το the 4655 σκότος [²darkness 3588 το   1857 εξώτερον ¹outer]! 1563 εκεί There, 1510.8.3 έσται there will be 3588 ο the 2805 κλαυθμός weeping 2532 και and 3588 ο the 1030 βρυγμός gnashing 3588 των   3599 οδόντων of teeth.   22:14   4183-1063 πολλοί γαρ For many 1510.2.6 εισι are 2822 κλητοί called, 3641-1161 ολίγοι δε but few 1588 εκλεκτοί are chosen.   22:15   5119 τότε Then 4198 πορευθέντες having gone, 3588 οι the * Φαρισαίοι Pharisees 4824 συμβούλιον [²council 2983 έλαβον ¹took] 3704 όπως how 1473-3802 αυτόν παγιδεύσωσιν they should ensnare him 1722 εν in 3056 λόγω a matter.   22:16   2532 και And 649 αποστέλλουσιν they sent 1473 αυτώ to him 3588 τους   3101-1473 μαθητάς αυτών their disciples 3326 μετά with 3588 των the * Ηρωδιανών Herodians, 3004 λέγοντες saying, 1320 διδάσκαλε Teacher, 1492 οίδαμεν we know 3754 ότι that 227-1510.2.2 αληθής ει you are true, 2532 και and 3588 την the 3598 οδόν way 3588 του   2316 θεού of God 1722 εν in 225 αληθεία truth 1321 διδάσκεις you teach, 2532 και and 3756-3199 ου μέλει there is no care 1473 σοι to you 4012 περί concerning 3762 ουδενός any one, 3756 ου [³not 1063 γαρ ¹for 991 βλέπεις ²you see] 1519 εις to 4383 πρόσωπον the person 444 ανθρώπων of men.   22:17   2036-3767 ειπέ ουν Now then tell 1473 ημίν to us! 5100 τι What 1473 σοι do you 1380 δοκεί think? 1832 έξεστι Is it allowed 1325 δούναι to give 2778 κήνσον tribute * Καίσαρι to Caesar 2228 η or 3756 ου not?   22:18   1097 γνους [³knowing 1161 δε ¹And 3588 ο   * Ιησούς ²Jesus] 3588 την   4189-1473 πονηρίαν αυτών their wickedness, 2036 είπε said, 5100 τι Why 1473-3985 με πειράζετε do you test me, 5273 υποκριταί hypocrites?   22:19   1925 επιδείξατέ Display 1473 μοι to me 3588 το the 3546 νόμισμα money 3588 του for the 2778 κήνσου tribute! 3588-1161 οι δε And they 4374 προσήνεγκαν brought 1473 αυτώ to him 1220 δηνάριον a denarius.   22:20   2532 και And 3004 λέγει he says 1473 αυτοίς to them, 5100 τίνος What 3588 η is the 1504 εικών image 3778 αύτη to this 2532 και and 3588 η the 1923 επιγραφή inscription?   22:21   3004 λέγουσιν They say 1473 αυτώ to him, * Καίσαρος Caesar's. 5119 τότε Then 3004 λέγει he says 1473 αυτοίς to them, 591 απόδοτε Render 3767 ουν then 3588 τα the things * Καίσαρος of Caesar, * Καίσαρι to Caesar, 2532 και and 3588 τα the things 3588 του   2316 θεού of God, 3588 τω to 2316 θεώ God!   22:22   2532 και And 191 ακούσαντες having heard 2296 εθαύμασαν they marveled, 2532 και and 863 αφέντες leaving 1473 αυτόν him, 565 απήλθον they went forth.   22:23   1722 εν On 1565 εκείνη that 3588 τη   2250 ημέρα day, 4334 προσήλθον [²came forward 1473 αυτώ ³to him * Σαδδουκαίοι ¹Sadducees], 3588 οι the ones 3004 λέγοντες saying 3361-1510.1 μη είναι there is no 386 ανάστασιν resurrection. 2532 και And 1905 επηρώτησαν they asked 1473 αυτόν him,   22:24   3004 λέγοντες saying, 1320 διδάσκαλε Teacher, * Μωσής Moses 2036 είπεν said, 1437 εάν If 5100 τις any 599 αποθάνη should die 3361 μη not 2192 έχων having 5043 τέκνα children, 1918 επιγαμβρεύσει [²shall ally by marriage 3588 ο   80-1473 αδελφός αυτού ¹his brother] 3588 την to 1135-1473 γυναίκα αυτού his wife, 2532 και and 450 αναστήσει shall raise up 4690 σπέρμα seed 3588 τω to 80-1473 αδελφώ αυτού his brother.   22:25   1510.7.6-1161 ήσαν δε Now there were 3844 παρ΄ with 1473 ημίν us 2033 επτά seven 80 αδελφοί brothers; 2532 και and 3588 ο the 4413 πρώτος first 1060 γαμήσας having married 5053 ετελεύτησεν came to an end; 2532 και and 3361 μη not 2192 έχων having 4690 σπέρμα seed 863 αφήκεν he left 3588 την   1135-1473 γυναίκα αυτού his wife 3588 τω to 80-1473 αδελφώ αυτού his brother.   22:26   3668 ομοίως In like manner 2532 και also 3588 ο the 1208 δεύτερος second, 2532 και and 3588 το the 5154 τρίτος third, 2193 έως unto 3588 των the 2033 επτά seven.   22:27   5305-1161 ύστερον δε And afterwards 3956 πάντων all 599 απέθανε died 2532 και and 3588 η the 1135 γυνή woman.   22:28   1722 εν In 3588 τη the 3767 ουν then 386 αναστάσει resurrection, 5100 τίνος which 3588 των of the 2033 επτά seven 1510.8.3 έσται will she be 1135 γυνή wife? 3956-1063 πάντες γαρ for all 2192 έσχον had 1473 αυτήν her.   22:29   611-1161 αποκριθείς δε And answering 3588 ο   * Ιησούς Jesus 2036 είπεν said 1473 αυτοίς to them, 4105 πλανάσθε You err, 3361 μη not 1492 ειδότες knowing 3588 τας the 1124 γραφάς scriptures, 3366 μηδέ nor 3588 την the 1411 δύναμιν power 3588 του   2316 θεού of God.   22:30   1722-1063 εν γαρ For in 3588 τη the 386 αναστάσει resurrection 3777 ούτε neither 1060 γαμούσιν they marry, 3777 ούτε nor 1547 εκγαμίζονται give in marriage, 235 αλλ΄ but 5613 ως [²as 32 άγγελοι ³angels 3588 του   2316 θεού ⁴of God 1722 εν ⁵in 3772 ουρανώ ⁶heaven 1510.2.6 εισι ¹they are].   22:31   4012-1161 περί δε But concerning 3588 της the 386 αναστάσεως resurrection 3588 των of the 3498 νεκρών dead, 3756 ουκ Did you not 314 ανέγνωτε read 3588 το the thing 4483 ρηθέν having been spoken 1473 υμίν to you 5259 υπό by 3588 του   2316 θεού God, 3004 λέγοντος saying,   22:32   1473 εγώ I 1510.2.1 ειμι am 3588 ο the 2316 θεός God * Αβραάμ of Abraham, 2532 και and 3588 ο the 2316 θεός God * Ισαάκ of Isaac, 2532 και and 3588 ο the 2316 θεός God * Ιακώβ of Jacob? 3756-1510.2.3 ουκ έστιν He is not 3588 ο the 2316 θεός God 3498 νεκρών of the dead, 235 αλλά but 2198 ζώντων of living.   22:33   2532 και And 191 ακούσαντες having heard, 3588 οι the 3793 όχλοι multitudes 1605 εξεπλήσσοντο were overwhelmed 1909 επί at 3588 τη   1322-1473 διδαχή αυτού his teaching.
