  5:28   2532 και And 2641 καταλιπών leaving behind 537 άπαντα all, 450 άναστας having risen, 190 ηκολούθησεν he followed 1473 αυτώ him.   5:29   2532 και And 4160 εποίησε [²made 1403 δοχήν ⁴banquet 3173 μεγάλην ³a great * Λευϊς ¹Levi] 1473 αυτώ for him 1722 εν in 3588 τη   3614-1473 οικία αυτού his house. 2532 και And 1510.7.3 ην was there 3793 όχλος [²multitude 5057 τελωνών ³of tax collectors 4183 πολύς ¹a great], 2532 και and 243 άλλων others 3739 οι who 1510.7.6 ήσαν were 3326 μετ΄ with 1473 αυτών them 2621 κατακείμενοι reclining.   5:30   2532 και And 1111 εγόγγυζον [⁵grumbled 3588 οι   1122-1473 γραμματείς αυτών ¹their scribes 2532 και ²and 3588 οι ³the * Φαρισαίοι ⁴Pharisees] 4314 προς against 3588 τους   3101-1473 μαθητάς αυτού his disciples, 3004 λέγοντες saying, 1302 διατί Why 3326 μετά with 3588 των the 5057 τελωνών tax collectors 2532 και and 268 αμαρτωλών sinners 2068 εσθίετε does he eat 2532 και and 4095 πίνετε drink?   5:31   2532 και And 611 αποκριθείς answering 3588 ο   * Ιησούς Jesus 2036 είπε said 4314 προς to 1473 αυτούς them, 3756 ου No 5532 χρείαν need 2192 έχουσιν [³have 3588 οι ¹do the ones 5198 υγιαίνοντες ²being in health] 2395 ιατρού of a physician, 235 αλλ΄ but 3588 οι the ones 2560 κακώς [²illnesses 2192 έχοντες ¹having].   5:32   3756-2064 ουκ ελήλυθα I have not come 2564 καλέσαι to call 1342 δικαίους righteous ones 235 αλλά but 268 αμαρτωλούς sinners 1519 εις unto 3341 μετάνοιαν repentance.   5:33   3588-1161 οι δε And they 2036 είπον said 4314 προς to 1473 αυτόν him, 1302 διατί Why 3588 οι do the 3101 μαθηταί disciples * Ιωάννου of John 3522 νηστεύουσι fast 4437 πυκνά frequently, 2532 και and 1162 δεήσεις [²supplications 4160 ποιούνται ¹make], 3668-2532 ομοίως και and in like manner 3588 οι the ones 3588 των of the * Φαρισαίων Pharisees, 3588-1161 οι δε but the ones 4674 σοι to you 2068 εσθίουσι eat 2532 και and 4095 πίνουσιν drink?   5:34   3588-1161 ο δε And he 2036 είπε said 4314 προς to 1473 αυτούς them, 3361-1410 μη δύνασθε Are you able 3588 τους [²the 5207 υιούς ³sons 3588 του ⁴of the 3567 νυμφώνος ⁵bridal chamber 1722-3739 εν ω ⁷when 3588 ο ⁸the 3566 νυμφίος ⁹groom 3326 μετ΄ ¹¹with 1473 αυτών ¹²them 1510.2.3 εστι ¹⁰is 4160 ποιήσαι ¹to make 3522 νηστεύειν ⁶fast]?   5:35   2064-1161 ελεύσονται δε But there will come 2250 ημέραι days, 2532-3752 και όταν that whenever 522 απαρθή [³departs 575 απ΄ ⁴from 1473 αυτών ⁵them 3588 ο ¹the 3566 νυμφίος ²groom], 5119 τότε then 3522 νηστεύσουσιν they shall fast 1722 εν in 1565 εκείναις those 3588 ταις   2250 ημέραις days.   5:36   3004-1161 έλεγε δε And he spoke 2532 και also 3850 παραβολήν a parable 4314 προς to 1473 αυτούς them 3754 ότι that, 3762 ουδείς No one 1915 επίβλημα [²a piece of cloth 2440 ιματίου ⁴coat 2537 καινού ³of a new 1911 επιβάλλει ¹puts] 1909 επί upon 2440 ιμάτιον [²cloak 3820 παλαιόν ¹an old]; 1490 ει δε μήγε otherwise 2532 και also 3588 το the 2537 καινόν new 4977 σχίζει splits, 2532 και and 3588 τω the 3820 παλαιώ old cloak 3756 ου does not 4856 συμφωνεί join in harmony with 3588 το the one 575 από of 3588 του the 2537 καινού new.   5:37   2532 και And 3762 ουδείς no one 906 βάλλει casts 3631 οίνον [²wine 3501 νέον ¹new] 1519 εις into 779 ασκούς [²leather wine bags 3820 παλαιούς ¹old]; 1490 ει δε μήγε otherwise 4486 ρήξει [⁴shall tear 3588 ο ¹the 3501 νέος ²new 3631 οίνος ³wine] 3588 τους the 779 ασκούς leather wine bags, 2532 και and 1473 αυτός it 1632 εκχυθήσεται will be poured out, 2532 και and 3588 οι the 779 ασκοί leather wine bags 622 απολούνται will be destroyed.   5:38   235 αλλά But 3631 οίνον [²wine 3501 νέον ¹new 1519 εις ⁴into 779 ασκούς ⁶leather wine bags 2537 καινούς ⁵new 992 βλητέον ³is put], 2532 και and 297 αμφότεροι both 4933 συντηρούνται are preserved together.   5:39   2532 και And 3762 ουδείς no one 4095 πιών having drunk 3820 παλαιόν old wine 2112 ευθέως immediately 2309 θέλει wants 3501 νέον new; 3004-1063 λέγει γαρ for he says 3588 ο the 3820 παλαιός old 5543-1510.2.3 χρηστότερός εστιν is better.
