29 H4100 Why H1163 kick H2077 you at my sacrifice H4503 and at my offering, H834 which H6680 I have commanded H4583 in my habitation; H3513 and honor H1121 your sons H1254 above me, to make yourselves fat H7225 with the most chief H3605 of all H4503 the offerings H3478 of Israel H5971 my people?

30 H3651 Why H3068 the LORD H430 God H3478 of Israel H5002 said, H559 I said H1004 indeed that your house, H1004 and the house H1 of your father, H1980 should walk H6440 before H5769 me for ever: H6258 but now H3068 the LORD H5002 said, H2486 Be it far H3513 from me; for them that honor H3513 me I will honor, H959 and they that despise H7043 me shall be lightly H7043 esteemed.

31 H2009 Behold, H3117 the days H935 come, H1438 that I will cut H2220 off your arm, H2220 and the arm H1 of your father’s H1004 house, H2205 that there shall not be an old H1004 man in your house.

32 H5027 And you shall see H6862 an enemy H4583 in my habitation, H3605 in all H834 the wealth which H3190 God shall give H3478 Israel: H2205 and there shall not be an old H1004 man in your house H3605 for ever. H3117

33 H376 And the man H3772 of yours, whom I shall not cut H4196 off from my altar, H3615 shall be to consume H5869 your eyes, H109 and to grieve H5315 your heart: H3605 and all H4768 the increase H1004 of your house H4191 shall die H582 in the flower H582 of their age.

34 H2088 And this H226 shall be a sign H935 to you, that shall come H8147 on your two H1121 sons, H413 on H2652 Hophni H6372 and Phinehas; H259 in one H3117 day H4191 they shall die H8147 both of them.
