  9 H559 ויאמר Wherefore he said H4397 למלאכי unto the messengers H1130 בן הדד of Ben-hadad, H559 אמרו Tell H113 לאדני my lord H4428 המלך the king, H3605 כל All H834 אשׁר that H7971 שׁלחת thou didst send H413 אל for to H5650 עבדך thy servant H7223 בראשׁנה at the first H6213 אעשׂה I will do: H1697 והדבר thing H2088 הזה but this H3808 לא not H3201 אוכל I may H6213 לעשׂות do. H1980 וילכו departed, H4397 המלאכים And the messengers H7725 וישׁבהו and brought H1697 דבר׃ him word

  17 H559 ויאמר And he said, H7200 ראיתי I saw H853 את   H3605 כל all H3478 ישׂראל Israel H6327 נפצים scattered H413 אל upon H2022 ההרים the hills, H6629 כצאן as sheep H834 אשׁר that H369 אין have not H1992 להם   H7462 רעה a shepherd: H559 ויאמר said, H3068 יהוה and the LORD H3808 לא have no H113 אדנים master: H428 לאלה These H7725 ישׁובו let them return H376 אישׁ every man H1004 לביתו to his house H7965 בשׁלום׃ in peace.

  3 H3318 ויצאו came forth H1121 בני And the sons H5030 הנביאים of the prophets H834 אשׁר that H1008 בית אל at Bethel H413 אל to H477 אלישׁע Elisha, H559 ויאמרו and said H413 אליו unto H3045 הידעת him, Knowest H3588 כי thou that H3117 היום today? H3068 יהוה the LORD H3947 לקח will take away H853 את   H113 אדניך thy master H5921 מעל from H7218 ראשׁך thy head H559 ויאמר And he said, H1571 גם Yea, H589 אני I H3045 ידעתי know H2814 החשׁו׃ hold ye your peace.

  5 H5066 ויגשׁו came H1121 בני And the sons H5030 הנביאים of the prophets H834 אשׁר that H3405 ביריחו at Jericho H413 אל to H477 אלישׁע Elisha, H559 ויאמרו and said H413 אליו unto H3045 הידעת him, Knowest H3588 כי thou that H3117 היום today? H3068 יהוה the LORD H3947 לקח will take away H853 את   H113 אדניך thy master H5921 מעל from H7218 ראשׁך thy head H559 ויאמר And he answered, H1571 גם Yea, H589 אני I H3045 ידעתי know H2814 החשׁו׃ hold ye your peace.

  16 H559 ויאמרו And they said H413 אליו unto H2009 הנה him, Behold H4994 נא now, H3426 ישׁ there be H854 את with H5650 עבדיך thy servants H2572 חמשׁים fifty H376 אנשׁים men; H1121 בני strong H2428 חיל strong H1980 ילכו let them go, H4994 נא we pray thee, H1245 ויבקשׁו and seek H853 את   H113 אדניך thy master: H6435 פן lest peradventure H5375 נשׂאו hath taken him up, H7307 רוח the Spirit H3068 יהוה of the LORD H7993 וישׁלכהו and cast H259 באחד him upon some H2022 ההרים mountain, H176 או or H259 באחת into some H1516 הגיאות valley. H559 ויאמר And he said, H3808 לא Ye shall not H7971 תשׁלחו׃ send.

  19 H559 ויאמרו said H376 אנשׁי And the men H5892 העיר of the city H413 אל unto H477 אלישׁע Elisha, H2009 הנה Behold, H4994 נא I pray thee, H4186 מושׁב the situation H5892 העיר of this city H2896 טוב pleasant, H834 כאשׁר as H113 אדני my lord H7200 ראה seeth: H4325 והמים but the water H7451 רעים naught, H776 והארץ and the ground H7921 משׁכלת׃ barren.

  16 H559 ויאמר And he said, H4150 למועד season, H2088 הזה About this H6256 כעת according to the time H2416 חיה of life, H859 אתי thou H2263 חבקת shalt embrace H1121 בן a son. H559 ותאמר And she said, H408 אל Nay, H113 אדני my lord, H376 אישׁ man H430 האלהים of God, H408 אל do not lie H3576 תכזב do not lie H8198 בשׁפחתך׃ unto thine handmaid.

  28 H559 ותאמר Then she said, H7592 השׁאלתי Did I desire H1121 בן a son H853 מאת   H113 אדני my lord? H3808 הלא did I not H559 אמרתי say, H3808 לא Do not H7952 תשׁלה deceive H853 אתי׃  

  1 H5283 ונעמן Now Naaman, H8269 שׂר captain H6635 צבא of the host H4428 מלך of the king H758 ארם of Syria, H1961 היה was H376 אישׁ man H1419 גדול a great H6440 לפני with H113 אדניו his master, H5375 ונשׂא and honorable, H6440 פנים and honorable, H3588 כי because H5414 בו נתן had given H3068 יהוה by him the LORD H8668 תשׁועה deliverance H758 לארם unto Syria: H376 והאישׁ man H1961 היה he was H1368 גבור also a mighty H2428 חיל in valor, H6879 מצרע׃ a leper.

  3 H559 ותאמר And she said H413 אל unto H1404 גברתה her mistress, H305 אחלי Would God H113 אדני my lord H6440 לפני with H5030 הנביא the prophet H834 אשׁר that H8111 בשׁמרון in Samaria! H227 אז for H622 יאסף he would recover H853 אתו   H6883 מצרעתו׃ him of his leprosy.

  4 H935 ויבא And went in, H5046 ויגד and told H113 לאדניו his lord, H559 לאמר saying, H2063 כזאת Thus H2063 וכזאת and thus H1696 דברה said H5291 הנערה the maid H834 אשׁר that H776 מארץ of the land H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

  18 H1697 לדבר thing H2088 הזה In this H5545 יסלח pardon H3068 יהוה the LORD H5650 לעבדך thy servant, H935 בבוא goeth H113 אדני when my master H1004 בית into the house H7417 רמון of Rimmon H7812 להשׁתחות to worship H8033 שׁמה there, H1931 והוא and he H8172 נשׁען leaneth H5921 על on H3027 ידי my hand, H7812 והשׁתחויתי and I bow myself H1004 בית in the house H7417 רמן of Rimmon: H7812 בהשׁתחויתי when I bow down myself H1004 בית in the house H7417 רמן of Rimmon, H5545 יסלח pardon H4994 נא   H3068 יהוה the LORD H5650 לעבדך thy servant H1697 בדבר thing. H2088 הזה׃ in this

  20 H559 ויאמר said, H1522 גיחזי But Gehazi, H5288 נער the servant H477 אלישׁע of Elisha H376 אישׁ the man H430 האלהים of God, H2009 הנה Behold, H2820 חשׂך hath spared H113 אדני my master H853 את   H5283 נעמן Naaman H761 הארמי Syrian, H2088 הזה this H3947 מקחת in not receiving H3027 מידו at his hands H853 את   H834 אשׁר that which H935 הביא he brought: H2416 חי liveth, H3068 יהוה the LORD H3588 כי but, H518 אם but, H7323 רצתי I will run H310 אחריו after H3947 ולקחתי him, and take H853 מאתו   H3972 מאומה׃ somewhat

  22 H559 ויאמר And he said, H7965 שׁלום All well. H113 אדני My master H7971 שׁלחני hath sent H559 לאמר me, saying, H2009 הנה Behold, H6258 עתה even now H2088 זה even now H935 באו there be come H413 אלי to H8147 שׁני two H5288 נערים young men H2022 מהר me from mount H669 אפרים Ephraim H1121 מבני of the sons H5030 הנביאים of the prophets: H5414 תנה give H4994 נא them, I pray thee, H3603 להם ככר a talent H3701 כסף of silver, H8147 ושׁתי and two H2487 חלפות changes H899 בגדים׃ of garments.

  25 H1931 והוא But he H935 בא went in, H5975 ויעמד and stood H413 אל before H113 אדניו his master. H559 ויאמר said H413 אליו unto H477 אלישׁע And Elisha H575 מאן whither. H1522 גחזי Gehazi? H559 ויאמר And he said, H3808 לא no H1980 הלך went H5650 עבדך Thy servant H575 אנה whither. H575 ואנה׃  

  5 H1961 ויהי was H259 האחד But as one H5307 מפיל felling H6982 הקורה a beam, H853 ואת   H1270 הברזל the axe head H5307 נפל fell H413 אל into H4325 המים the water: H6817 ויצעק and he cried, H559 ויאמר and said, H162 אהה Alas, H113 אדני master! H1931 והוא for it H7592 שׁאול׃ was borrowed.

  12 H559 ויאמר said, H259 אחד And one H5650 מעבדיו of his servants H3808 לוא None, H113 אדני my lord, H4428 המלך O king: H3588 כי but H477 אלישׁע Elisha, H5030 הנביא the prophet H834 אשׁר that H3478 בישׂראל in Israel, H5046 יגיד telleth H4428 למלך the king H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H853 את   H1697 הדברים the words H834 אשׁר that H1696 תדבר thou speakest H2315 בחדר in thy bedchamber. H4904 משׁכבך׃ in thy bedchamber.

  15 H7925 וישׁכם early, H8334 משׁרת And when the servant H376 אישׁ of the man H430 האלהים of God H6965 לקום was risen H3318 ויצא and gone forth, H2009 והנה behold, H2428 חיל a host H5437 סובב compassed H853 את   H5892 העיר the city H5483 וסוס both with horses H7393 ורכב and chariots. H559 ויאמר said H5288 נערו And his servant H413 אליו unto H162 אהה him, Alas, H113 אדני my master! H349 איכה how H6213 נעשׂה׃ shall we do?

  22 H559 ויאמר And he answered, H3808 לא Thou shalt not H5221 תכה smite H834 האשׁר those whom H7617 שׁבית thou hast taken captive H2719 בחרבך with thy sword H7198 ובקשׁתך and with thy bow? H859 אתה wouldest thou H5221 מכה smite H7760 שׂים set H3899 לחם bread H4325 ומים and water H6440 לפניהם before H398 ויאכלו them, that they may eat H8354 וישׁתו and drink, H1980 וילכו and go H413 אל to H113 אדניהם׃ their master.

  23 H3739 ויכרה And he prepared H1992 להם   H3740 כרה provision H1419 גדולה great H398 ויאכלו for them: and when they had eaten H8354 וישׁתו and drunk, H7971 וישׁלחם he sent them away, H1980 וילכו and they went H413 אל to H113 אדניהם their master. H3808 ולא no H3254 יספו more H5750 עוד more H1416 גדודי So the bands H758 ארם of Syria H935 לבוא came H776 בארץ into the land H3478 ישׂראל׃ of Israel.

  26 H1961 ויהי was H4428 מלך And as the king H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H5674 עבר passing by H5921 על upon H2346 החמה the wall, H802 ואשׁה a woman H6817 צעקה there cried H413 אליו unto H559 לאמר him, saying, H3467 הושׁיעה Help, H113 אדני my lord, H4428 המלך׃ O king.

  32 H477 ואלישׁע But Elisha H3427 ישׁב sat H1004 בביתו in his house, H2205 והזקנים and the elders H3427 ישׁבים sat H854 אתו with H7971 וישׁלח him; and sent H376 אישׁ a man H6440 מלפניו from before H2962 בטרם him: but ere H935 יבא came H4397 המלאך the messenger H413 אליו to H1931 והוא him, he H559 אמר said H413 אל to H2205 הזקנים the elders, H7200 הראיתם See H3588 כי ye how H7971 שׁלח hath sent H1121 בן son H7523 המרצח of a murderer H2088 הזה this H5493 להסיר to take away H853 את   H7218 ראשׁי mine head? H7200 ראו look, H935 כבא cometh, H4397 המלאך when the messenger H5462 סגרו shut H1817 הדלת the door, H3905 ולחצתם   H853 אתו   H1817 בדלת at the door: H3808 הלוא not H6963 קול the sound H7272 רגלי feet H113 אדניו of his master's H310 אחריו׃ behind

  5 H1961 ויהי And it came to pass, H1931 הוא as he H5608 מספר was telling H4428 למלך the king H853 את   H834 אשׁר how H2421 החיה he had restored to life, H853 את   H4191 המת   H2009 והנה that, behold, H802 האשׁה the woman, H834 אשׁר whose H2421 החיה restored to life. H853 את   H1121 בנה son H6817 צעקת cried H413 אל to H4428 המלך the king H5921 על for H1004 ביתה her house H5921 ועל and for H7704 שׂדה her land. H559 ויאמר said, H1522 גחזי And Gehazi H113 אדני My lord, H4428 המלך O king, H2063 זאת this H802 האשׁה the woman, H2088 וזה and this H1121 בנה her son, H834 אשׁר whom H2421 החיה   H477 אלישׁע׃ Elisha

  12 H559 ויאמר said, H2371 חזאל And Hazael H4069 מדוע Why H113 אדני my lord? H1058 בכה weepeth H559 ויאמר And he answered, H3588 כי Because H3045 ידעתי I know H853 את   H834 אשׁר that H6213 תעשׂה thou wilt do H1121 לבני unto the children H3478 ישׂראל of Israel: H7451 רעה the evil H4013 מבצריהם their strongholds H7971 תשׁלח wilt thou set H784 באשׁ on fire, H970 ובחריהם and their young men H2719 בחרב with the sword, H2026 תהרג wilt thou slay H5768 ועלליהם their children, H7376 תרטשׁ and wilt dash H2030 והרתיהם their women with child. H1234 תבקע׃ and rip up

  14 H1980 וילך So he departed H853 מאת   H477 אלישׁע Elisha, H935 ויבא and came H413 אל to H113 אדניו his master; H559 ויאמר who said H4100 לו מה to him, What H559 אמר said H477 לך אלישׁע Elisha H559 ויאמר to thee? And he answered, H559 אמר He told H2421 לי חיה me thou shouldest surely recover. H2421 תחיה׃ me thou shouldest surely recover.

  7 H5221 והכיתה And thou shalt smite H853 את   H1004 בית the house H256 אחאב of Ahab H113 אדניך thy master, H5358 ונקמתי that I may avenge H1818 דמי the blood H5650 עבדי of my servants H5030 הנביאים the prophets, H1818 ודמי and the blood H3605 כל of all H5650 עבדי the servants H3068 יהוה of the LORD, H3027 מיד at the hand H348 איזבל׃ of Jezebel.

  11 H3058 ויהוא Then Jehu H3318 יצא came forth H413 אל to H5650 עבדי the servants H113 אדניו of his lord: H559 ויאמר and said H7965 לו השׁלום unto him, all well? H4069 מדוע wherefore H935 בא came H7696 המשׁגע mad H2088 הזה this H413 אליך to H559 ויאמר thee? And he said H413 אליהם unto H859 אתם them, Ye H3045 ידעתם know H853 את   H376 האישׁ the man, H853 ואת   H7879 שׂיחו׃ and his communication.

  31 H3058 ויהוא And as Jehu H935 בא entered in H8179 בשׁער at the gate, H559 ותאמר she said, H7965 השׁלום peace, H2174 זמרי Zimri H2026 הרג who slew H113 אדניו׃ his master?
