Numbers 14:10-41 But all the company said to stone them with stones. And the glory of the LORD appeared in the tent of meeting before all the sons of Israel.

10 H3605 But all H5712 the company H559 [H8799] said H7275 [H8800] to stone H68 them with stones. H3519 And the glory H3068 of the LORD H7200 [H8738] appeared H168 in the tent H4150 of meeting H413 before H3605 all H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel.

11 H3068 And the LORD H559 [H8799] said H4872 to Moses, H5971 How long will this people H5006 [H8762] provoke H3808 me? and how long will it be before H539 [H8686] they believe H226 me, for all the signs H6213 [H8804] which I have shown H7130 among them?

12 H5221 [H8686] I will smite H1698 them with the pestilence, H3423 [H8686] and dispossess H6213 [H8799] them, and will make H1419 of thee a greater H1471 nation H6099 and mightier than they.

13 H4872 And Moses H559 [H8799] said H3068 to the LORD, H4714 Then the Egyptians H8085 [H8804] shall hear H5927 [H8689] it, (for thou broughtest up H5971 this people H3581 in thy might H7130 from among them;)

14 H559 [H8804] And they will tell H3427 [H8802] it to the inhabitants H776 of this land: H8085 [H8804] for they have heard H3068 that thou LORD H7130 art among H5971 this people, H3068 that thou LORD H7200 [H8738] art seen H5869 eye H5869 to eye, H6051 and that thy cloud H5975 [H8802] standeth H1980 [H8802] over them, and that thou goest H6440 at the face of H3119 them, by day time H5982 in a pillar H6051 of a cloud, H5982 and in a pillar H784 of fire H3915 by night.

15 H4191 [H8689] Now if thou shalt kill H5971 all this people H259 as one H376 man, H1471 then the nations H8085 [H8804] which have heard H8088 the fame H559 [H8804] of thee will speak, H559 [H8800] saying,

16 H3068 Because the LORD H1115 was not H3201 [H8800] able H935 [H8687] to bring H5971 this people H776 into the land H7650 [H8738] which he swore H7819 [H8799] to them, therefore he hath slain H4057 them in the wilderness.

17 H3581 And now, I beseech thee, let the power H136 of my Sovereign H1431 [H8799] be great, H834 according H1696 [H8765] as thou hast spoken, H559 [H8800] saying,

18 H3068 The LORD H750 is slow H639 to anger, H9002 and H7227 of great H2617 mercy, H5375 [H8802] forgiving H5771 perversity H9002 and H6588 revolt, H9001 and H3808 by no H5352 [H8763] means H5352 [H8762] clearing the guilty, H6485 [H8802] visiting H5771 the perversity H1 of the fathers H5921 upon H1121 the sons H5921 to the H8029 third H9002 and H5921 to the H7256 fourth generation.

19 H5545 [H8798] Forgive, H5771 I beseech thee, the perversity H5971 of this people H1433 according to the greatness H2617 of thy mercy, H5375 [H8804] and as thou hast forgiven H5971 this people, H4714 from Egypt H2008 even until now.

20 H3068 And the LORD H559 [H8799] said, H5545 [H8804] I have forgiven H1697 according to thy word:

21 H199 But as truly H2416 as I live, H776 all the earth H4390 [H8735] shall be filled H3519 with the glory H3068 of the LORD.

22 H582 Because all those men H7200 [H8802] who have seen H3519 my glory, H226 and my miracles, H6213 [H8804] which I did H4714 in Egypt H4057 and in the wilderness, H5254 H853 [H8762] and have tested H6235 me now these ten H6471 times, H8085 [H8804] and have not hearkened H6963 to my voice;

23 H518 Surely they shall not H7200 [H8799] see H776 the land H7650 [H8738] which I swore H1 to their fathers, H5006 [H8764] neither shall any of them that provoked H7200 [H8799] me see it:

24 H5650 But my servant H3612 Caleb, H6118 because H312 he had another H7307 spirit H310 with him, and hath followed H4390 [H8762] me fully, H935 [H8689] him will I bring H776 into the land H935 [H8804] into which he went; H2233 and his seed H3423 [H8686] shall possess it.

25 H6003 (Now the Amalekites H3669 and the Canaanites H3427 [H8802] dwelt H6010 in the valley.) H4279 To morrow H6437 [H8798] turn H5265 [H8798] ye, and pass H4057 into the wilderness H1870 by the way H5488 of the Red H3220 sea.

26 H3068 And the LORD H1696 [H8762] spoke H4872 to Moses H175 and to Aaron, H559 [H8800] saying,

27 H7451 How long shall I bear with this evil H5712 company, H3885 [H8688] which murmur H8085 [H8804] against me? I have heard H8519 the murmurings H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel, H3885 [H8688] which they murmur against me.

28 H559 [H8798] Say H3808 to them, As truly as H2416 I live, H5002 [H8803] saith H3068 the LORD, H1696 [H8765] as ye have spoken H241 in my ears, H6213 [H8799] so will I do to you:

29 H6297 Your carcases H5307 [H8799] shall fall H4057 in this wilderness; H6485 [H8803] and all that were numbered H4557 of you, according to your whole number, H6242 from twenty H8141 years H1121 old H4605 and upward, H3885 [H8689] who have murmured against me,

30 H518 Doubtless ye shall not H935 [H8799] come H776 into the land, H3027 H5375 [H8804] concerning which I swore H7931 [H8763] to make you dwell H3612 in it, except Caleb H1121 the son H3312 of Jephunneh, H3091 and Joshua H1121 the son H5126 of Nun.

31 H2945 But your little ones, H559 [H8804] which ye said H957 should be a prey, H935 [H8689] them will I bring in, H3045 [H8804] and they shall know H776 the land H3988 [H8804] which ye have despised.

32 H6297 But as for you, your carcases, H5307 [H8799] they shall fall H4057 in this wilderness.

33 H1121 And your sons H7462 [H8802] shall be shepherds H4057 in the wilderness H705 forty H8141 years, H5375 [H8804] and bear H2184 your harlotries, H6297 until your carcases H8552 [H8800] shall be wasted H4057 in the wilderness.

34 H4557 After the number H3117 of the days H8446 [H8804] in which ye searched H776 the land, H705 even forty H3117 days, H3117 each day H8141 H3117 H8141 for a year, H5375 [H8799] shall ye bear H5771 your perversities, H705 even forty H8141 years, H3045 [H8804] and ye shall know H8569 my breach of promise.

35 H3068 I the LORD H1696 [H8765] have said, H518 H3808 I will surely H6213 [H8799] do H2063 it H3605 to all H7451 this evil H5712 company, H3259 [H8737] that are gathered together H4057 against me: in this wilderness H8552 [H8735] they shall be consumed, H4191 [H8799] and there they shall die.

36 H582 And the men, H4872 whom Moses H7971 [H8804] sent H8446 [H8800] to search H776 the land, H7725 [H8799] who returned, H3605 and made all H9009 the H5712 company H3885 H3885 [H8686] to murmur H3318 [H8687] against him, by bringing H1681 a slander H776 upon the land,

37 H582 Even those H582 men H3318 [H8688] that brought H7451 the bad H1681 report H776 upon the land, H4191 [H8799] died H4046 by the plague H6440 at the face of H3068 the LORD.

38 H3091 But Joshua H1121 the son H5126 of Nun, H3612 and Caleb H1121 the son H3312 of Jephunneh, H1992 H582 who were of the men H1980 [H8802] that went H8446 [H8800] to search H776 the land, H2421 [H8804] lived still.

39 H4872 And Moses H1696 [H8762] told H1697 these sayings H1121 to all the sons H3478 of Israel: H5971 and the people H56 [H8691] mourned H3966 greatly.

40 H7925 [H8686] And they rose early H1242 in the morning, H5927 [H8799] and went up H7218 to the top H2022 of the mountain, H559 [H8800] saying, H2009 Lo, H5927 [H8804] we are here, and will go up H4725 to the place H3068 which the LORD H559 [H8804] hath promised: H2398 [H8804] for we have sinned.

41 H4872 And Moses H559 [H8799] said, H5674 [H8802] Why now do ye transgress H6310 the mouth H3068 of the LORD? H6743 [H8799] but it shall not prosper.
