  14:16   3588 ο   1161 δε But * Ιησούς Jesus 2036 είπεν said 1473 αυτοίς to them, 3756 ου No 5532 χρείαν need 2192 έχουσιν do they have 565 απελθείν to go forth, 1325 δότε you give 1473 αυτοίς to them 1473 υμείς yourselves 2068 φαγείν something to eat!   14:19   2532 και And 2753 κελεύσας having bid 3588 τους the 3793 όχλους multitudes 347 ανακλιθήναι to lie down 1909 επί upon 3588 τους the 5528 χόρτους grass, 2532 και and 2983 λαβών having taken 3588 τους the 4002 πέντε five 740 άρτους bread loaves, 2532 και and 3588 τους the 1417 δύο two 2486 ιχθύας fishes, 308 αναβλέψας having looked up 1519 εις into 3588 τον the 3772 ουρανόν heaven, 2127 ευλόγησε he blessed. 2532 και And 2806 κλάσας having broken, 1325 έδωκε he gave 3588 τοις to the 3101 μαθηταίς disciples 3588 τους the 740 άρτους bread loaves, 3588-1161 ο δε and the 3101 μαθηταί disciples 3588 τοις to the 3793 όχλοις multitudes.   14:20   2532 και And 2068-3956 έφαγον πάντες all ate 2532 και and 5526 εχορτάσθησαν were filled. 2532 και And 142 ήραν they lifted 3588 το the 4052 περισσεύον abounding 3588 των   2801 κλασμάτων pieces -- 1427 δώδεκα twelve 2894 κοφίνους hampers 4134 πλήρεις full.   14:21   3588-1161 οι δε And the ones 2068 εσθίοντες having eaten 1510.7.6 ήσαν were 435 άνδρες [³men 5616 ωσεί ¹about 4000 πεντακισχίλιοι ²five thousand], 5565 χωρίς apart from 1135 γυναικών women 2532 και and 3813 παιδίων children.   14:22   2532 και And 2112 ευθέως immediately 315 ηνάγκασεν [²compelled 3588 ο   * Ιησούς ¹Jesus] 3588 τους   3101-1473 μαθητάς αυτού his disciples 1684 εμβήναι to step 1519 εις into 3588 το the 4143 πλοίον boat, 2532 και and 4254 προάγειν to lead before 1473 αυτόν him 1519 εις unto 3588 το the 4008 πέραν other side, 2193 εώς until 3739 ου of which 630 απολύση he should dismiss 3588 τους the 3793 όχλους multitudes.   14:23   2532 και And 630 απολύσας having dismissed 3588 τους the 3793 όχλους multitudes, 305 ανέβη he ascended 1519 εις into 3588 το the 3735 όρος mountain 2596 κατ΄ in 2398 ιδίαν private 4336 προσεύξασθαι to pray. 3798-1161 οψίας δε And evening 1096 γενομένης being come, 3441 μόνος [³alone 1510.7.3 ην ¹he was 1563 εκεί ²there].   14:24   3588-1161 το δε And the 4143 πλοίον boat 2235 ήδη [²already 3319 μέσον ³in the midst 3588 της ⁴of the 2281 θαλάσσης ⁵sea 1510.7.3 ην ¹was], 928 βασανιζόμενον being tormented 5259 υπό by 3588 των the 2949 κυμάτων waves; 1510.7.3 ην [⁴was 1063 γαρ ¹for 1727 εναντίος ⁵adverse 3588 ο ²the 417 άνεμος ³wind].   14:25   5067-1161 τετάρτη δε And the fourth 5438 φυλακή watch 3588 της of the 3571 νυκτός night 565 απήλθε [²went forth 4314 προς ³to 1473 αυτούς ⁴them 3588 ο   * Ιησούς ¹Jesus] 4043 περιπατών walking 1909 επί upon 3588 της the 2281 θαλάσσης sea.   14:26   2532 και And 1492 ιδόντες [³seeing 1473 αυτόν ⁴him 3588 οι ¹the 3101 μαθηταί ²disciples 1909 επί ⁶upon 3588 την ⁷the 2281 θάλασσαν ⁸sea 4043 περιπατούντα ⁵walking] 5015 εταράχθησαν were disturbed, 3004 λέγοντες saying 3754 ότι that, 5326-1510.2.3 φάντασμά εστι It is a phantom! 2532 και And 575 από from 3588 του the 5401 φόβου fear 2896 έκραξαν they cried out.   14:27   2112-1161 ευθέως δε And immediately 2980 ελάλησεν [²spoke 1473 αυτοίς ³to them 3588 ο   * Ιησούς ¹Jesus], 3004 λέγων saying, 2293 θαρσείτε Courage! 1473 εγώ I 1510.2.1 ειμι am he, 3361 μη do not 5399 φοβείσθε be fearful!   14:28   611-1161 αποκριθείς δε And responding 1473 αυτώ to him, 3588 ο   * Πέτρος Peter 2036 είπε said, 2962 κύριε O Lord, 1487 ει if 1473-1510.2.2 συ ει you are he, 2753 κέλευσόν bid 1473 με me 4314 προς to 1473-2064 σε ελθείν come to you 1909 επί upon 3588 τα the 5204 ύδατα waters!   14:29   3588-1161 ο δε And he 2036 είπεν said, 2064 ελθέ Come! 2532 και And 2597 καταβάς [²descending 575 από ³from 3588 του ⁴the 4143 πλοίου ⁵boat 3588 ο   * Πέτρος ¹Peter] 4043 περιεπάτησεν walked 1909 επί upon 3588 τα the 5204 ύδατα waters 2064 ελθείν to go 4314 προς to 3588 τον   * Ιησούν Jesus.   14:30   991-1161 βλέπων δε But seeing 3588 τον the 417 άνεμον [²wind 2478 ισχυρόν ¹strong], 5399 εφοβήθη he feared. 2532 και And 756 αρξάμενος beginning 2670 καταποντίζεσθαι to sink, 2896 έκραξε he cried out, 3004 λέγων saying, 2962 κύριε O Lord, 4982 σώσόν save 1473 με me!
