Perbuatan mereka jahat dan keji tidak ada yang berbuat baik. ² Dari surga TUHAN memandang umat manusia untuk mencari orang bijak yang menyembah Dia. ³ Tetapi semua orang sudah menyeleweng dan bejat, tak ada seorang pun yang berbuat baik. ⁴ Kata TUHAN, "Tak sadarkah orang-orang jahat itu?
