  1 G2532 And G3825 again G756 he began G1321 to teach G3844 by G2281 the sea side. G2532 And G4863 there is gathered G4314 unto G846 him G3793 a G4183 very great G3793 multitude, G5620 so that G846 he G1684 entered G1519 into G4143 a boat, G2532 and G2521 sat G1722 in G3793 the G2281 sea; G2532 and G3793 all the G3793 multitude G4314 were by G2281 the sea G1909 on G1093 the land.
  2 G2532 And G1321 he taught G846 them G4183 many things G1722 in G3850 parables, G2532 and G3004 said G846 unto them G1722 in G846 his G1322 teaching,
  3 G191 Hearken: G2400 Behold, G4687 the sower G1831 went forth G4687 to sow:
  4 G2532 and G1096 it came to pass, G1722 as G4687 he sowed, G3303 some G4098 seed fell G3844 by G3598 the way side, G2532 and G4071 the birds G3772   G2064 came G2532 and G2719 devoured G846 it.
  5 G1161 And G243 other G4098 fell G1909 on G4075 the rocky ground, G3699 where G2192 it had G3756 not G4183 much G1093 earth; G2532 and G2112 straightway G1816 it sprang up, G1223 because G2192 it had G3361 no G899 deepness G1093 of earth:
  6 G1161 and G393 when G2246 the sun G393 was risen, G2739 it was scorched; G2532 and G1223 because G2192 it had G3361 no G4491 root, G3583 it withered away.
  7 G2532 And G243 other G4098 fell G1519 among G173 the thorns, G2532 and G173 the thorns G305 grew up, G2532 and G4846 choked G846 it, G2532 and G1325 it yielded G3756 no G2590 fruit.
  8 G2532 And G243 others G4098 fell G2570 into the good G1093 ground, G2532 and G1325 yielded G2590 fruit, G305 growing up G2532 and G837 increasing; G2532 and G5342 brought forth, G5144 thirtyfold, G2532 and G1835 sixtyfold, G2532 and G1520 a G1540 hundredfold.
  9 G2532 And G3004 he said, G846   G2192 Who hath G3775 ears G191 to hear, G191 let him hear.
  10 G1161 And G3753 when G1096 he was G2651 alone, G4012 they that were about G846 him G4862 with G1427 the twelve G2065 asked G846 of him G3850 the parables.
  11 G2532 And G3004 he said G846 unto them, G5213 Unto you G1325 is given G1097 the G3466 mystery G932 of the kingdom G2316 of God: G1161 but G1565 unto them G1854 that are without, G3956 all G3956 things G1096 are done G1722 in G3850 parables:
  12 G2443 that G991 seeing G991 they may see, G2532 and G3361 not G1492 perceive; G2532 and G191 hearing G191 they may hear, G2532 and G3361 not G4920 understand; G3379 lest haply G1994 they should turn G2532 again, and G265 it G863 should be forgiven G846 them.
  13 G2532 And G3004 he saith G846 unto them, G1492 Know ye G3756 not G3778 this G3850 parable? G2532 and G4459 how shall G1097 ye know G3956 all G3850 the parables?
  14 G4687 The sower G4687 soweth G3056 the word.
  15 G1161 And G3778 these G1526 are they G3844 by G3598 the way side, G3699 where G3056 the word G4687 is sown; G2532 and G3752 when G191 they have heard, G2112 straightway G2064 cometh G4567 Satan, G2532 and G142 taketh away G3056 the word G4687 which hath been sown G1722 in G846   G2588 them.
  16 G2532 And G3778 these G3668 in like manner G1526 are they G4687 that are sown G1909 upon G4075 the rocky places, G3739 who, G3752 when G191 they have heard G3056 the word, G2112 straightway G2983 receive G846 it G3326 with G5479 joy;
  17 G2532 and G2192 they have G3756 no G4491 root G1722 in G1438 themselves, G235 but G1526 endure G4340 for a while; G1534 then, G4340 when G2347 tribulation G2228 or G1375 persecution G1096 ariseth G1223 because G3056 of the word, G2112 straightway G4624 they stumble.
  18 G2532 And G3778 others G1526 are they G4687 that are sown G1519 among G173 the thorns; G191 these are they that have heard G3056 the word,
  19 G2532 and G3308 the cares G5127 of the G165 world, G2532 and G539 the deceitfulness G4149 of riches, G2532 and G1939 the lusts G4012 of G3062 other things G1531 entering in, G4846 choke G3056 the word, G2532 and G1096 it becometh G175 unfruitful.
  20 G2532 And G3778 those G1526 are G4687 they that were sown G1909 upon G2570 the good G1093 ground; G3748 such as G191 hear G3056 the word, G2532 and G3858 accept G2532 it, and G2592 bear fruit, G1520   G5144 thirtyfold, G2532 and G1520   G1835 sixtyfold, G2532 and G1520 a G1540 hundredfold.
  21 G2532 And G3004 he said G846 unto them, G3385 Is G3088 the lamp G2064 brought G2443 to G5087 be put G5259 under G3426 the bushel, G2228 or G5259 under G2825 the bed, G3756 and not G2443 to G1909 be put on the stand?
  22 G1063 For G2076 there is G5100 nothing G2927 hid, G3361 save G3739 that G1437 it should G5319 be manifested; G3761 neither G1096 was anything made G614 secret, G235 but G1519 that G2064 it should come G5318 to light.
  23 G1487 If G5100 any man G2192 hath G3775 ears G191 to hear, G191 let him hear.
  24 G2532 And G3004 he said G846 unto them, G991 Take heed G5101 what G191 ye hear: G1722 with G3739 what G3358 measure G3354 ye mete G3354 it shall be measured G5213 unto you; G2532 and G4369 more shall be given G5213 unto you.
  25 G1063 For G302 he that G2192 hath, G846 to him G1325 shall be given: G2532 and G3739 he that G2192 hath G3756 not, G575 from G846 him G142 shall be taken G2532 away even G3739 that which G3739 he hath.
  26 G2532 And G3004 he said, G3779 So G2076 is G932 the kingdom G2316 of God, G5613 as G1437 if G444 a man G906 should cast G4703 seed G1909 upon G1093 the earth;
  27 G2532 and G2518 should sleep G2532 and G1453 rise G3571 night G2532 and G2250 day, G2532 and G4703 the seed G985 should spring G3373 up G2532 and G846 grow, he G1492 knoweth G3756 not G5613 how.
  28 G1093 The earth G2592 beareth fruit G844 of herself; G4412 first G5528 the blade, G1534 then G4621 the G4719 ear, G1534 then G4621 the G4134 full G4621 grain G1722 in G4719 the ear.
  29 G1161 But G3752 when G2590 the fruit G3860 is ripe, G2112 straightway G3860 he putteth forth G1407 the sickle, G3754 because G2326 the harvest G3936 is come.
  30 G2532 And G3004 he said, G5101 How G3666 shall we liken G932 the kingdom G2316 of God? G2228 or G4169 in what G3850 parable G3846 shall we set G846 it forth?
  31 G5613 It is like G2848 a grain G4615 of mustard seed, G3739 which, G3752 when G4687 it is sown G1909 upon G1093 the earth, G2076 though it be G3398 less than G3956 all G4690 the seeds G3588 that are G1909 upon G1093 the earth,
  32 G2532 yet G3752 when G4687 it is sown, G305 groweth up, G2532 and G1096 becometh G3187 greater than G3956 all G3001 the herbs, G2532 and G4160 putteth out G3173 great G2798 branches; G5620 so that G4071 the birds G3772 of the heaven G1410 can G2681 lodge G5259 under G4639 the shadow G846 thereof.
  33 G2532 And G5108 with G4183 many G5108 such G3850 parables G2980 spake he G3056 the word G846 unto them, G2531 as G1410 they were able G191 to hear it;
  34 G1161 and G5565 without G3850 a parable G2980 spake he G3756 not G846 unto them: G1161 but G2398 privately G3101 to G846 his G3101 own disciples G1956 he expounded G3956 all things.
  35 G2532 And G1722 on G2250 that G2250 day, G1096 when G3798 even G1096 was come, G3004 he saith G846 unto them, G1330 Let us go over G1519 unto G4008 the other side.
  36 G2532 And G863 leaving G3793 the multitude, G3880 they take G846 him G5613 with them, even as G2258 he was, G1722 in G4143 the boat. G2532 And G243 other G4142 boats G2258 were G3326 with G846 him.
  37 G2532 And G1096 there ariseth G2978 a G3173 great G2978 storm G417 of wind, G1161 and G2949 the waves G1911 beat G1519 into G4143 the boat, G5620 insomuch that G846 the G4143 boat G1072 was G2235 now filling.
  38 G2532 And G846 he G2258 himself was G1909 in G4403 the stern, G2518 asleep G1909 on G4344 the cushion: G2532 and G1326 they awake G846 him, G2532 and G3004 say G846 unto him, G1320 Teacher, G3199 carest G4671 thou G3756 not G3754 that G622 we perish?
  39 G2532 And G1326 he awoke, G2532 and G2008 rebuked G417 the wind, G2532 and G2036 said G2281 unto the sea, G4623 Peace, G5392 be still. G2532 And G417 the wind G2869 ceased, G2532 and G1096 there was G1055 a G3173 great G1055 calm.
  40 G2532 And G2036 he said G846 unto them, G5101 Why G2075 are ye G1169 fearful? G2192 have G4459 ye G3756 not G4102 yet faith?
  41 G2532 And G5399 they feared G3173 exceedingly, G2532 and G3004 said G240 one G4314 to G240 another, G5101 Who G687 then G2076 is G3778 this, G3754 that G2532 even G417 the wind G2532 and G2281 the sea G5219 obey G846 him?
