Numbers 18 And the LORD said to Aaron, Thou and thy sons and thy father's house with thee shall bear the perversity of the sanctuary: and thou and thy sons with thee shall bear the perversity of your priesthood.

1 H3068 And the LORD H559 [H8799] said H175 to Aaron, H1121 Thou and thy sons H1 and thy father's H1004 house H5375 [H8799] with thee shall bear H5771 the perversity H4720 of the sanctuary: H1121 and thou and thy sons H5375 [H8799] with thee shall bear H5771 the perversity H3550 of your priesthood.

2 H251 And thy brethren H4294 also of the tribe H3878 of Levi, H7626 the tribe H1 of thy father, H7126 [H8685] bring H3867 [H8735] thou with thee, that they may be joined H8334 [H8762] to thee, and minister H1121 to thee: but thou and thy sons H6440 with thee shall minister at the face of H168 the tent H5715 of witness.

3 H8104 [H8804] And they shall keep H4931 thy charge, H4931 and the charge H168 of all the tent: H7126 [H8799] only they shall not come near H3627 the vessels H6944 of the sanctuary H4196 and the altar, H4191 [H8799] that neither they, nor ye also, die.

4 H3867 [H8738] And they shall be joined H8104 [H8804] to thee, and keep H4931 the charge H168 of the tent H4150 of meeting H5656 for all the service H168 of the tent: H2114 [H8801] and a stranger H7126 [H8799] shall not come near to you.

5 H8104 [H8804] And ye shall keep H4931 the charge H6944 of the sanctuary, H4931 and the charge H4196 of the altar: H7110 that there be no splintering rage H1121 any more upon the sons H3478 of Israel.

6 H3947 [H8804] And I, behold, I have taken H251 your brethren H3881 the Levites H8432 from among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel: H5414 [H8803] to you they are given H4979 as a gift H3068 for the LORD, H5647 [H8800] to do H5656 the service H168 of the tent H4150 of meeting

7 H1121 Therefore thou and thy sons H8104 [H8799] with thee shall keep H3550 your priest's office H1697 for every thing H4196 of the altar, H1004 and within H6532 the veil; H5647 [H8804] and ye shall serve: H5414 [H8799] I have given H3550 your priest's office H5656 to you as a service H4979 of gift: H2114 [H8801] and the stranger H7131 that cometh near H4191 [H8714] shall be put to death.

8 H3068 And the LORD H1696 [H8762] spoke H175 to Aaron, H5414 [H8804] Behold, I also have given H4931 thee the charge H8641 of my heave offerings H6944 of all the hallowed things H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel; H5414 [H8804] to thee have I given H4888 them by reason of the anointing, H1121 and to thy sons, H2706 by a statute H5769 to the age.

9 H6944 This shall be thine of the most H6944 holy things, H784 reserved from the fire: H7133 every oblation H4503 of theirs, every meat offering H2403 of theirs, and every sin offering H817 of theirs, and every guilt offering H7725 [H8686] of theirs, which they shall render H6944 to me, shall be most H6944 holy H1121 for thee and for thy sons.

10 H6944 In the most H6944 holy H398 [H8799] place shalt thou eat H2145 it; every male H398 [H8799] shall eat H6944 it: it shall be holy to thee.

11 H8641 And this is thine; the heave offering H4976 of their gift, H8573 with all the wave offerings H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel: H5414 [H8804] I have given H1121 them to thee, and to thy sons H1323 and to thy daughters H2706 with thee, by a statute H5769 to the age: H2889 every one that is clean H1004 in thy house H398 [H8799] shall eat of it.

12 H2459 All the best H3323 of the oil, H2459 and all the best H8492 of the wine, H1715 and of the wheat, H7225 the firstfruits H5414 [H8799] of them which they shall offer H3068 to the LORD, H5414 [H8804] them have I given to thee.

13 H1061 And whatever is first ripe H776 in the land, H935 [H8686] which they shall bring H3068 to the LORD, H2889 shall be thine; every one that is clean H1004 in thy house H398 [H8799] shall eat of it.

14 H2764 Every thing secluded H3478 in Israel shall be thine.

15 H6363 Every thing that openeth H7358 the womb H1320 in all flesh, H7126 [H8686] which they bring H3068 to the LORD, H120 whether of men H929 or beasts, H1060 shall be thine: nevertheless the firstborn H120 of man H6299 [H8800] shalt thou surely H6299 [H8799] ransom, H1060 and the firstling H2931 of unclean H929 beasts H6299 [H8799] shalt thou ransom.

16 H6299 [H8803] And those that are to be ransomed H2320 from a month H1121 old H6299 [H8799] shalt thou ransom, H6187 according to thy estimation, H3701 for the money H2568 of five H8255 shekels, H8255 after the shekel H6944 of the sanctuary, H6242 which is twenty H1626 gerahs.

17 H1060 But the firstling H7794 of a cow, H1060 or the firstling H3775 of a sheep, H1060 or the firstling H5795 of a goat, H6299 [H8799] thou shalt not ransom; H6944 they are holy: H2236 [H8799] thou shalt sprinkle H1818 their blood H4196 upon the altar, H6999 [H8686] and shalt burn H2459 their fat H801 for an offering made by fire, H5207 for a sweet H7381 savour H3068 to the LORD.

18 H1320 And the flesh H8573 of them shall be thine, as the wave H2373 breast H3225 and as the right H7785 shoulder are thine.

19 H8641 All the heave offerings H6944 of the holy things, H1121 which the sons H3478 of Israel H7311 [H8686] offer H3068 to the LORD, H5414 [H8804] have I given H1121 to thee, and to thy sons H1323 and thy daughters H2706 with thee, by a statute H5769 to the age: H1285 it is a testament H4417 of salt H5769 to the age H6440 at the face of H3068 the LORD H2233 to thee and to thy seed with thee.

20 H3068 And the LORD H559 [H8799] spoke H175 to Aaron, H5157 [H8799] Thou shalt have no inheritance H776 in their land, H2506 neither shalt thou have any part H8432 among H2506 them: I am thy part H5159 and thine inheritance H8432 among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel.

21 H5414 [H8804] And, behold, I have given H1121 the sons H3878 of Levi H4643 all the tenth H3478 in Israel H5159 for an inheritance, H2500 for H5656 their service H5647 [H8802] which they serve, H5656 even the service H168 of the tent H4150 of meeting

22 H1121 Neither must the sons H3478 of Israel H5750 henceforth H7126 [H8799] come near H168 the tent H4150 of meeting H5375 [H8800] lest they bear H2399 sin, H4191 [H8800] and die.

23 H3881 But the Levites H5647 [H8804] shall do H5656 the service H168 of the tent H4150 of meeting H5375 [H8799] and they shall bear H5771 their perversity: H2708 it shall be a statute H5769 to the age H1755 throughout your generations, H8432 that among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel H5157 [H8799] they have H5159 no inheritance.

24 H4643 But the tithes H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel, H7311 [H8686] which they offer H8641 as an heave offering H3068 to the LORD, H5414 [H8804] I have given H3881 to the Levites H5159 to inherit: H559 [H8804] therefore I have said H8432 to them, Among H1121 the sons H3478 of Israel H5157 [H8799] they shall have H5159 no inheritance.

25 H3068 And the LORD H1696 [H8762] spoke H4872 to Moses, H559 [H8800] saying,

26 H1696 [H8762] Thus speak H3881 to the Levites, H559 [H8804] and say H3947 [H8799] to them, When ye take H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel H4643 the tithes H5414 [H8804] which I have given H5159 you from them for your inheritance, H7311 [H8689] then ye shall offer H8641 up an heave offering H3068 of it for the LORD, H4643 even a tenth H4643 part of the tithe.

27 H8641 And this your heave offering H2803 [H8738] shall be reckoned H1715 to you, as though it were the grain H1637 of the threshingfloor, H4395 and as the fulness H3342 of the winepress.

28 H7311 [H8686] Thus ye also shall offer H8641 an heave offering H3068 to the LORD H4643 of all your tithes, H3947 [H8799] which ye receive H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel; H5414 [H8804] and ye shall give H3068 of them the LORD'S H8641 heave offering H175 to Aaron H3548 the priest.

29 H4979 Out of all your gifts H7311 [H8686] ye shall offer H8641 every heave offering H3068 of the LORD, H2459 of all the best H4720 of it, even the hallowed part from it.

30 H559 [H8804] Therefore thou shalt say H7311 [H8687] to them, When ye have offered H2459 the best H2803 [H8738] of it, then it shall be counted H3881 to the Levites H8393 as the increase H1637 of the threshingfloor, H8393 and as the increase H3342 of the winepress.

31 H398 [H8804] And ye shall eat H4725 it in every place, H1004 ye and your households: H7939 for it is your reward H2500 for H5656 your service H168 in the tent H4150 of meeting

32 H5375 [H8799] And ye shall bear H2399 no sin H7311 [H8687] by reason of it, when ye have offered H2459 from it the best H2490 [H8762] of it: neither shall ye pollute H6944 the holy things H1121 of the sons H3478 of Israel, H4191 [H8799] lest ye die.
