2 H1121 Son H120 of man, H3789 write H8034 the name H3117 of the day, H6106 even of this same H3117 day: H4428 the king H894 of Babylon H5564 drew H3389 close to Jerusalem H6106 this same H3117 day.

3 H4911 Utter H4912 a parable H4805 to the rebellious H1004 house, H559 and tell H559 them, Thus says H136 the Lord H3069 Yahweh, H8239 Set on H5518 the caldron, H8239 set it on, H3332 and also pour H4325 water into it:

22 H6213 You shall do H6213 as I have done: H5844 you shall not cover H8222 your lips, H398 nor eat H3899 the bread H582 of men.

23 H6287 Your tires H7218 shall be on your heads, H5275 and your shoes H7272 on your feet: H5594 you shall not mourn H1058 nor weep; H4743 but you shall pine away H5771 in your iniquities, H5098 and moan H376 one H251 toward another.

24 H3168 Thus Ezekiel H4159 shall be a sign H6213 to you; according to all that he has done, H6213 you will do. H935 When this comes, H3045 then you will know H136 that I am the Lord H3069 Yahweh.

25 H1121 You, son H120 of man, H3117 shall it not be in the day H3947 when I take H4581 from them their strength, H4885 the joy H8597 of their glory, H4261 the desire H5869 of their eyes, H4853 and that whereupon they set H5315 their heart, H1121 their sons H1323 and their daughters,

26 H3117 that in that day H6412 he who escapes H935 shall come H2045 to you, to cause you to hear H241 it with your ears?

27 H3117 In that day H6310 your mouth H6605 will be opened H6412 to him who has escaped, H1696 and you shall speak, H481 and be no more mute: H4159 so you will be a sign H3045 to them; and they shall know H3068 that I am Yahweh.
