Isaiah 28 Woe to the crown of pride, to the drunkards of Ephraim, whose glorious beauty is a fading flower, which are on the head of the fat valleys of them that are overcome with wine!

2 H2009 Behold, H136 the Lord H2389 has a mighty H533 and strong H2230 one, which as a tempest H1259 of hail H6986 and a destroying H8178 storm, H2230 as a flood H3524 of mighty H4325 waters H7857 overflowing, H3240 shall cast H776 down to the earth H3027 with the hand.

3 H5850 The crown H1348 of pride, H7910 the drunkards H669 of Ephraim, H7429 shall be trodden H7272 under feet:

4 H6643 And the glorious H8597 beauty, H834 which H5921 is on H7218 the head H8081 of the fat H1516 valley, H5034 shall be a fading H6733 flower, H1061 and as the hasty H1061 fruit H2962 before H7019 the summer; H834 which H7200 when he that looks H7200 on it sees, H5750 while it is yet H3709 in his hand H1104 he eats it up.

5 H3117 In that day H3068 shall the LORD H6635 of hosts H5850 be for a crown H6643 of glory, H6843 and for a diadem H8597 of beauty, H7605 to the residue H5971 of his people,

6 H7307 And for a spirit H4941 of judgment H3427 to him that sits H4941 in judgment, H1369 and for strength H7725 to them that turn H4421 the battle H8179 to the gate.
