Ezekiel 28 The word of the LORD came again to me, saying,

2 H1121 Son H120 of man, H559 say H5057 to the prince H6865 of Tyrus, H3541 Thus H559 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD; H3282 Because H3820 your heart H1361 is lifted H559 up, and you have said, H410 I am a God, H3427 I sit H4186 in the seat H430 of God, H3820 in the middle H3220 of the seas; H120 yet you are a man, H410 and not God, H5414 though you set H3820 your heart H3820 as the heart H430 of God:

3 H2009 Behold, H2450 you are wiser H1840 than Daniel; H3808 there is no H5640 secret H6004 that they can hide from you:

4 H2451 With your wisdom H8394 and with your understanding H6213 you have gotten H2428 you riches, H6213 and have gotten H2091 gold H3701 and silver H214 into your treasures:

5 H7230 By your great H2451 wisdom H7404 and by your traffic H7235 have you increased H2428 your riches, H3824 and your heart H1361 is lifted H2428 up because of your riches:

6 H3651 Therefore H3541 thus H559 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD; H3282 Because H5414 you have set H3820 your heart H3820 as the heart H430 of God;

7 H2005 Behold, H3651 therefore H935 I will bring H2114 strangers H6184 on you, the terrible H1471 of the nations: H7324 and they shall draw H2719 their swords H5921 against H3308 the beauty H2451 of your wisdom, H2490 and they shall defile H3314 your brightness.

8 H3381 They shall bring H3381 you down H7845 to the pit, H4191 and you shall die H4463 the deaths H2491 of them that are slain H3820 in the middle H3220 of the seas.

9 H559 Will you yet H559 say H6440 before H2026 him that slays H430 you, I am God? H120 but you shall be a man, H3808 and no H410 God, H3027 in the hand H2490 of him that slays you.

10 H4191 You shall die H4194 the deaths H6189 of the uncircumcised H3027 by the hand H2114 of strangers: H1696 for I have spoken H5002 it, said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD.

11 H1697 Moreover the word H3068 of the LORD H1961 came H559 to me, saying,

12 H1121 Son H120 of man, H5375 take H7015 up a lamentation H4428 on the king H6865 of Tyrus, H559 and say H3541 to him, Thus H559 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD; H2856 You seal H8508 up the sum, H4392 full H2451 of wisdom, H3632 and perfect H3308 in beauty.

13 H1961 You have been H5731 in Eden H1588 the garden H430 of God; H3605 every H3368 precious H68 stone H4540 was your covering, H124 the sardius, H6357 topaz, H3095 and the diamond, H8658 the beryl, H7718 the onyx, H3471 and the jasper, H5601 the sapphire, H5306 the emerald, H1304 and the carbuncle, H2091 and gold: H4399 the workmanship H8596 of your tabrets H5345 and of your pipes H3559 was prepared H3117 in you in the day H1254 that you were created.

14 H4473 You are the anointed H3742 cherub H5526 that covers; H5414 and I have set H1961 you so: you were H6944 on the holy H2022 mountain H430 of God; H1980 you have walked H8432 up and down in the middle H68 of the stones H784 of fire.

15 H8549 You were perfect H1870 in your ways H3117 from the day H1254 that you were created, H5704 till H5766 iniquity H4672 was found in you.

16 H7230 By the multitude H7404 of your merchandise H4390 they have filled H8432 the middle H2555 of you with violence, H2398 and you have sinned: H2490 therefore I will cast H2490 you as profane H2022 out of the mountain H430 of God: H6 and I will destroy H5526 you, O covering H3742 cherub, H8432 from the middle H68 of the stones H784 of fire.

17 H3820 Your heart H1361 was lifted H3308 up because of your beauty, H7843 you have corrupted H2451 your wisdom H5921 by reason H3314 of your brightness: H7993 I will cast H776 you to the ground, H5414 I will lay H6440 you before H4428 kings, H7200 that they may behold you.

18 H2490 You have defiled H4720 your sanctuaries H7230 by the multitude H5771 of your iniquities, H5766 by the iniquity H7404 of your traffic; H3318 therefore will I bring H3318 forth H784 a fire H8432 from the middle H398 of you, it shall devour H5414 you, and I will bring H665 you to ashes H776 on the earth H5869 in the sight H3605 of all H7200 them that behold you.

19 H3605 All H3045 they that know H5971 you among the people H8074 shall be astonished H5921 at H1091 you: you shall be a terror, H5704 and never H5769 shall you be any more.

20 H1697 Again the word H3068 of the LORD H1961 came H559 to me, saying,

21 H1121 Son H120 of man, H7760 set H6440 your face H413 against H6721 Zidon, H5012 and prophesy H5921 against it,

22 H559 And say, H3541 Thus H559 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD; H2005 Behold, H5921 I am against H6721 you, O Zidon; H3513 and I will be glorified H8432 in the middle H3045 of you: and they shall know H3068 that I am the LORD, H6213 when I shall have executed H8201 judgments H6942 in her, and shall be sanctified in her.

23 H7971 For I will send H1698 into her pestilence, H1818 and blood H2351 into her streets; H2491 and the wounded H5307 shall be judged H8432 in the middle H2719 of her by the sword H5437 on her on every H5439 side; H3045 and they shall know H3068 that I am the LORD.

24 H3808 And there shall be no H5750 more H3992 a pricking H5544 brier H1004 to the house H3478 of Israel, H3510 nor any grieving H6975 thorn H3605 of all H5439 that are round H7590 about them, that despised H3045 them; and they shall know H136 that I am the Lord H3069 GOD.

25 H3541 Thus H559 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD; H6908 When I shall have gathered H1004 the house H3478 of Israel H5971 from the people H834 among whom H6327 they are scattered, H6942 and shall be sanctified H5869 in them in the sight H1471 of the heathen, H3427 then shall they dwell H127 in their land H5414 that I have given H5650 to my servant H3290 Jacob.

26 H3427 And they shall dwell H983 safely H5921 therein, H1129 and shall build H1004 houses, H5193 and plant H3754 vineyards; H3427 yes, they shall dwell H983 with confidence, H6213 when I have executed H8201 judgments H3605 on all H7590 those that despise H5439 them round H3045 about them; and they shall know H3068 that I am the LORD H430 their God.
