  13 H4428 The king H559 said H3372 to her, "Don't be afraid. H7200 For what do you see?" H802 The woman H559 said H7586 to Saul, H7200 "I see H430 a god H430 coming up H776 out of the earth."
  14 H559 He said H8389 to her, "What does he look like?" H559 She said, H2205 "An old H376 man H5927 comes up. H5844 He is covered H4598 with a robe." H7586 Saul H3045 perceived H8050 that it was Samuel, H6915 and he bowed H639 with his face H776 to the ground, H7812 and showed respect.
  15 H8050 Samuel H559 said H7586 to Saul, H7264 "Why have you disturbed H5927 me, to bring me up?" H7586 Saul H559 answered, H3966 "I am very H6887 distressed; H6430 for the Philistines H3898 make war H430 against me, and God H5493 has departed H3027 from me, and answers me no more, neither by H5030 prophets, H3027 nor by H2472 dreams. H7121 Therefore I have called H3045 you, that you may make known H6213 to me what I shall do."
  16 H8050 Samuel H559 said, H7592 "Why then do you ask H3068 of me, since Yahweh H5493 has departed H6145 from you and has become your adversary?
  17 H3068 Yahweh H6213 has done H1696 to you as he spoke H3027 by me. H3068 Yahweh H7167 has torn H4467 the kingdom H3027 out of your hand, H5414 and given H7453 it to your neighbor, H1732 even to David.
  18 H834 Because H6963 you didn't obey the voice H3068 of Yahweh, H6213 and didn't execute H2740 his fierce H639 wrath H6002 on Amalek, H3068 therefore Yahweh H6213 has done H1697 this thing H3117 to you this day.
  19 H3068 Moreover Yahweh H5414 will deliver H3478 Israel H3027 also with you into the hand H6430 of the Philistines; H4279 and tomorrow H1121 you and your sons H3068 will be with me. Yahweh H5414 will deliver H4264 the army H3478 of Israel H3027 also into the hand H6430 of the Philistines."
  20 H7586 Then Saul H5307 fell H4116 immediately H4393 his full H6967 length H776 on the earth, H3966 and was H3372 terrified, H1697 because of the words H8050 of Samuel. H3581 There was no strength H398 in him; for he had eaten H3899 no bread H3117 all the day, H3915 nor all the night.

  22 H8085 Now therefore, please listen H6963 also to the voice H8198 of your handmaid, H7760 and let me set H6595 a morsel H3899 of bread H6440 before H398 you; and eat, H3581 that you may have strength, H3212 when you go H1870 on your way."
  23 H3985 But he refused, H559 and said, H398 I will not eat. H5650 But his servants, H802 together with the woman, H6555 constrained H8085 him; and he listened H6963 to their voice. H6965 So he arose H776 from the earth, H3427 and sat H4296 on the bed.
  24 H802 The woman H4770 had a fattened H5695 calf H1004 in the house. H4116 She hurried H2076 and killed H3947 it; and she took H7058 flour, H3888 and kneaded H644 it, and baked H4682 unleavened bread of it.
  25 H5066 She brought H6440 it before H7586 Saul, H6440 and before H5650 his servants; H398 and they ate. H6965 Then they rose up, H3212 and went away H3915 that night.
