  2 G1161 Then G749 the high priest G2532 and G4413 the chief G2453 of the Jews G1718 informed [G5656]   G846 him G2596 against G3972 Paul G2532 , and G3870 besought [G5707]   G846 him,

  3 G154 And desired [G5734]   G5485 favour G2596 against G846 him G3704 , that G3343 he would send for [G5667]   G846 him G1519 to G2419 Jerusalem G4160 , laying [G5723]   G1747 wait G2596 in G3598 the way G337 to kill [G5629]   G846 him.

  4 G3303 But G3767   G5347 Festus G611 answered [G5662]   G3972 , that Paul G5083 should be kept [G5745]   G1722 at G2542 Caesarea G1161 , and G1438 that he himself G3195 would [G5721]   G1607 depart [G5738]   G1722   G5034 shortly thither .

  5 G3767 Let them therefore G5346 , said [G5748]   G1722 he, which among G5213 you G1415 are able G4782 , go down with [G5631]   G2723 me, and accuse [G5720]   G846 this G435 man G1536 , if G2076 there be [G5748]   G1536 any wickedness G1722 in G5129 him.

  6 G1161 And G1304 when he had tarried [G5660]   G1722 among G846 them G4119 more G2228 than G1176 ten G2250 days G2597 , he went down [G5631]   G1519 unto G2542 Caesarea G1887 ; and the next day G2523 sitting [G5660]   G1909 on G968 the judgment seat G2753 commanded [G5656]   G3972 Paul G71 to be brought [G5683]  .

  8 G626 While he answered [G5740]   G846 for himself G3754 , Neither G3777   G1519 against G3551 the law G2453 of the Jews G3777 , neither G1519 against G2411 the temple G3777 , nor yet G1519 against G2541 Caesar G264 , have I offended [G5627]   G5100 any thing at all.

  14 G1161 And G5613 when G1304 they had been [G5707]   G1563 there G4119 many G2250 days G5347 , Festus G394 declared [G5639]   G3972 Paul's G2596 cause G935 unto the king G3004 , saying [G5723]   G2076 , There is [G5748]   G5100 a certain G435 man G2641 left [G5772]   G1198 in bonds G5259 by G5344 Felix:

  20 G1161 And G1473 because I G639 doubted [G5734]   G1519 of G5127 such G4012 manner G2214 of questions G3004 , I asked [G5707]   G1487 him whether G1014 he would [G5739]   G4198 go [G5738]   G1519 to G2419 Jerusalem G2546 , and there G2919 be judged [G5745]   G4012 of G5130 these matters.

  21 G1161 But G3972 when Paul G1941 had appealed [G5671]   G5083 to be reserved [G5683]   G846   G1519 unto G1233 the hearing G4575 of Augustus G2753 , I commanded [G5656]   G846 him G5083 to be kept [G5745]   G2193 till G3739   G3992 I might send [G5661]   G846 him G4314 to G2541 Caesar.

  22 G1161 Then G67 Agrippa G5346 said [G5713]   G4314 unto G5347 Festus G1014 , I would [G5711]   G2532 also G191 hear [G5658]   G444 the man G846 myself G839 . To morrow G1161 , G5346 said [G5748]   G191 he, thou shalt hear [G5695]   G846 him.

  24 G2532 And G5347 Festus G5346 said [G5748]   G935 , King G67 Agrippa G2532 , and G3956 all G435 men G3588 which G4840 are here present [G5752]   G2254 with us G2334 , ye see [G5719]   G5126 this man G4012 , about G3739 whom G3956 all G4128 the multitude G2453 of the Jews G1793 have dealt [G5627]   G3427 with me G5037 , both G1722 at G2414 Jerusalem G2532 , and G1759 also here G1916 , crying [G5723]   G1163 that he ought [G5750]   G3361 not G2198 to live [G5721]   G3371 any longer.

  25 G1161 But G1473 when I G2638 found [G5642]   G846 that he G4238 had committed [G5760]   G3367 nothing G514 worthy G2288 of death G2532 , and G1161   G846 that he himself G5127 hath appealed G1941 to [G5671]   G4575 Augustus G2919 , I have determined [G5656]   G3992 to send [G5721]   G846 him.

  26 G4012 Of G3739 whom G2192 I have [G5719]   G3756 no G804 certain G5100 thing G1125 to write [G5658]   G2962 unto my lord G1352 . Wherefore G4254 I have brought G846 him G4254 forth [G5627]   G1909 before G5216 you G2532 , and G3122 specially G1909 before G4675 thee G935 , O king G67 Agrippa G3704 , that G351 , after examination G1096 had [G5637]   G2192 , I might have [G5632]   G5100 somewhat G1125 to write [G5658]  .
