Romanian(i) 30 Dacă un om omoară pe cineva, ucigaşul să fie omorît, pe mărturia martorilor. Un singur martur nu va fi deajuns ca să fie osîndit cineva la moarte. 31 Să nu primiţi răscumpărare pentru viaţa unui ucigaş vinovat de moarte, ci să fie pedepsit cu moartea. 32 Să nu primiţi răscumpărare pentru cel ce trebue să fugă în cetatea lui de scăpare, ca să se întoarcă să locuiască în ţară pînă la moartea preotului. 33 Să nu pîngăriţi ţara unde veţi fi, căci sîngele celui nevinovat pîngăreşte ţara; şi ispăşirea sîngelui vărsat în ţară nu se va putea face decît prin sîngele celui ce -l va vărsa.
Ukrainian(i) 30 Коли хто заб'є кого, то месник за словами свідків заб'є убійника. А одного свідка не досить проти кого, щоб осудити на смерть. 31 І не візьмете окупу для душі убійника, що він повинен умерти, бо буде він конче забитий. 32 І не візьмете окупу від змушеного втікати до міста сховища його, щоб вернувся сидіти в Краю до смерти священика. 33 І не збезчестите того Краю, що ви в ньому, бо та кров вона безчестить Край, а Краєві не прощається за кров, що пролита в ньому, як тільки кров'ю того, хто її пролив.
