And Yah Veh words to Mosheh, saying, ⁸ Take the rod and congregate the witness - you and Aharon your brother and word to the rock in front of their eyes; and it gives forth water: and bring them water from the rock and thus give the witness and their beasts drink. ⁹ And Mosheh takes the rod from the face of Yah Veh, as he misvahed him: ¹⁰ and Mosheh and Aharon congregate the congregation at the face of the rock and he says to them, Hearken, I beseech, you rebels! As you bring water to them from the rock, the community and the cattle will be able to drink.” ⁹ So Moses took the rod in the LORD’s presence, just as he had commanded.
¹⁰ Then Moses and Aaron gathered the community together in front of the rock. “Pay attention, you rebels!” Moses told them. “Are we to bring you water from this rock?” ¹¹ Then Moses raised his hand and struck the rock twice with his rod. Lots of water gushed out, and both the community and their cattle were able to drink.
¹² The LORD Disciplines MosesBut the LORD rebuked Moses and Aaron, telling Moses: “Because you both didn’t believe me, because you didn’t consecrate me as holy in the presence of the Israelis, you won’t be the ones to bring this congregation into the land that I’m about to give them.” ¹³ Because the Israelis argued with the LORD and he was set apart among them, this place was called the Meribah Springs.

Albanian⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ Pastaj Zoti i foli Moisiut, duke i thënë: ⁸ "Merr bastunin; ti dhe vëllai yt Aaron thirrni asamblenë dhe para syve të tyre i flisni shkëmbit, dhe ai do të japë ujin e tij; kështu do të nxjerrësh për ta ujë nga shkëmbi dhe do t'u japësh të pinë njerëzve dhe bagëtisë së tyre". ⁹ Moisiu mori, pra, bastunin që ishte përpara Zotit, ashtu si e kishte urdhëruar Zoti. ¹⁰ Kështu Moisiu dhe Aaroni thirrën asamblenë përpara shkëmbit dhe Moisiu u tha atyre: "Tani dëgjoni, o rebelë; a duhet të nxjerrim ujë për ju nga ky shkëmb?". ¹¹ Pastaj Moisiu ngriti dorën, goditi shkëmbin me bastunin e tij dy herë dhe prej tij doli ujë me bollëk; kështu asambleja dhe bagëtia pinë ujë. ¹² Atëherë Zoti u tha Moisiut dhe Aaronit: "Me qenë se nuk më besuat për të më mbuluar me lavdi para syve të bijve të Izraelit, ju nuk do ta futni këtë asamble në vendin që unë u dhashë atyre". ¹³ Këto janë ujërat e Meribës ku bijtë e Izraelit u grindën me Zotin, dhe ky u tregua i Shenjtë në mes tyre.

Arabic⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ وكلم الرب موسى قائلا ⁸ خذ العصا واجمع الجماعة انت وهرون اخوك وكلما الصخرة امام اعينهم ان تعطي ماءها. فتخرج لهم ماء من الصخرة وتسقي الجماعة ومواشيهم. ⁹ فاخذ موسى العصا من امام الرب كما امره. ¹⁰ وجمع موسى وهرون الجمهور امام الصخرة فقال لهم اسمعوا ايها المردة. أمن هذه الصخرة نخرج لكم ماء. ¹¹ ورفع موسى يده وضرب الصخرة بعصاه مرتين فخرج ماء غزير فشربت الجماعة ومواشيها. ¹² فقال الرب لموسى وهرون من اجل انكما لم تؤمنا بي حتى تقدساني امام اعين بني اسرائيل لذلك لا تدخلان هذه الجماعة الى الارض التي اعطيتهم اياها. ¹³ هذا ماء مريبة حيث خاصم بنو اسرائيل الرب فتقدس فيهم.

Bulgarian⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ И ГОСПОД говори на Мойсей и каза: ⁸ Вземи жезъла и свикай обществото, ти и брат ти Аарон, и говорете на канарата пред очите им, и тя ще даде водата си. Така ще им извадиш вода от канарата и ще напоиш обществото и добитъка му. ⁹ И Мойсей взе жезъла, който беше пред ГОСПОДА, както Той му заповяда. ¹⁰ И Мойсей и Аарон свикаха събранието пред канарата и той им каза: Чуйте сега вие, бунтовници! Ще ви извадим ли вода от тази канара? ¹¹ И Мойсей вдигна ръката си и удари два пъти канарата с жезъла си. И потече много вода и обществото и добитъкът им пиха. ¹² Но ГОСПОД каза на Мойсей и Аарон: Понеже не Ми вярвахте, за да Ме осветите пред израилевите синове, затова няма вие да въведете това общество в земята, която им давам. ¹³ Това е водата на Мерива, защото израилевите синове се караха с ГОСПОДА и Той се освети сред тях.

Croatian⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ I Jahve reče Mojsiju: ⁸ "Uzmi štap pa ti i tvoj brat Aron skupite zajednicu. Onda, na njihove oči, progovorite pećini da ustupi svoje vode. Iz pećine im izvedi vodu te napoj zajednicu i njezino blago." ⁹ Mojsije uzme štap ispred Jahve kako mu je naredio. ¹⁰ Zatim Mojsije i Aron skupe zbor pred pećinu pa im Mojsije rekne: "Čujte, buntovnici! Hoćemo li vam iz ove pećine izvesti vodu?" ¹¹ Zatim Mojsije podigne ruku i dvaput udari štapom o pećinu: voda provali u obilju, pa su mogli piti i zajednica i njezino blago. ¹² Potom će Jahve Mojsiju i Aronu: "Budući da se niste pouzdavali u me i niste me svetim očitovali u očima sinova Izraelovih, nećete uvesti ovaj zbor u zemlju koju im dajem." ¹³ To su Meripske vode, kraj njih su se Izraelci prepirali s Jahvom, a on se pokazao svetim.

Korean⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대 ⁸ 지팡이를 가지고 네 형 아론과 함께 회중을 모으고 그들의 목전에서 너희는 반석에게 명하여 물을 내라 하라 네가 그 반석으로 물을 내게 하여 회중과 그들의 짐승에게 마시울지니라 ⁹ 모세가 그 명대로 여호와의 앞에서 지팡이를 취하니라 ¹⁰ 모세와 아론이 총회를 그 반석 앞에 모으고 모세가 그들에게 이르되 패역한 너희여 들으라 우리가 너희를 위하여 이 반석에서 물을 내랴 하고 ¹¹ 그 손을 들어 그 지팡이로 반석을 두번 치매 물이 많이 솟아 나오므로 회중과 그들의 짐승이 마시니라 ¹² 여호와께서 모세와 아론에게 이르시되 너희가 나를 믿지 아니하고 이스라엘 자손의 목전에 나의 거룩함을 나타내지 아니한 고로 너희는 이 총회를 내가 그들에게 준 땅으로 인도하여 들이지 못하리라 하시니라 ¹³ 이스라엘 자손이 여호와와 다투었으므로 이를 므리바 물이라 하니라 여호와께서 그들 중에서 그 거룩함을 나타내셨더라

Lithuanian⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ Viešpats tarė Mozei: ⁸ “Imk lazdą, abu su Aaronu surinkite žmones ir jų akyse kalbėkite uolai, ir ji duos vandens. Tu išgausi jiems vandens iš uolos, ir atsigers žmonės bei jų galvijai”. ⁹ Mozė ėmė Viešpaties akivaizdoje buvusią lazdą, kaip Jis jam įsakė. ¹⁰ Mozė ir Aaronas surinko žmones prie uolos ir jiems kalbėjo: “Klausykite, maištininkai! Ar mudu turime iš šitos uolos išgauti jums vandens?” ¹¹ Mozė pakėlė ranką, smogė du kartus lazda į uolą, ir pasipylė apsčiai vandens; atsigėrė žmonės ir jų gyvuliai. ¹² Bet Viešpats tarė Mozei ir Aaronui: “Kadangi manimi netikėjote ir neparodėte mano šventumo izraelitų akivaizdoje, judu neįvesite šitos tautos į žemę, kurią jiems duosiu”. ¹³ Tai Meriba, kur izraelitai murmėjo prieš Viešpatį ir Jis parodė jiems savo šventumą.

Portuguese⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ E o Senhor disse a Moisés: ⁸ Toma a vara, e ajunta a congregação, tu e Arão, teu irmão, e falai à rocha perante os seus olhos, que ela dê as suas águas. Assim lhes tirarás água da rocha, e darás a beber à congregação e aos seus animais. ⁹ Moisés, pois, tomou a vara de diante do senhor, como este lhe ordenou. ¹⁰ Moisés e Arão reuniram a assembleia diante da rocha, e Moisés disse-lhes: Ouvi agora, rebeldes! Porventura tiraremos água desta rocha para vós? ¹¹ Então Moisés levantou a mão, e feriu a rocha duas vezes com a sua vara, e saiu água copiosamente, e a congregação bebeu, e os seus animais. ¹² Pelo que o Senhor disse a Moisés e a Arão: Porquanto não me crestes a mim, para me santificardes diante dos filhos de Israel, por isso não introduzireis esta congregação na terra que lhes dei. ¹³ Estas são as águas de Meribá, porque ali os filhos de Israel contenderam com o Senhor, que neles se santificou.

Mon vi kan la vann strømme frem for eder av denne klippe? ¹¹ Så løftet Moses sin hånd og slo med sin stav to ganger på klippen; da strømmet der meget vann ut, så både menigheten og dens buskap fikk drikke. ¹² Men Herren sa til Moses og Aron: Fordi I ikke trodde på mig og ikke helliget mig for Israels barns øine, derfor skal I ikke føre dette folk inn i det land jeg har gitt dem. ¹³ Dette var Meribas vann, hvor Israels barn kivedes med Herren, og han helliget sig på dem.

Romanian⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ Domnul a vorbit lui Moise, şi a zis: ⁸ ,,Ia toiagul, şi cheamă adunarea, tu şi fratele tău Aaron. Să vorbiţi stîncii acesteia în faţa lor, şi ea va da apă. Să le scoţi astfel apă din stîncă, şi să adăpi adunarea şi vitele lor.`` ⁹ Moise a luat toiagul dinaintea Domnului, cum îi poruncise Domnul. ¹⁰ Moise şi Aaron au chemat adunarea înaintea stîncii. Şi Moise le -a zis:,,Ascultaţi, răsvrătiţilor! Vom putea noi oare să vă scoatem apă din stînca aceasta?`` ¹¹ Apoi Moise a ridicat mîna, şi a lovit stînca de două ori cu toiagul. Şi a ieşit apă din belşug, aşa în cît a băut şi adunarea, şi au băut şi vitele. ¹² Atunci Domnul a zis lui Moise:,,Pentrucă n'aţi crezut în Mine, ca să Mă sfinţiţi înaintea copiilor lui Israel, nu voi veţi duce adunarea aceasta în ţara pe care i -o dau.`` ¹³ Acestea sînt apele Meriba (Ceartă), unde s'au certat copiii lui Israel cu Domnul care a fost sfinţit între ei.

Ukrainian⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁷ І Господь промовляв до Мойсея, говорячи: ⁸ Візьми жезло, та збери громаду ти та брат твій Аарон, і скажете до тієї скелі на їхніх очах, і вона дасть свою воду. І виведеш для них воду з тієї скелі, та й напоїш ту громаду та їхню худобу. ⁹ І взяв Мойсей те жезло з-перед Господнього лиця, як Він наказав був йому. ¹⁰ І зібрали Мойсей та Аарон громаду перед тією скелею. І сказав він до них: Послухайте ж, неслухняні, чи з цієї скелі ми виведемо для вас воду? ¹¹ І підніс Мойсей руку свою, та й ударив ту скелю своїм жезлом два рази, і вийшло багато води! І пила громада та їхня худоба!... ¹² І сказав Господь до Мойсея та до Аарона: За те, що ви не ввірували в Мене, щоб явилася святість Моя на очах Ізраїлевих синів, ви не введете цієї громади до Краю, що Я дав їм. ¹³ Це вода Меріви, де сварилися Ізраїлеві сини з Господом, і святість Його явилася їм.
