  34 H6213 And he did [H8799]   H3477 that which was right H5869 in the sight H3068 of the LORD H6213 : he did [H8804]   H1 according to all that his father H5818 Uzziah H6213 had done [H8804]  .

  37 H3117 In those days H3068 the LORD H2490 began [H8689]   H7971 to send [H8687]   H3063 against Judah H7526 Rezin H4428 the king H758 of Syria H6492 , and Pekah H1121 the son H7425 of Remaliah.
  38 H3147 And Jotham H7901 slept [H8799]   H1 with his fathers H6912 , and was buried [H8735]   H1 with his fathers H5892 in the city H1732 of David H1 his father H271 : and Ahaz H1121 his son H4427 reigned [H8799]   in his stead.

  7 H271 So Ahaz H7971 sent [H8799]   H4397 messengers H8407 to Tiglathpileser H4428 king H804 of Assyria H559 , saying [H8800]   H5650 , I am thy servant H1121 and thy son H5927 : come up [H8798]   H3467 , and save [H8685]   H3709 me out of the hand H4428 of the king H758 of Syria H3709 , and out of the hand H4428 of the king H3478 of Israel H6965 , which rise up [H8801]   against me.
  8 H271 And Ahaz H3947 took [H8799]   H3701 the silver H2091 and gold H4672 that was found [H8737]   H1004 in the house H3068 of the LORD H214 , and in the treasures H4428 of the king's H1004 house H7971 , and sent [H8799]   H7810 it for a present H4428 to the king H804 of Assyria.
  9 H4428 And the king H804 of Assyria H8085 hearkened [H8799]   H4428 unto him: for the king H804 of Assyria H5927 went up [H8799]   H1834 against Damascus H8610 , and took [H8799]   H1540 it, and carried the people of it captive [H8686]   H7024 to Kir H4191 , and slew [H8689]   H7526 Rezin.
  10 H4428 And king H271 Ahaz H3212 went [H8799]   H1834 to Damascus H7125 to meet [H8800]   H8407 Tiglathpileser H4428 king H804 of Assyria H7200 , and saw [H8799]   H4196 an altar H1834 that was at Damascus H4428 : and king H271 Ahaz H7971 sent [H8799]   H223 to Urijah H3548 the priest H1823 the fashion H4196 of the altar H8403 , and the pattern H4639 of it, according to all the workmanship thereof.
  11 H223 And Urijah H3548 the priest H1129 built [H8799]   H4196 an altar H4428 according to all that king H271 Ahaz H7971 had sent [H8804]   H1834 from Damascus H223 : so Urijah H3548 the priest H6213 made [H8804]   H4428 it against king H271 Ahaz H935 came [H8800]   H1834 from Damascus.
  12 H4428 And when the king H935 was come [H8799]   H1834 from Damascus H4428 , the king H7200 saw [H8799]   H4196 the altar H4428 : and the king H7126 approached [H8799]   H4196 to the altar H5927 , and offered [H8686]   thereon.
  13 H6999 And he burnt [H8686]   H5930 his burnt offering H4503 and his meat offering H5258 , and poured [H8686]   H5262 his drink offering H2236 , and sprinkled [H8799]   H1818 the blood H8002 of his peace offerings H4196 , upon the altar.

  17 H4428 And king H271 Ahaz H7112 cut off [H8762]   H4526 the borders H4350 of the bases H5493 , and removed [H8686]   H3595 the laver H3381 from off them; and took down [H8689]   H3220 the sea H5178 from off the brasen H1241 oxen H5414 that were under it, and put [H8799]   H4837 it upon a pavement H68 of stones.
  18 H4329 And the covert [H8675]   H4329   H7676 for the sabbath H1129 that they had built [H8804]   H1004 in the house H4428 , and the king's H3996 entry H2435 without H5437 , turned [H8689]   H1004 he from the house H3068 of the LORD H6440 for H4428 the king H804 of Assyria.
  19 H3499 Now the rest H1697 of the acts H271 of Ahaz H6213 which he did [H8804]   H3789 , are they not written [H8803]   H5612 in the book H1697 of the chronicles H3117   H4428 of the kings H3063 of Judah?
  20 H271 And Ahaz H7901 slept [H8799]   H1 with his fathers H6912 , and was buried [H8735]   H1 with his fathers H5892 in the city H1732 of David H2396 : and Hezekiah H1121 his son H4427 reigned [H8799]   in his stead.
