Luke 18:18-30

  18 G2532 And G5100 a certain G758 ruler G1905 asked G846 him, G3004 saying, G18 Good G1320 Teacher, G5101 what G4160 shall I do G2816 to inherit G166 eternal G2816 life?

  19And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? none is good, save one, even God.

  20 G1492 Thou knowest G1785 the commandments, G3431 Do G3361 not G3431 commit adultery, G5407 Do G3361 not G5407 kill, G2813 Do G3361 not G2813 steal, G5576 Do G3361 not G5576 bear false witness, G5091 Honor G4675 thy G3962 father G2532 and G4675   G3384 mother.

  21 G1161 And G2036 he said, G3956 All G5023 these G5442 things have I observed G1537 from G3450 my G3503 youth up.

  22 G1161 And when G2424 Jesus G191 heard G2036 it, he said G846 unto him, G5023 One thing G4671 thou G3007 lackest G2089 yet: G4453 sell G3956 all G3745 that G4671 thou G2192 hast, G2532 and G1239 distribute G4434 unto the poor, G2532 and G2192 thou shalt have G2344 treasure G1722 in G3772 heaven: G2532 and G1204 come, G190 follow G3427 me.

  23 G1161 But when G191 he heard G5023 these things, G1096 he became G4036 exceeding sorrowful; G1063 for G1096 he was G4970 very G4145 rich.

  24 G1161 And G2424 Jesus G2036 seeing him said, G4459 How G1423 hardly G1525 shall G1492 they that G2192 have G5536 riches G1525 enter G1519 into G932 the kingdom G2316 of God!

  25 G1063 For G2076 it is G2123 easier for G2574 a camel G1525 to enter G1223 in through G4476 a needle's G5168 eye, G2228 than for G4145 a rich man G1525 to enter G1519 into G932 the kingdom G2316 of God.

  26 G1161 And G3588 they that G191 heard G2036 it said, G2532 Then G5101 who G1410 can G4982 be saved?

  27 G1161 But G2036 he said, G3588 The things which G2076 are G102 impossible G3844 with G444 men G1415 are possible G3844 with G2316 God.

  28 G1161 And G4074 Peter G2036 said, G2400 Lo, G2249 we G863 have left G3956 our own, G2532 and G190 followed G4671 thee.

  29 G1161 And G2036 he said G846 unto them, G281 Verily G3004 I say G3754 unto you, G2076 There is G3762 no man G3739 that G863 hath left G3614 house, G2228 or G1135 wife, G2228 or G80 brethren, G2228 or G1118 parents, G2228 or G5043 children, G1752 for G932 the kingdom G2316 of God's G1752 sake,

  30 G3739 who G618 shall G3756   G3361 not G618 receive G4179 manifold more G1722 in G5129 this G2540 time, G2532 and G1722 in G165 the world G2064 to come G166 eternal G2222 life.
