Ezekiel 12:1-28 The word of the LORD also came to me, saying,

1 H1697 The word H3068 of the LORD H1961 also came H559 to me, saying,

2 H1121 Son H120 of man, H3427 you dwell H8432 in the middle H4805 of a rebellious H1004 house, H834 which H5869 have eyes H7200 to see, H7200 and see H241 not; they have ears H8085 to hear, H8085 and hear H4805 not: for they are a rebellious H1004 house.

3 H1121 Therefore, you son H120 of man, H6213 prepare H3627 you stuff H1473 for removing, H1540 and remove H3119 by day H5869 in their sight; H1540 and you shall remove H4725 from your place H312 to another H4725 place H5869 in their sight: H7200 it may be they will consider, H3588 though H4805 they be a rebellious H1004 house.

4 H3318 Then shall you bring H3318 forth H3627 your stuff H3119 by day H5869 in their sight, H3627 as stuff H1473 for removing: H3318 and you shall go H3318 forth H6153 at even H5869 in their sight, H4161 as they that go H4161 forth H1473 into captivity.

5 H2864 Dig H7023 you through the wall H5869 in their sight, H3318 and carry out thereby.

6 H5869 In their sight H5375 shall you bear H3802 it on your shoulders, H3318 and carry H3318 it forth H5939 in the twilight: H3680 you shall cover H6440 your face, H7200 that you see H776 not the ground: H5414 for I have set H4159 you for a sign H1004 to the house H3478 of Israel.

16 H3498 But I will leave H4557 a few H582 men H2719 of them from the sword, H7458 from the famine, H1698 and from the pestilence; H5608 that they may declare H3605 all H8441 their abominations H1471 among the heathen H834 where H8033 H935 they come; H3045 and they shall know H3068 that I am the LORD.

17 H1697 Moreover the word H3068 of the LORD H1961 came H559 to me, saying,

18 H1121 Son H120 of man, H398 eat H3899 your bread H7494 with quaking, H8354 and drink H4325 your water H7269 with trembling H1674 and with carefulness;

19 H559 And say H5971 to the people H127 of the land, H3541 Thus H559 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD H3427 of the inhabitants H3389 of Jerusalem, H776 and of the land H3478 of Israel; H398 They shall eat H3899 their bread H1674 with carefulness, H8354 and drink H4325 their water H8078 with astonishment, H776 that her land H3456 may be desolate H4393 from all H4393 that is therein, H2555 because of the violence H3605 of all H3427 them that dwell therein.

20 H5892 And the cities H3427 that are inhabited H2717 shall be laid waste, H776 and the land H8077 shall be desolate; H3045 and you shall know H3068 that I am the LORD.

21 H1697 And the word H3068 of the LORD H1961 came H559 to me, saying,

22 H1121 Son H120 of man, H4100 what H4912 is that proverb H127 that you have in the land H3478 of Israel, H559 saying, H3117 The days H748 are prolonged, H3605 and every H2377 vision H6 fails?

23 H559 Tell H3651 them therefore, H3541 Thus H559 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD; H2088 I will make this H4912 proverb H7673 to cease, H3808 and they shall no H5750 more H4912 use H4911 it as a proverb H3478 in Israel; H1696 but say H3117 to them, The days H7126 are at H7126 hand, H1697 and the effect H3605 of every H2377 vision.

24 H3808 For there shall be no H5750 more H7723 any vain H2377 vision H2509 nor flattering H4738 divination H8432 within H1004 the house H3478 of Israel.

25 H3068 For I am the LORD: H1696 I will speak, H1697 and the word H1696 that I shall speak H6213 shall come H6213 to pass; H3808 it shall be no H5750 more H4900 prolonged: H3117 for in your days, H4805 O rebellious H1004 house, H1696 will I say H1697 the word, H6213 and will perform H5002 it, said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD.

26 H1697 Again the word H3068 of the LORD H1961 came H559 to me, saying.

27 H1121 Son H120 of man, H2009 behold, H1004 they of the house H3478 of Israel H559 say, H2377 The vision H2372 that he sees H7227 is for many H3117 days H5012 to come, and he prophesies H6256 of the times H7350 that are far off.

28 H3651 Therefore H559 say H3541 to them, Thus H559 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD; H3808 There shall none H1697 of my words H4900 be prolonged H3605 any H5750 more, H1697 but the word H834 which H1696 I have spoken H6213 shall be done, H5002 said H136 the Lord H3069 GOD.
