H347 But Job H6030 answered [H8799]   H559 and said [H8799]  ,
H5826 How hast thou helped [H8804]   H3581 him that is without power H3467 ? how savest [H8689]   H2220 thou the arm H3808 that hath no H5797 strength?
H3289 How hast thou counselled [H8804]   H3808 him that hath no H2451 wisdom H7230 ? and how hast thou plentifully H3045 declared [H8689]   H8454 the thing as it is?
H5046 To whom hast thou uttered [H8689]   H4405 words H5397 ? and whose spirit H3318 came [H8804]   from thee?
H7496 Dead H2342 things are formed [H8787]   H4325 from under the waters H7931 , and the inhabitants [H8802]   thereof.
H7585 Hell H6174 is naked H11 before him, and destruction H3682 hath no covering.
H5186 He stretcheth out [H8802]   H6828 the north H8414 over the empty place H8518 , and hangeth [H8802]   H776 the earth H1099 upon nothing.
H6887 He bindeth up [H8802]   H4325 the waters H5645 in his thick clouds H6051 ; and the cloud H1234 is not rent [H8738]   under them.
H270 He holdeth back [H8764]   H6440 the face H3678 of his throne H6576 , and spreadeth [H8768]   H6051 his cloud upon it.
H2328 He hath compassed [H8804]   H6440 the waters H4325   H2706 with bounds H216 , until the day H2822 and night H8503 come to an end.
H5982 The pillars H8064 of heaven H7322 tremble [H8787]   H8539 and are astonished [H8799]   H1606 at his reproof.
H7280 He divideth [H8804]   H3220 the sea H3581 with his power H8394 , and by his understanding [H8675]   H8394   H4272 he smiteth [H8804]   H7293 through the proud.
H7307 By his spirit H8235 he hath garnished [H8765]   H8064 the heavens H3027 ; his hand H2342 hath formed [H8790]   H1281 the crooked H5175 serpent.
H7098 Lo, these are parts H1870 of his ways H8102 : but how little H1697 a portion H8085 is heard [H8738]   H7482 of him? but the thunder H1369 of his power H995 who can understand [H8709]  ?
ERV(i) 1 Then Job answered and said, 2 How hast thou helped him that is without power! how hast thou saved the arm that hath no strength! 3 How hast thou counselled him that hath no wisdom, and plentifully declared sound knowledge! 4 To whom hast thou uttered words? and whose spirit came forth from thee? 5 They that are deceased tremble beneath the waters and the inhabitants thereof. 6 Sheol is naked before him, and Abaddon hath no covering. 7 He stretcheth out the north over empty space, and hangeth the earth upon nothing. 8 He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them. 9 He closeth in the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it. 10 He hath described a boundary upon the face of the waters, unto the confines of light and darkness. 11 The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his rebuke. 12 He stirreth up the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through Rahab. 13 By his spirit the heavens are garnished; his hand hath pierced the swift serpent. 14 Lo, these are but the outskirts of his ways: and how small a whisper do we hear of him! but the thunder of his power who can understand?
