2 G1161 But G1492 [G5758] we are sure G3754 that G2917 the judgment G2316 of God G2076 [G5748] is G2596 according G225 to truth G1909 against G4238 [G5723] them who commit G5108 such things.

3 G1161 And G3049 [G5736] thinkest thou G5124 this, G5599 O G444 man, G2919 [G5723] that judgest G4238 [G5723] them who do G5108 such things, G2532 and G4160 [G5723] doest G846 the same, G3754 that G4771 thou G1628 [G5695] shalt escape G2917 the judgment G2316 of God?

4 G2228 Or G2706 [G5719] despisest thou G4149 the riches G846 of his G5544 goodness G2532 and G463 forbearance G2532 and G3115 longsuffering; G50 [G5723] not knowing G3754 that G5543 the goodness G2316 of God G71 [G5719] leadeth G4571 thee G1519 to G3341 a change of mind?

5 G1161 But G2596 after G4675 thy G4643 hardness G2532 and G279 impenitent G2588 heart G2343 [G5719] treasurest up G4572 to thyself G3709 wrath G1722 in G2250 the day G3709 of wrath G2532 and G602 revelation G1341 of the righteous judgment G2316 of God;

10 G1161 G2532 But G1391 glory, G5092 honour, G2532 and G1515 peace, G3956 to every man G2038 [G5740] that worketh G18 good, G2453 to the Judean G4412 first, G5037 and G2532 also G1672 to the Hellene:

12 G1063 For G3745 as many as G264 [G5627] have sinned G460 without law G622 0 shall G2532 also G622 [G5698] be made lost G460 without law: G2532 and G3745 as many as G264 [G5627] have sinned G1722 in G3551 the law G2919 [G5701] shall be judged G1223 by G3551 the law;

13 G1063 (For G3756 not G202 the hearers G3551 of the law G1342 are just G3844 before G2316 God, G235 but G4163 the doers G3551 of the law G1344 [G5701] shall be justified.

14 G1063 For G3752 when G1484 the nations, G3588 who G2192 [G5723] have G3361 not G3551 the law, G4160 [G5725] do G5449 by nature G3588 the things G3551 contained in the law, G3778 these, G2192 [G5723] having G3361 not G3551 the law, G1526 [G5748] are G3551 a law G1438 to themselves:

15 G3748 Who G1731 [G5731] show G2041 the work G3551 of the law G1123 written G1722 in G846 their G2588 hearts, G846 their G4893 conscience G4828 [G5723] also bearing witness, G2532 and G3053 their reckonings G2723 [G5723] the mean while accusing G2228 or G2532 else G626 [G5740] making a defense G3342 G240 of one another;)

17 G2396 But if, G4771 thou G2028 [G5743] art called G2453 a Judean, G2532 and G1879 [G5736] restest G3551 in the law, G2532 and G2744 [G5736] makest thy boast G1722 of G2316 God,

18 G2532 And G1097 [G5719] knowest G2307 his will, G2532 and G1381 [G5719] approvest G1308 [G5723] the things that are more excellent, G2727 [G5746] being instructed G1537 out of G3551 the law;

21 G3767 Thou therefore G3588 who G1321 [G5723] teachest G2087 another, G1321 [G5719] teachest thou G3756 not G4572 thyself? G2784 [G5723] thou that proclaimest G2813 0 a man should G3361 not G2813 [G5721] steal, G2813 [G5719] dost thou steal?

22 G3004 [G5723] Thou that sayest G3431 0 a man should G3361 not G3431 [G5721] commit adultery, G3431 [G5719] dost thou commit adultery? G948 [G5740] thou that abhorrest G1497 idols, G2416 [G5719] dost thou commit sacrilege?

23 G3739 Thou G2744 [G5736] that makest thy boast G1722 of G3551 the law, G1223 through G3847 transgressing G3551 the law G818 [G5719] dishonourest thou G2316 God?

24 G1063 For G3686 the name G2316 of God G987 [G5743] is blasphemed G1722 among G1484 the nations G1223 through G5209 you, G2531 as G1125 [G5769] it is written.

25 G1063 For G4061 circumcision G3303 verily G5623 [G5719] profiteth, G1437 if G4238 [G5725] thou keepest G3551 the law: G1161 but G1437 if G5600 [G5753] thou art G3848 a transgressor G3551 of the law, G4675 thy G4061 circumcision G1096 [G5754] is made G203 uncircumcision.

26 G3767 Therefore G1437 if G203 the uncircumcision G5442 [G5725] keepeth G1345 the righteousness G3551 of the law, G3049 0 shall G3780 not G846 his G203 uncircumcision G3049 [G5701] be counted G1519 for G4061 circumcision?

27 G2532 And G2919 0 shall not G203 uncircumcision G1537 which is by G5449 nature, G5055 [G5723] if it keepeth G3551 the law, G2919 [G5692] judge G4571 thee, G1223 who by G1121 the letter G2532 and G4061 circumcision G3848 dost transgress G3551 the law?

28 G1063 For G2076 [G5748] he is G3756 not G2453 a Judean, G1722 G5318 who is one outwardly; G3761 neither G4061 is that circumcision, G1722 G5318 which is outward G1722 in G4561 the flesh:

29 G235 But G2453 he is a Judean, G1722 G2927 who is one inwardly; G2532 and G4061 circumcision G2588 is that of the heart, G1722 in G4151 the spirit, G3756 and not G1121 in the letter; G3739 whose G1868 high praise G3756 is not G1537 from G444 men, G235 but G1537 from G2316 God.
