  23 G2532 And G846 when he G2064 [G5631] had come G1519 into G2411 the temple, G749 the chief priests G2532 and G4245 the elders G2992 of the people G4334 [G5656] came G846 to him G1321 [G5723] as he was teaching, G3004 [G5723] and said, G1722 By G4169 what G1849 authority G4160 [G5719] doest thou G5023 these things? G2532 and G5101 who G1325 [G5656] gave G4671 thee G5026 this G1849 authority?

  24 G1161 And G2424 Jesus G611 [G5679] answered G2036 [G5627] and said G846 to them, G2504 { I also G2065 [G5692] will ask G5209 you G1520 one G3056 thing, G3739 which G1437 if G2036 [G5632] ye tell G3427 me, G2504 I also G2046 [G5692] will tell G5213 you G1722 by G4169 what G1849 authority G4160 [G5719] I do G5023 these things.}

  25 G908 { The baptism G2491 of John, G4159 whence G2258 [G5713] was it? G1537 From out of G3772 heaven, G2228 or G1537 from out of G444 men? G1161 And G1260 [G5711] they reasoned G3844 with G1438 themselves, G3004 [G5723] saying, G1437 If G2036 [G5632] we shall say, G1537 From out of G3772 heaven; G2046 [G5692] he will say G2254 to us, G1302 Why G3767 then G4100 0 did ye G3756 not G4100 [G5656] believe G846 him?}

  26 G1161 But G1437 if G2036 [G5632] we shall say, G1537 From G444 men; G5399 [G5736] we fear G3588 the G3793 crowd; G1063 for G3956 all G2192 [G5719] hold G2491 John G5613 as G4396 a prophet.

  27 G2532 And G611 [G5679] they answered G2424 Jesus, G2036 [G5627] and said, G3756 We cannot G1492 [G5758] tell. G2532 And G846 he G5346 [G5713] said G846 to them, G3761 { Neither G1473 do I G3004 [G5719] tell G5213 you G1722 by G4169 what G1849 authority G4160 [G5719] I do G5023 these things.}

  28 G1161 { But G5101 what G1380 [G5719] think G5213 ye? G444 A certain man G2192 [G5707] had G1417 two G5043 children; G2532 and G4334 [G5631] he came G4413 to the first, G2036 [G5627] and said, G5043 Child, G5217 [G5720] go G2038 [G5737] work G4594 to day G1722 in G3450 my G290 vineyard.}

  29 G1161 G611 [G5679] { He answered G2036 [G5627] and said, G2309 [G5719] I will G3756 not: G1161 but G5305 afterwards G3338 [G5679] having regretted, G565 [G5627] he went.}

  30 G2532 { And G4334 [G5631] he came G1208 to the second, G2036 [G5627] and said G5615 likewise. G1161 And G611 [G5679] he answered G2036 [G5627] and said, G1473 I G2962 go, sir: G2532 and G565 [G5627] went G3756 not.}

  31 G5101 { Which G1537 of G1417 the two G4160 [G5656] did G2307 the will G3962 of his father? G3004 [G5719] } They say G846 to him, G4413 The first.   33 G191 [G5657] { Hear G243 another G3850 parable: G2258 [G5713] There was G444 G5100 a certain G3617 householder, G3748 who G5452 [G5656] planted G290 a vineyard, G2532 and G5418 hedged G4060 [G5656] around G846 it, G2532 and G3736 [G5656] dug G3025 a winepress G1722 in G846 it, G2532 and G3618 [G5656] built G4444 a tower, G2532 and G1554 0 let G846 it G1554 [G5639] out G1092 to vinedressers, G2532 and G589 [G5656] went into a far country:}

  34 G1161 { And G3753 when G3588 the G2540 season G3588 of the G2590 fruits G1448 [G5656] drew near, G649 [G5656] he sent G846 his G1401 slaves G4314 to G1092 the vinedressers, G2983 [G5629] that they might receive G846 its G2590 fruits.}

  35 G2532 { And G1092 the vinedressers G2983 [G5631] took G846 his G1401 slaves, G1194 [G5656] and flayed G3739 one, G3303 indeed, G1161 and G615 [G5656] killed G3739 another, G1161 and G3036 [G5681] stoned G3739 another.}

  36 G3825 { Again, G649 [G5656] he sent G243 other G1401 slaves G4119 more G4413 than the first: G2532 and G4160 [G5656] they did G846 to them G5615 in like manner.}

  37 G1161 { But G5305 last of all G649 [G5656] he sent G4314 to G846 them G846 his G5207 son, G3004 [G5723] saying, G1788 [G5691] They will reverence G3450 my G5207 son.}

  38 G1161 { But G1092 when the vinedressers G1492 [G5631] saw G5207 the son, G2036 [G5627] they said G1722 among G1438 themselves, G3778 This G2076 [G5748] is G2818 the heir; G1205 [G5773] come, G615 [G5725] let us kill G846 him, G2532 and G2722 [G5632] let us seize G846 on his G2817 inheritance.}

  39 G2532 { And G2983 [G5631] they caught G846 him, G1544 [G5627] and cast G1854 him out of G290 the vineyard, G2532 and G615 [G5656] slew him.}

  40 G3752 { When G3767 therefore G2962 the lord G290 of the vineyard G2064 [G5632] cometh, G5101 what G4160 [G5692] will he do G1565 to those G1092 vinedressers?}

  41 G3004 [G5719] They say G846 to him, G622 0 He shall G2560 badly G622 [G5692] make lost G846 those G2556 bad men, G2532 and G1554 [G5695] will let out G290 his vineyard G243 to other G1092 vinedressers, G3748 who G591 [G5692] shall render G846 him G2590 the fruits G1722 in G846 their G2540 seasons.

  42 G2424 Jesus G3004 [G5719] saith G846 to them, G314 0 { Did ye G3763 never G314 [G5627] read G1722 in G1124 the scriptures, G3037 The stone G3739 which G3618 [G5723] the builders G593 [G5656] rejected, G3778 the same G1096 G1519 [G5675] is become G2776 the head G1137 of the corner: G3778 this G3844 is G2962 the Lord's G1096 [G5633] doing, G2532 and G2076 [G5748] it is G2298 marvellous G1722 in G2257 our G3788 eyes?}

  43 G1223 G5124 { Therefore G3004 [G5719] I say G5213 to you, G3754   G932 The kingdom G2316 of God G142 [G5701] shall be taken G575 from G5216 you, G2532 and G1325 [G5701] given G1484 to a nation G4160 [G5723] bringing forth G2590 the fruits G846 of it.}

  44 G2532 { And G4098 [G5631] whoever shall fall G1909 on G5126 this G3037 stone G4917 [G5701] shall be broken: G1161 but G1909 on G3739 G302 whomever G4098 [G5632] it shall fall, G3039 0 it will grind G846 him G3039 [G5692] to powder.}
