Acts 10:45-11:18

  10:45   2532 και And 1839 εξέστησαν [⁵were amazed 3588 οι ¹the 1537 εκ ³of 4061 περιτομής ⁴the circumcision 4103 πιστοί ²believers], 3745 όσοι as many as 4905 συνήλθον came with 3588 τω   * Πέτρω Peter, 3754 ότι that 2532 και also 1909 επί [⁷upon 3588 τα ⁸the 1484 έθνη ⁹nations 3588 η ¹the 1431 δωρεά ²present 3588 του ³of the 39 αγίου ⁴holy 4151 πνεύματος ⁵spirit 1632 εκκέχυται ⁶has been poured out].   10:46   191-1063 ήκουον γαρ For they heard 1473 αυτών them 2980 λαλούντων speaking 1100 γλώσσαις languages, 2532 και and 3170 μεγαλυνόντων magnifying 3588 τον   2316 θεόν God. 5119 τότε Then 611-3588-* απεκρίθη ο Πέτρος Peter responded,   10:47   3385 μήτι Shall 3588 το   5204 ύδωρ water 2967 κωλύσαι [²to be restrained 1410 δύναταί ¹be able] 5100 τις to anyone 3588 του   3361 μη [²to not 907 βαπτισθήναι ³be immersed 3778 τούτους ¹of these], 3748 οίτινες who 3588 το [²the 4151 πνεύμα ⁴spirit 3588 το   39 άγιον ³holy 2983 έλαβον ¹received] 2531 καθώς as 2532 και also 1473 ημείς we?   10:48   4367-5037 προσέταξέ τε And he assigned 1473 αυτούς them 907 βαπτισθήναι to be immersed 1722 εν in 3588 τω the 3686 ονόματι name 3588 του of the 2962 κυρίου Lord. 5119 τότε Then 2065 ηρώτησαν they asked 1473 αυτόν him 1961 επιμείναι to remain 2250-5100 ημέρας τινάς some days.

  11:4   756-1161 αρξάμενος δε And beginning, 3588 ο   * Πέτρος Peter 1620 εξετίθετο displayed 1473 αυτοίς to them 2517 καθεξής in order, 3004 λέγων saying,   11:5   1473 εγώ I 1510.7.1 ήμην was 1722 εν in 4172 πόλει the city * Ιόππη of Joppa 4336 προσευχόμενος praying. 2532 και And 1492 είδον I beheld 1722 εν in 1611 εκστάσει a change of state 3705 όραμα a vision, 2597 καταβαίνον [²coming down 4632-5100 σκεύός τι ¹a certain item] 5613 ως as 3607 οθόνην [²piece of cloth 3173 μεγάλην ¹a great], 5064 τέσσαρσιν [²by four 746 αρχαίς ³corners 2524 καθιεμένην ¹being lowered] 1537 εκ from 3588 του the 3772 ουρανού heaven, 2532 και and 2064 ήλθεν it came 891 άχρις as far as 1473 εμού me;   11:6   1519 εις on 3739 ην which 816 ατενίσας having gazed upon 2657 κατενόουν I contemplated, 2532 και and 1492 είδον I saw 3588 τα the 5074 τετράποδα four-footed creatures 3588 της of the 1093 γης earth, 2532 και and 3588 τα the 2342 θηρία wild beasts, 2532 και and 3588 τα the 2062 ερπετά reptiles, 2532 και and 3588 τα the 4071 πετεινά birds 3588 του of the 3772 ουρανού heaven.   11:7   191-1161 ήκουσα δε And I heard 5456 φωνής a voice 3004 λεγούσης saying 1473 μοι to me, 450 αναστάς Having risen up, * Πέτρε Peter, 2380 θύσον sacrifice 2532 και and 2068 φάγε eat!   11:8   2036-1161 είπον δε And I said, 3365 μηδαμώς By no means, 2962 κύριε O Lord, 3754 ότι for 3956 παν all 2839 κοινόν common 2228 η or 169 ακάθαρτον unclean 3763 ουδέποτε at no time 1525 εισήλθεν entered 1519 εις into 3588 το   4750-1473 στόμα μου my mouth.   11:9   611 απεκρίθη [³responded 1161 δε ¹And 1473 μοι ⁴to me 5456 φωνή ²the voice] 1537-1208 εκ δευτέρου a second time 1537 εκ from out of 3588 του   3772 ουρανού heaven, 3739 α What 3588 ο   2316 θεός God 2511 εκαθάρισε cleansed, 1473-3361 συ μη you are not 2840 κοίνου to make unclean!   11:10   3778-1161 τούτο δε And this 1096 εγένετο happened 1909 επί unto 5151 τρις three times, 2532 και and 3825 πάλιν again 385 ανεσπάσθη it was pulled up 537 άπαντα all together 1519 εις into 3588 τον the 3772 ουρανόν heaven.   11:11   2532 και And 2400 ιδού behold, 1824 εξαυτής immediately 5140 τρεις three 435 άνδρες men 2186 επέστησαν stood 1909 επί at 3588 την the 3614 οικίαν house 1722 εν in 3739 η which 1510.7.1 ήμην I was, 649 απεσταλμένοι ones being sent 575 από from * Καισαρείας Caesarea 4314 προς to 1473 με me.   11:12   2036 είπε [⁴said 1161 δε ¹And 1473 μοι ⁵to me 3588 το ²the 4151 πνεύμα ³spirit] 4905 συνελθείν to come together 1473 αυτοίς with them, 3367 μηδέν [²nothing 1252 διακρινόμενον ¹examining]. 2064-1161 ήλθον δε And went 4862 συν with 1473 εμοί me 2532 και also 3588 οι   1803 εξ [²six 80 αδελφοί ³brethren 3778 ούτοι ¹these], 2532 και and 1525 εισήλθομεν we entered 1519 εις into 3588 την the 3624 οίκον house 3588 του of the 435 ανδρός man.   11:13   518-5037 απήγγειλέ τε And he reported 1473 ημίν to us 4459 πως how 1492 είδε he beheld 3588 τον the 32 άγγελον angel 1722 εν in 3588 τω   3624-1473 οίκω αυτού his house, 2476 σταθέντα standing 2532 και and 2036 ειπόντα having said 1473 αυτώ to him, 649 απόστειλον Send 1519 εις [²unto * Ιόππην ³Joppa 435 άνδρας ¹men], 2532 και and 3343 μετάπεμψαι fetch * Σίμωνα Simon, 3588 τον the one 1941 επικαλούμενον called * Πέτρον Peter!   11:14   3739 ος who 2980 λαλήσει shall speak 4487 ρήματα words 4314 προς to 1473 σε you 1722 εν by 3739 οις which 4982 σωθήση you shall be delivered, 1473 συ you 2532 και and 3956 πας all 3588 ο   3624-1473 οίκός σου your house.   11:15   1722-1161 εν δε And in 3588 τω   756-1473 άρξασθαί με my beginning 2980 λαλείν to speak, 1968 επέπεσε [⁴fell 3588 το ¹the 4151 πνεύμα ³spirit 3588 το   39 άγιον ²holy] 1909 επ΄ upon 1473 αυτούς them 5618 ώσπερ as 2532 και also 1909 εφ΄ upon 1473 ημάς us 1722 εν in 746 αρχή the beginning.   11:16   3403-1161 εμνήσθην δε And I remembered 3588 του the 4487 ρήματος saying 2962 κυρίου of the Lord, 5613 ως how 3004 έλεγεν he said, * Ιωάννης John 3303 μεν indeed 907 εβάπτισεν immersed 5204 ύδατι in water, 1473-1161 υμείς δε but you 907 βαπτισθήσεσθε shall be immersed 1722 εν in 4151 πνεύματι [²spirit 39 αγίω ¹holy].   11:17   1487 ει If 3767 ούν then 3588 την [⁴the 2470 ίσην ⁵equal 1431 δωρεάν ⁶present 1325 έδωκεν ²gave 1473 αυτοίς ³to them 3588 ο   2316 θεός ¹God] 5613 ως as 2532 και also 1473 ημίν to us 4100 πιστεύσασιν having believed 1909 επί on 3588 τον the 2962 κύριον Lord * Ιησούν Jesus 5547 χριστόν Christ, 1473-1161 εγώ δε then I, 5100 τις who 1510.7.1 ήμην was I 1415 δυνατός to be able 2967 κωλύσαι to restrain 3588 τον   2316 θεόν God?   11:18   191-1161 ακούσαντες δε And having heard 3778 ταύτα these things, 2270 ησύχασαν they were still, 2532 και and 1392 εδόξαζον they glorified 3588 τον   2316 θεόν God, 3004 λέγοντες saying, 686 άρα It is so 1065 γε indeed 2532 και that also 3588 τοις to the 1484 έθνεσιν nations 3588 ο   2316 θεός God 3588 την   3341 μετάνοιαν [²repentance 1325 έδωκεν ¹gave] 1519 εις unto 2222 ζωήν life.
