Numbers 19:1-13

  1 H3068 And the LORD H1696 spake [H8762]   H4872 unto Moses H175 and unto Aaron H559 , saying [H8800]  ,

  2 H2708 This is the ordinance H8451 of the law H3068 which the LORD H6680 hath commanded [H8765]   H559 , saying [H8800]   H1696 , Speak [H8761]   H1121 unto the children H3478 of Israel H3947 , that they bring [H8799]   H122 thee a red H6510 heifer H8549 without spot H3971 , wherein is no blemish H3808 , and upon which never H5927 came [H8804]   H5923 yoke:

  3 H5414 And ye shall give [H8804]   H499 her unto Eleazar H3548 the priest H3318 , that he may bring her forth [H8689]   H2351 without H4264 the camp H7819 , and one shall slay [H8804]   H6440 her before his face:

  4 H499 And Eleazar H3548 the priest H3947 shall take [H8804]   H1818 of her blood H676 with his finger H5137 , and sprinkle [H8689]   H1818 of her blood H5227 directly H6440 before H168 the tabernacle H4150 of the congregation H7651 seven H6471 times:

  5 H8313 And one shall burn [H8804]   H6510 the heifer H5869 in his sight H5785 ; her skin H1320 , and her flesh H1818 , and her blood H6569 , with her dung H8313 , shall he burn [H8799]  :

  6 H3548 And the priest H3947 shall take [H8804]   H730 cedar H6086 wood H231 , and hyssop H8438 , and scarlet H8144   H7993 , and cast [H8689]   H8432 it into the midst H8316 of the burning H6510 of the heifer.

  7 H3548 Then the priest H3526 shall wash [H8765]   H899 his clothes H7364 , and he shall bathe [H8804]   H1320 his flesh H4325 in water H310 , and afterward H935 he shall come [H8799]   H4264 into the camp H3548 , and the priest H2930 shall be unclean [H8804]   H6153 until the even.

  8 H8313 And he that burneth [H8802]   H3526 her shall wash [H8762]   H899 his clothes H4325 in water H7364 , and bathe [H8804]   H1320 his flesh H4325 in water H2930 , and shall be unclean [H8804]   H6153 until the even.

  9 H376 And a man H2889 that is clean H622 shall gather [H8804]   H665 up the ashes H6510 of the heifer H3240 , and lay them up [H8689]   H2351 without H4264 the camp H2889 in a clean H4725 place H4931 , and it shall be kept H5712 for the congregation H1121 of the children H3478 of Israel H4325 for a water H5079 of separation H2403 : it is a purification for sin.

  10 H622 And he that gathereth [H8802]   H665 the ashes H6510 of the heifer H3526 shall wash [H8765]   H899 his clothes H2930 , and be unclean [H8804]   H6153 until the even H1121 : and it shall be unto the children H3478 of Israel H1616 , and unto the stranger H1481 that sojourneth [H8802]   H8432 among H2708 them, for a statute H5769 for ever.

  11 H5060 He that toucheth [H8802]   H4191 the dead [H8801]   H5315 body H120 of any man H2930 shall be unclean [H8804]   H7651 seven H3117 days.

  12 H2398 He shall purify [H8691]   H7992 himself with it on the third H3117 day H7637 , and on the seventh H3117 day H2891 he shall be clean [H8799]   H2398 : but if he purify [H8691]   H7992 not himself the third H3117 day H7637 , then the seventh H3117 day H2891 he shall not be clean [H8799]  .

  13 H5060 Whosoever toucheth [H8802]   H4191 the dead [H8801]   H5315 body H120 of any man H4191 that is dead [H8799]   H2398 , and purifieth [H8691]   H2930 not himself, defileth [H8765]   H4908 the tabernacle H3068 of the LORD H5315 ; and that soul H3772 shall be cut off [H8738]   H3478 from Israel H4325 : because the water H5079 of separation H2236 was not sprinkled [H8795]   H2931 upon him, he shall be unclean H2932 ; his uncleanness is yet upon him.
