Joshua 24:5-14 ואשׁלח I sent את משׁה Moses ואת אהרן also and Aaron, ואגף and I plagued את מצרים Egypt, כאשׁר according to that which עשׂיתי I did בקרבו among ואחר them: and afterward הוצאתי אתכם׃

6 H3318 ואוציא H853 את H1 אבותיכם your fathers H4714 ממצרים and the Egyptians H935 ותבאו and ye came H3220 הימה unto the sea; H7291 וירדפו pursued H4713 מצרים H310 אחרי after H1 אבותיכם H7393 ברכב with chariots H6571 ובפרשׁים and horsemen H3220 ים sea. H5488 סוף׃ unto the Red

7 H6817 ויצעקו And when they cried H413 אל unto H3068 יהוה the LORD, H7760 וישׂם he put H3990 מאפל darkness H996 ביניכם between H996 ובין H4713 המצרים you and the Egyptians, H935 ויבא and brought H5921 עליו upon H853 את H3220 הים the sea H3680 ויכסהו them, and covered H7200 ותראינה have seen H5869 עיניכם them; and your eyes H853 את H834 אשׁר what H6213 עשׂיתי I have done H4714 במצרים in Egypt: H3427 ותשׁבו and ye dwelt H4057 במדבר in the wilderness H3117 ימים season. 8 H935 ואבאה And I brought H853 אתכם H413 אל you into H776 ארץ the land H567 האמרי of the Amorites, H3427 היושׁב which dwelt H5676 בעבר on the other side H3383 הירדן Jordan; H3898 וילחמו and they fought H854 אתכם with H5414 ואתן you: and I gave H853 אותם H3027 בידכם them into your hand, H3423 ותירשׁו that ye might possess H853 את H776 ארצם their land; H8045 ואשׁמידם and I destroyed H6440 מפניכם׃ them from before

9 H6965 ויקם arose H1111 בלק Then Balak H1121 בן the son H6834 צפור of Zippor, H4428 מלך king H4124 מואב of Moab, H3898 וילחם and warred H3478 בישׂראל against Israel, H7971 וישׁלח and sent H7121 ויקרא and called H1109 לבלעם Balaam H1121 בן the son H1160 בעור of Beor H7043 לקלל to curse H853 אתכם׃

10 H3808 ולא not H14 אביתי But I would H8085 לשׁמע hearken H1109 לבלעם unto Balaam; H1288 ויברך therefore he blessed H1288 ברוך therefore he blessed H853 אתכם H5337 ואצל you still: so I delivered H853 אתכם H3027 מידו׃ you out of his hand.

11 H5674 ותעברו And ye went over H853 את H3383 הירדן Jordan, H935 ותבאו and came H413 אל unto H3405 יריחו Jericho: H3898 וילחמו fought H1167 בכם בעלי and the men H3405 יריחו of Jericho H567 האמרי against you, the Amorites, H6522 והפרזי and the Perizzites, H3669 והכנעני and the Canaanites, H2850 והחתי and the Hittites, H1622 והגרגשׁי and the Girgashites, H2340 החוי the Hivites, H2983 והיבוסי and the Jebusites; H5414 ואתן and I delivered H853 אותם H3027 בידכם׃ them into your hand.

12 H7971 ואשׁלח And I sent H6440 לפניכם before H853 את H6880 הצרעה the hornet H1644 ותגרשׁ H853 אותם H6440 מפניכם from before H8147 שׁני you, the two H4428 מלכי kings H567 האמרי of the Amorites; H3808 לא not H2719 בחרבך with thy sword, H3808 ולא nor H7198 בקשׁתך׃ with thy bow.

13 H5414 ואתן And I have given H776 לכם ארץ you a land H834 אשׁר for which H3808 לא ye did not H3021 יגעת labor, H5892 בה וערים and cities H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא not, H1129 בניתם ye built H3427 ותשׁבו and ye dwell H3754 בהם כרמים in them; of the vineyards H2132 וזיתים and oliveyards H834 אשׁר which H3808 לא not H5193 נטעתם ye planted H859 אתם do ye H398 אכלים׃ eat.

14 H6258 ועתה Now therefore H3372 יראו fear H853 את H3068 יהוה the LORD, H5647 ועבדו and serve H853 אתו H8549 בתמים him in sincerity H571 ובאמת and in truth: H5493 והסירו and put away H853 את H430 אלהים the gods H834 אשׁר which H5647 עבדו served H1 אבותיכם your fathers H5676 בעבר on the other side H5104 הנהר of the flood, H4714 ובמצרים and in Egypt; H5647 ועבדו and serve H853 את H3068 יהוה׃ ye the LORD.
