  3 G1492 He saw G3705 in a vision G5320 evidently G5616 about G1766 the ninth G5610 hour G2250 of the day G32 an angel G2316 of God G1525 coming G2036 in to him, and saying G2883 to him, Cornelius.
  4 G816 And when he looked G1719 on him, he was afraid, G2036 and said, G5101 What G2962 is it, Lord? G2036 And he said G4335 to him, Your prayers G3588 and your G1654 alms G305 are come G3422 up for a memorial G1799 before G2316 God.
  5 G3568 And now G3992 send G435 men G2445 to Joppa, G3343 and call G4613 for one Simon, G3739 whose G1941 surname G4074 is Peter:
  6 G3579 He lodges G5100 with one G4613 Simon G1038 a tanner, G3739 whose G3614 house G2281 is by the sea G3844 side: G2980 he shall tell G5101 you what G1163 you ought G4160 to do.
  7 G5613 And when G32 the angel G3588 which G2980 spoke G2883 to Cornelius G565 was departed, G5455 he called G1417 two G3610 of his household G2152 servants, and a devout G4757 soldier G4342 of them that waited G4342 on G4342 him continually;
  8 G1834 And when he had declared G537 all G649 these things to them, he sent G2445 them to Joppa.

  13 G1096 And there came G5456 a voice G450 to him, Rise, G4074 Peter; G2380 kill, G5315 and eat.
  14 G4074 But Peter G2036 said, G3365 Not so, G2962 Lord; G3763 for I have never G5315 eaten G3956 any G2839 thing that is common G2228 or G169 unclean.
  15 G5456 And the voice G3825 spoke to him again G1208 the second G3739 time, What G2316 God G2511 has cleansed, G2840 that call G2840 not you common.
  16 G5124 This G1096 was done G5151 thrice: G4632 and the vessel G353 was received G3825 up again G1519 into G3772 heaven.
  17 G1161 Now G5613 while G4074 Peter G1280 doubted G1438 in himself G5101 what G3588 this G3705 vision G3739 which G1492 he had seen G1498 should mean, G2400 behold, G435 the men G3588 which G649 were sent G2883 from Cornelius G1239 had made G1331 enquiry G4613 for Simon’s G3614 house, G2186 and stood G1909 before G4440 the gate,
  18 G5455 And called, G4441 and asked G1487 whether G4613 Simon, G3588 which G1941 was surnamed G4074 Peter, G3579 were lodged G1759 there.
  19 G4074 While Peter G1760 thought G4012 on G3705 the vision, G4151 the Spirit G2036 said G2400 to him, Behold, G5140 three G435 men G2212 seek you.
  20 G450 Arise G235 therefore, G2597 and get G2597 you down, G4198 and go G1252 with them, doubting G3367 nothing: G649 for I have sent them.
  21 G1161 Then G4074 Peter G2597 went G2597 down G435 to the men G3588 which G649 were sent G2883 to him from Cornelius; G2036 and said, G2400 Behold, G1510 I am G3739 he whom G2212 you seek: G5101 what G156 is the cause G1223 why G3739 G3918 you are come?
  22 G2036 And they said, G2883 Cornelius G1543 the centurion, G1342 a just G435 man, G5399 and one that fears G2316 God, G18 and of good G3140 report G5259 among G3650 all G1484 the nation G2453 of the Jews, G5537 was warned G40 from God by an holy G32 angel G3343 to send G1519 for you into G3624 his house, G191 and to hear G4487 words of you.
  23 G3767 Then G1528 called G3579 he them in, and lodged G1887 them. And on the morrow G4074 Peter G1831 went G1831 away G5100 with them, and certain G80 brothers G2445 from Joppa G4905 accompanied him.
  24 G1887 And the morrow G3326 after G1525 they entered G1519 into G2542 Caesarea. G2883 And Cornelius G4328 waited G4779 for them, and he had called G4779 together G4773 his kinsmen G316 and near G5384 friends.
  25 G4074 And as Peter G1525 was coming G2883 in, Cornelius G4876 met G4098 him, and fell G1909 down at G4228 his feet, G4352 and worshipped him.
  26 G4074 But Peter G1453 took G3004 him up, saying, G450 Stand G2504 up; I myself also G1510 am G444 a man.
  27 G4926 And as he talked G1525 with him, he went G2147 in, and found G4183 many G4905 that were come G4905 together.
  28 G5346 And he said G1987 to them, You know G5613 how G111 that it is an unlawful G435 thing for a man G2453 that is a Jew G2853 to keep G2853 company, G2228 or G4334 come G246 to one of another G246 nation; G2316 but God G1166 has showed G3004 me that I should not call G3367 any G444 man G2839 common G2228 or G169 unclean.
  29 G1352 Therefore G2064 came G369 I to you without G369 gainsaying, G3343 as soon as I was sent G4441 for: I ask G3767 therefore G5101 for what G3056 intent G3343 you have sent for me?
  30 G2883 And Cornelius G5346 said, G5067 Four G2250 days G575 ago G3522 I was fasting G3360 until G5026 this G5610 hour; G1766 and at the ninth G5610 hour G4336 I prayed G3624 in my house, G2400 and, behold, G435 a man G2476 stood G1799 before G2986 me in bright G2066 clothing,
  31 G5346 And said, G2883 Cornelius, G4335 your prayer G1522 is heard, G4675 and your G1654 alms G3415 are had in remembrance G1799 in the sight G2316 of God.
  32 G3992 Send G3767 therefore G2445 to Joppa, G3333 and call G3333 here G4613 Simon, G3739 whose G1941 surname G4074 is Peter; G3579 he is lodged G3614 in the house G4613 of one Simon G1038 a tanner G2281 by the sea G3844 side: G3739 who, G3854 when he comes, G2980 shall speak to you.
  33 G1824 Immediately G3767 therefore G3992 I sent G2573 to you; and you have well G4160 done G3854 that you are come. G3568 Now G3767 therefore G3956 are we all G3918 here G3918 present G1799 before G2316 God, G191 to hear G3956 all G4367 things that are commanded G2316 you of God.
