John 16:1-19

  16:1   3778 ταύτα These things 2980 λελάληκα I have spoken 1473 υμίν to you, 2443 ίνα that 3361 μη you should not 4624 σκανδαλισθήτε be caused to stumble.   16:2   656 αποσυναγώγους From out of the synagogue 4160 ποιήσουσιν they shall put 1473 υμάς you; 235 αλλ΄ and 2064 έρχεται there comes 5610 ώρα the hour 2443 ίνα that 3956 πας every one 3588 ο   615 αποκτείνας killing 1473 υμάς you 1380 δόξη think 2999 λατρείαν [²service 4374 προσφέρειν ¹he offers] 3588 τω   2316 θεώ to God.   16:3   2532 και And 3778 ταύτα these things 4160 ποιήσουσιν they shall do, 3754 ότι for 3756-1097 ουκ έγνωσαν they know not 3588 τον the 3962 πατέρα father, 3761 ουδέ nor 1473 εμέ me.   16:4   235 αλλά But 3778 ταύτα these things 2980 λελάληκα I have spoken 1473 υμίν to you, 2443 ίνα that 3752 όταν whenever 2064 έλθη [³should come 3588 η ¹the 5610 ώρα ²hour], 3421 μνημονεύητε you should remember 1473 αυτών them, 3754 ότι that 1473 εγώ I 2036 είπον spoke 1473 υμίν to you. 3778-1161 ταύτα δε But these things 1473 υμίν [³to you 1537 εξ ⁴at 746 αρχής ⁵the beginning 3756 ουκ ²not 2036 είπον ¹I said], 3754 ότι for 3326 μεθ΄ [²with 1473 υμών ³you 1510.7.1 ήμην ¹I was].   16:5   3568-1161 νυν δε But now 5217 υπάγω I go away 4314 προς to 3588 τον the one 3992 πέμψαντά having sent 1473 με me, 2532 και and 3762 ουδείς not one 1537 εξ of 1473 υμών you 2065 ερωτά asks 1473 με me, 4226 που Where 5217 υπάγεις do you go?   16:6   235 αλλ΄ But 3754 ότι because 3778 ταύτα these things 2980 λελάληκα I have spoken 1473 υμίν to you, 3588 η   3077 λύπη distress 4137 πεπλήρωκεν has filled 1473 υμών your 3588 την   2588 καρδίαν heart.   16:7   235 αλλ΄ But 1473 εγώ I 3588 την [³the 225 αλήθειαν ⁴truth 3004 λέγω ¹speak 1473 υμίν ²to you]; 4851 συμφέρει it is advantageous 1473 υμίν to you 2443 ίνα that 1473 εγώ I 565 απέλθω go forth. 1437-1063 εάν γαρ For if 1473 εγώ I 3361-565 μη απέλθω should not go forth, 3588 ο the 3875 παράκλητος comforter 3756 ουκ shall not 2064 ελεύσεται come 4314 προς to 1473 υμάς you; 1437-1161 εάν δε but if 4198 πορευθώ I go, 3992 πέμψω I will send 1473 αυτόν him 4314 προς to 1473 υμάς you.   16:8   2532 και And 2064 ελθών having come, 1565 εκείνος that one 1651 ελέγξει will reprove 3588 τον the 2889 κόσμον world 4012 περί concerning 266 αμαρτίας sin, 2532 και and 4012 περί concerning 1343 δικαιοσύνης righteousness, 2532 και and 4012 περί concerning 2920 κρίσεως judgment.   16:9   4012 περί Concerning 266 αμαρτίας sin 3303 μεν then, 3754 ότι that 3756-4100 ου πιστεύουσιν they believe not 1519 εις in 1473 εμέ me.   16:10   4012 περί [²concerning 1343 δικαιοσύνης ³righteousness 1161 δε ¹And], 3754 ότι that 4314 προς to 3588 τον   3962-1473 πατέρα μου my father 5217 υπάγω I go away, 2532 και and 3765 ουκέτι no longer 2334 θεωρείτέ you view 1473 με me.   16:11   4012-1161 περί δε And concerning 2920 κρίσεως judgment, 3754 ότι for 3588 ο the 758 άρχων ruler 3588 του   2889-3778 κόσμου τούτου of this world 2919 κέκριται has been judged.   16:12   2089 έτι Still 4183 πολλά many things 2192 έχω I have 3004 λέγειν to say 1473 υμίν to you, 235 αλλ΄ but 3756 ου you are not 1410 δύνασθε able 941 βαστάζειν to bear them 737 άρτι just now.   16:13   3752-1161 όταν δε But whenever 2064-1565 έλθη εκείνος that one should come, 3588 το the 4151 πνεύμα spirit 3588 την of the 225 αληθείας truth, 3594 οδηγήσει he will guide 1473 υμάς you 1519 εις into 3956 πάσαν all 3588 την the 225 αλήθειαν truth; 3756 ου [³not 1063 γαρ ¹for 2980 λαλήσει ²he shall] speak 575 αφ΄ from 1438 εαυτού himself; 235 αλλ΄ but 3745 όσα as much as 302 αν whatever 191 ακούση he should hear, 2980 λαλήσει he shall speak; 2532 και and 3588 τα the things 2064 ερχόμενα coming 312 αναγγελεί he shall announce 1473 υμίν to you.   16:14   1565 εκείνος That one 1473 εμέ [²me 1392 δοξάσει ¹will glorify]; 3754 ότι for 1537 εκ of 3588 του   1699 εμού mine 2983 λήψεται he shall take, 2532 και and 312 αναγγελεί shall announce 1473 υμίν to you.   16:15   3956 πάντα All 3745 όσα as much as 2192 έχει [³has 3588 ο ¹the 3962 πατήρ ²father] 1699-1510.2.3 εμά εστι is mine. 1223 διά On account of 3778 τούτο this 2036 είπον I said 3754 ότι that, 1537 εκ Of 3588 του   1699 εμού mine 2983 λαμβάνει he takes, 2532 και and 312 αναγγελεί shall announce 1473 υμίν to you.   16:16   3397 μικρόν A little while, 2532 και and 3756 ου you shall not 2334 θεωρείτέ view 1473 με me; 2532 και and 3825 πάλιν again 3397 μικρόν a little while 2532 και and 3708 όψεσθέ you shall see 1473 με me, 3754 ότι for 5217 υπάγω I go away 4314 προς to 3588 τον the 3962 πατέρα father.   16:17   2036 είπον Said 3767 ούν then 1537 εκ some of 3588 των   3101-1473 μαθητών αυτού his disciples 4314 προς to 240 αλλήλους one another, 5100 τι What 1510.2.3 εστι is 3778 τούτο this 3739 ο which 3004 λέγει he says 1473 ημίν to us, 3397 μικρόν A little while, 2532 και and 3756 ου you will not 2334 θεωρείτέ see 1473 με me; 2532 και and 3825 πάλιν again 3397 μικρόν a little while, 2532 και and 3708 όψεσθέ you shall see 1473 με me; 2532 και and, 3754 ότι For 1473 εγώ I 5217 υπάγω go away 4314 προς to 3588 τον the 3962 πατέρα father?   16:18   3004 έλεγον They said 3767 ούν then, 3778 τούτο [³this 5100 τι ¹What 1510.2.3 εστιν ²is] 3739 ο which 3004 λέγει he says, 3588 το the, 3397 μικρόν Little while? 3756-1492 ουκ οίδαμεν We do not know 5100 τι what 2980 λαλεί he speaks.   16:19   1097 έγνω [²knew 3767 ούν ³then 3588 ο   * Ιησούς ¹Jesus] 3754 ότι that 2309 ήθελον they wanted 1473-2065 αυτόν ερωτάν to ask him, 2532 και and 2036 είπεν he said 1473 αυτοίς to them, 4012 περί Concerning 3778 τούτου this 2212 ζητείτε do you seek 3326 μετ΄ with 240 αλλήλων one another, 3754 ότι that 2036 είπον I said, 3397 μικρόν A little while, 2532 και and 3756 ου you shall not 2334 θεωρείτέ view 1473 με me; 2532 και and 3825 πάλιν again 3397 μικρόν a little while, 2532 και and 3708 όψεσθέ you shall view 1473 με me?
