Exodus 2:11-22

  2:11   1096-1161 εγένετο δε And it came to pass 1722 εν in 3588 ταις   2250 ημέραις [³days 3588 ταις   4183 πολλαίς ²many 1565 εκείναις ¹those], 3173 μέγας [³older 1096 γενόμενος ²becoming * Μωυσής ¹Moses], 1831 εξήλθε he went forth 4314 προς to 3588 τους   80-1473 αδελφούς αυτού his brethren 3588 τους of the 5207 υιούς sons * Ισραήλ of Israel. 2657-1161 κατανοήσας δε And contemplating 3588 τον   4192-1473 πόνον αυτών their misery, 3708 ορά he saw 444-* άνθρωπον Αιγύπτιον an Egyptian man 5180 τύπτοντά beating 5100 τινα a certain * Εβραίον Hebrew 3588 των   1438 εαυτού of his own 80 αδελφών brethren 3588 των of the 5207 υιών sons * Ισραήλ of Israel.   2:12   4017-1161 περιβλεψάμενος δε And looking about 5602 ώδε here on this side 2532 και and 5602 ώδε here on that side 3756-3708 ουχ ορά he did not see 3762 ουδένα anyone. 2532 και And 3960 πατάξας striking 3588 τον the * Αιγύπτιον Egyptian, 2928 έκρυψεν he hid 1473 αυτόν him 1722 εν in 3588 τη the 285 άμμω sand.   2:13   1831-1161 εξελθών δε And coming forth 3588 τη the 2250 ημέρα [²day 3588 τη   1208 δευτέρα ¹second], 3708 ορά he saw 1417 δύο two 435 άνδρας men, * Εβραίους Hebrews 1277.1 διαπληκτιζομένους skirmishing. 2532 και And 3004 λέγει he says 3588 τω to the 91 αδικούντι one in the wrong, 1302 διατί Why 1473 συ do you 5180 τύπτεις beat 3588 τον   4139 πλησίον your neighbor?   2:14   3588 ο   1161 δε And 2036 είπε he said, 5100 τις Who 1473-2525 σε κατέστησεν placed you 758 άρχοντα magistrate 2532 και and 1348 δικαστήν judge 1909 εφ΄ over 1473 ημάς us? 3361 μη Is it that 337 ανελείν [³to do away with 1473 με ⁴me 1473 συ ¹you 2309 θέλεις ²want] 3739 ον in which 5158 τρόπον manner 337 ανείλες you did away 5504 χθες yesterday 3588 τον with the * Αιγύπτιον Egyptian? 5399 εφοβήθη [³feared 1161 δε ¹And * Μωυσής ²Moses], 2532 και and 2036 είπεν said, 1487 ει Surely 3779 ούτως thus 1717 εμφανές [³apparent 1096 γέγονε ²has become 3588 το   4487-3778 ρήμα τούτο ¹this thing].   2:15   191 ήκουσε [³heard about 1161 δε ¹And * Φαραώ ²Pharaoh] 3588 το   4487-3778 ρήμα τούτο this thing, 2532 και and 2212 εζήτει he sought 337 ανελείν to do away with * Μωυσήν Moses. 402 ανεχώρησε [³withdrew 1161 δε ¹But * Μωυσής ²Moses] 575 από from 4383 προσώπου the face * Φαραώ of Pharaoh, 2532 και and 2730 κατώκησεν he dwelt 1722 εν in 1093 γη the land * Μαδιάν of Midian. 2064-1161 ελθών δε And coming 1519 εις into 1093 γην the land * Μαδιάν of Midian, 2523 εκάθισεν he sat 1909 επί at 3588 του the 5421 φρέατος well.   2:16   3588-1161 τω δε And to the 2409 ιερεί priest * Μαδιάν of Midian 1510.7.6 ήσαν there were 2033 επτά seven 2364 θυγατέρες daughters 4165 ποιμαίνουσαι tending 3588 τα the 4263 πρόβατα sheep 3588 του   3962-1473 πατρός αυτών of their father * Ιοθώρ Jethro. 3854-1161 παραγενόμεναι δε And they came 501 ήντλουν to draw water 2193 έως until 4130 έπλησαν they filled 3588 τας the 1186.1 δεξαμένας troughs 4222 ποτίσαι to water 3588 τα the 4263 πρόβατα sheep 3588 του   3962-1473 πατρός αυτών of their father * Ιοθώρ Jethro.   2:17   3854-1161 παραγενόμενοι δε And coming, 3588 οι the 4166 ποιμένες shepherds 1544-1473 εξέβαλλον αυτάς cast them away. 450 αναστάς [³rose up 1161 δε ¹But * Μωυσής ²Moses] 4506 ερρύσατο to rescue 1473 αυτάς them, 2532 και and 501 ήντλησεν he drew water 1473 αυταίς for them, 2532 και and 4222 επότισε he watered 3588 τα   4263-1473 πρόβατα αυτών their sheep.   2:18   3854-1161 παρεγένοντο δε And they came 4314 προς to * Ραγουήλ Reuel 3588 τον   3962-1473 πατέρα αυτών their father. 3588 ο   1161 δε And 2036 είπεν he said 1473 αυταίς to them, 5100 τι Why 3754 ότι is it that 5035.1 εταχύνατε you hastened 3588 του   3854 παραγενέσθαι to come 4594 σήμερον today?   2:19   3588 αι   1161 δε And 2036 είπον they said, 444-* άνθρωπος Αιγύπτιος An Egyptian man 4506 ερρύσατο rescued 1473 ημάς us 575 από from 3588 των the 4166 ποιμένων shepherds, 2532 και and 501 ήντλησεν he drew water 1473 ημίν for us, 2532 και and 4222 επότισε he watered 3588 τα   4263-1473 πρόβατα ημών our sheep.   2:20   3588 ο   1161 δε And 2036 είπε he said 3588 ταις to 2364-1473 θυγατράσιν αυτού his daughters, 2532 και And 4226 που where 1510.2.3 εστι is he, 2532 και and 2444 ινατί why 3779 ούτως thus 2641 καταλελοίπατε have you left 3588 τον the 444 άνθρωπον man? 2564 καλέσατε You call 3767-1473 ουν αυτόν him indeed! 3704 όπως that 2068 φάγη he may eat 740 άρτον bread.   2:21   2733.1 κατωκίσθη [³settled 1161 δε ¹And * Μωυσής ²Moses] 3844 παρά by 3588 τω the 444 ανθρώπω man. 2532 και And 1554 εξέδοτο he handed over * Σεπφώραν Zipporah 3588 την   2364-1473 θυγατέρα αυτού his daughter * Μωυσή to Moses 1135 γυναίκα as wife.   2:22   1722 εν [³in 1064 γαστρί ⁴the womb 1161 δε ¹And 2983 λαβούσα ²conceiving], 3588 η the 1135 γυνή woman 5088 έτεκεν bore 5207 υιόν a son, 2532 και and 2028-* επωνόμασε Μωυσής Moses named 3588 το   3686-1473 όνομα αυτού his name * Γηρσάμ Gershom, 3004 λέγων saying 3754 ότι that, 3941-1510.2.1 πάροικός ειμι I am a sojourner 1722 εν in 1093 γη [²land 245 αλλοτρία ¹an alien]. 2089-1161 ετι δε And still again 4815 συλλαβούσα conceiving, 5088 έτεκεν she bore 5207 υιόν [²son 1208 δεύτερον ¹a second], 2532 και and 2564 εκάλεσε he called 3588 το   3686-1473 όνομα αυτού his name * Ελιέζερ Eliezer, 3004 λέγων saying 3754 ότι that, 2316 θεός the God 3588 του   3962-1473 πατρός μου of my father, 998-1473 βοηθός μου my helper, 2532 και also 4506 ερρύσατό rescued 1473 με me 1537 εκ from 5495 χειρός the hand * Φαραω of Pharaoh.
