Norwegian⁽ⁱ⁾ ²² Og næsten alt blir efter loven renset med blod, og uten blod blir utgydt, skjer ikke forlatelse. ²³ Det er altså nødvendig at avbilledene av de himmelske ting blir renset ved dette, men de himmelske ting selv ved bedre offer enn disse. ²⁴ For Kristus gikk ikke inn i en helligdom som var gjort med hender og bare var et billede av den sanne, men inn i selve himmelen, for nu å åpenbares for Guds åsyn for vår skyld, ²⁵ og heller ikke forat han flere ganger skulde ofre sig selv, således som ypperstepresten hvert år går inn i helligdommen med fremmed blod; ²⁶ ellers måtte han jo ha lidt flere ganger fra verden blev grunnlagt; men nu er han åpenbaret en gang ved tidenes ende for å bortta synden ved sitt offer. ²⁷ Og likesom det er menneskenes lodd en gang å dø, og derefter dom, ²⁸ således skal og Kristus, efter å være ofret en gang for å bortta manges synder, annen gang åpenbare sig, uten synd, til frelse for dem som venter på ham.

Ukrainian⁽ⁱ⁾ ²² І майже все за Законом кров'ю очищується, а без пролиття крови не має відпущення. ²³ Отож, треба було, щоб образи небесного очищалися цими, а небесне саме кращими від оцих жертвами. ²⁴ Бо Христос увійшов не в рукотворну святиню, що була на взір правдивої, але в саме небо, щоб з'явитись тепер перед Божим лицем за нас, ²⁵ і не тому, щоб часто приносити в жертву Себе, як первосвященик увіходить у святиню кожнорічно із кров'ю чужою, ²⁶ бо інакше Він мусів би часто страждати ще від закладин світу, а тепер Він з'явився один раз на схилку віків, щоб власною жертвою знищити гріх. ²⁷ І як людям призначено вмерти один раз, потім же суд, ²⁸ так і Христос один раз був у жертву принесений, щоб понести гріхи багатьох, і не в справі гріха другий раз з'явитися тим, хто чекає Його на спасіння.

UkrainianNT⁽ⁱ⁾ ²² А мало не все кровю очищаєть ся по закону, і без пролиття крови не буває оставлення (гріхів). ²³ Оце ж треба було, щоб образи небесного сим очищались, саме ж небесне луччими жертвами, ніж сї. ²⁴ Не в рукотворену бо сьвятиню ввійшов Христос, зроблену взором правдивої, а в саме небо, щоб нинї являтись лицю Божому за нас, ²⁵ анї щоб много раз приносити себе, яко ж архиєрей входить у святиню по всї роки з чужою кровю; ²⁶ (а то б треба було Йому много раз страдати від настання сьвіту) а нинї раз у концї віків явив ся на знївеченнє гріха жертвою своєю. ²⁷ І як призначено людям раз умерти, а потім суд, ²⁸ так і Христос, один раз принесений, щоб понести гріхи многих, удруге без гріха явить ся ждучим Його на спасенне.
