Jeremiah 22:1-9

  1 G3592 Thus G3004 says G2962 the lord, G4198 Go, G2532 and G2597 go down G1519 to G3588 the G3624 house G3588 of the G935 king G* of Judah! G2532 And G2980 you shall speak G1563 there G3588   G3056 this word. G3778  

  2 G2532 And G2046 you shall say, G191 Hear G3588 the G3056 word G2962 of the lord, G935 O king G* of Judah, G3588 O one G2521 sitting down G1909 upon G2362 the throne G* of David, G1473 you G2532 and G3588   G3816 your servants, G1473   G2532 and G3588   G2992 your people, G1473   G2532 and G3588 the ones G1531 entering G3588   G4439 by these gates! G3778  

  3 G3592 Thus G3004 says G2962 the lord, G4160 Execute G2917 equity G2532 and G1343 righteousness, G2532 and G1807 rescue G1283 the one being plundered G1537 from out of G5495 the hand G91 of the one wronging G1473 him! G2532 And G4339 the foreigner, G2532 and G3737 orphan, G2532 and G5503 widow, G3361 do not G2616 tyrannize! G2532 And G3361 do not G764 be impious! G2532 And G129 [⁴blood G121 ³innocent G3361 ¹you should not G1632 ²pour out] G1722 in G3588   G5117 this place. G3778  

  4 G1360 For G1437 if G4160 doing G4160 you should do G3588   G3056 this word, G3778   G2532 then G1525 [²shall enter G1722 ³in G3588 ⁴the G4439 ⁵gates G3588   G3624 ⁶of this house G3778   G935 ¹kings] G2521 sitting down G1909 upon G2362 the throne G* of David, G2532 and G1910 mounting G1909 upon G716 chariots, G2532 and G2462 horses, G1473 they G2532 and G3588   G3816 their children, G1473   G2532 and G3588   G2992 their people. G1473  

  5 G1437 But if G1161   G3361 you should not G4160 do G3588   G3056 these words, G3778   G2596 according to G1683 myself G3660 I swear by an oath, G3004 says G2962 the lord, G3754 that G1519 [³for G2050 ⁴desolation G1510.8.3 ²will be G3588   G3624 ¹this house]. G3778  

  6 G3754 For G3592 thus G3004 says G2962 the lord G2596 against G3588 the G3624 house G935 of the king G* of Judah. G* You are Gilead G1473   G1473 to me, G746 head G3588   G* of Lebanon. G1437 Should I G3361 not G5087 make G1473 you G2048 desolate, G4172 cities G3361 not G2730 being dwelt in?

  7 G2532 And G1863 I will bring G1909 upon G1473 you G3645 an annihilating G435 man, G2532 and G3588   G3990.1 his hewing axe. G1473   G2532 And G1581 they shall cut down G3588   G1588 [²chosen G2748 ³cedars G1473 ¹your], G2532 and G1685 shall put them G1519 into G3588 the G4442 fire.

  8 G2532 And G1330 [³shall go G1484 ²nations G4183 ¹many] G1223 through G3588   G4172 this city. G3778   G2532 And G2046 they shall say G1538 each G4314 to G3588   G4139 his neighbor, G1473   G1302 Why G4160 did the lord do G2962   G3779 thus G3588 to G4172 [³city G3778 ¹this G3588   G3173 ²great]?

  9 G2532 And G2046 they shall say, G446.2 Because G1459 they abandoned G3588 the G1242 covenant G2962 of the lord G3588   G2316 their God, G1473   G2532 and G4352 did obeisance to G2316 strange gods, G245   G2532 and G1398 they served G1473 to them.
