Mark 5:1-20

  5:1   2532 και And 2064 ήλθον they came 1519 εις unto 3588 το the 4008 πέραν other side 3588 της of the 2281 θαλάσσης sea, 1519 εις into 3588 την the 5561 χώραν place 3588 των of the * Γαδαρηνών Gadarenes.   5:2   2532 και And 1831-1473 εξελθόντι αυτώ on his having come forth 1537 εκ from out of 3588 του the 4143 πλοίου boat, 2112 ευθέως immediately 528 απήντησεν there met 1473 αυτώ him 1537 εκ from out of 3588 των the 3419 μνημείων tombs 444 άνθρωπος a man 1722 εν with 4151 πνεύματι [²spirit 169 ακαθάρτω ¹an unclean],   5:3   3739 ος who 3588 την   2731 κατοίκησιν [²his dwelling 2192 είχεν ¹had] 1722 εν in 3588 τοις the 3419 μνημείοις tombs; 2532 και and 3777 ούτε neither 254 αλύσεσιν with chains 3762 ουδείς no one 1410 ηδύνατο was able 1473-1210 αυτόν δήσαι to bind him;   5:4   1223-3588 διά το for the reason 1473 αυτόν he 4178 πολλάκις often 3976 πέδαις with shackles 2532 και and 254 αλύσεσι chains 1210 δεδέσθαι had been bound, 2532 και and 1288 διεσπάσθαι [³had been pulled apart 5259 υπ΄ ⁴by 1473 αυτού ⁵him 3588 τας ¹the 254 αλύσεις ²chains], 2532 και and 3588 τας the 3976 πέδας shackles 4937 συντετρίφθαι had been broken, 2532 και and 3762 ουδείς no one 1473 αυτόν [³him 2480 ίσχυε ¹was strong enough 1150 δαμάσαι ²to tame].   5:5   2532 και And 1275 διαπαντός always, 3571 νυκτός night 2532 και and 2250 ημέρας day, 1722 εν in 3588 τοις the 3735 όρεσι mountains, 2532 και and 1722 εν in 3588 τοις the 3418 μνήμασιν tombs, 1510.7.3 ην he was 2896 κράζων crying out, 2532 και and 2629 κατακόπτων cutting 1438 εαυτόν himself 3037 λίθοις with stones.   5:6   1492-1161 ιδών δε And beholding 3588 τον   * Ιησούν Jesus 575 από from 3113 μακρόθεν far off, 5143 έδραμε he ran 2532 και and 4352 προσεκύνησεν did obeisance to 1473 αυτώ him.   5:7   2532 και And 2896 κράξας having cried out 5456 φωνή [²voice 3173 μεγάλη ¹with a great] 2036 είπε he said, 5100 τι What is it 1473 εμοί to me 2532 και and 1473 σοι to you, * Ιησού Jesus, 5207 υιέ O son 3588 του of the 2316 θεού [²God 3588 του   5310 υψίστου ¹highest]? 3726 ορκίζω I adjure 1473 σε you 3588 τον   2316 θεόν by God 3361 μη that you should not 1473-928 με βασανίσης torment me.   5:8   3004-1063 έλεγε γαρ For he said 1473 αυτώ to him, 1831 έξελθε Come forth, 3588 το O 4151 πνεύμα [²spirit 3588 το   169 ακάθαρτον ¹unclean] 1537 εκ from out of 3588 του the 444 ανθρώπου man!   5:9   2532 και And 1905 επηρώτα he asked 1473 αυτόν him, 5100 τι What 1473 σοι is your 3686 όνομα name? 2532 και And 611 απεκρίθη he answered, 3004 λέγων saying, 3003 λεγεών Legion 3686-1473 όνομά μοι is my name, 3754 ότι for 4183-1510.2.4 πολλοί εσμεν we are many.   5:10   2532 και And 3870 παρεκάλει he appealed to 1473 αυτόν him 4183 πολλά much, 2443 ίνα that 3361 μη [²not 1473 αυτούς ⁴them 649 αποστείλη ¹he should ³send] 1854 έξω outside 3588 της the 5561 χώρας place.   5:11   1510.7.3-1161 ην δε And was 1563 εκεί there 4314 προς by 3588 τα the 3735 όρη mountains 34 αγέλη [²herd 5519 χοίρων ³of swine 3173 μεγάλη ¹a great] 1006 βοσκομένη grazing.   5:12   2532 και And 3870 παρεκάλεσαν [⁴appealed to 1473 αυτόν ⁵him 3956 πάντες ¹all 3588 οι ²the 1142 δαίμονες ³demons], 3004 λέγοντες saying, 3992-1473 πέμψον ημάς Send us forth 1519 εις into 3588 τους the 5519 χοίρους swine! 2443 ίνα that 1519 εις into 1473 αυτούς them 1525 εισέλθωμεν we should enter.   5:13   2532 και And 2010 επέτρεψεν [²committed 1473 αυτοίς ³them 2112 ευθέως ⁴immediately 3588 ο   * Ιησούς ¹Jesus]. 2532 και And 1831 εξελθόντα having come forth, 3588 τα the 4151 πνεύματα [²spirits 3588 τα   169 ακάθαρτα ¹unclean] 1525 εισήλθον entered 1519 εις into 3588 τους the 5519 χοίρους swine. 2532 και And 3729 ώρμησεν [³advanced 3588 η ¹the 34 αγέλη ²herd] 2596 κατά down 3588 του the 2911 κρημνού precipice 1519 εις into 3588 την the 2281 θάλασσαν sea, 1510.7.6-1161 ήσαν δε (and there were 5613 ως about 1367 δισχίλιοι two thousand;) 2532 και and 4155 επνίγοντο they drowned 1722 εν in 3588 τη the 2281 θαλάσση sea.   5:14   3588-1161 οι δε And the ones 1006 βόσκοντες grazing 3588 τους the 5519 χοίρους swine 5343 έφυγον fled, 2532 και and 312 ανήγγειλαν they announced 1519 εις in 3588 την the 4172 πόλιν city, 2532 και and 1519 εις in 3588 τους the 68 αγρούς fields. 2532 και And 1831 εξήλθον they came forth 1492 ιδείν to behold 5100 τι what 1510.2.3 εστι it is -- 3588 το the thing 1096 γεγονός taking place.   5:15   2532 και And 2064 έρχονται they came 4314 προς to 3588 τον   * Ιησούν Jesus; 2532 και and 2334 θεωρούσι viewing 3588 τον the 1139 δαιμονιζόμενον demon-possessed 2521 καθήμενον sitting down 2532 και and 2439 ιματισμένον being dressed 2532 και and 4993 σωφρονούντα being of a sound mind, 3588 τον the one 2192 εσχηκότα having 3588 τον the 3003 λεγεώνα legion; 2532 και that 5399 εφοβήθησαν they feared.   5:16   2532 και And 1334 διηγήσαντο [³described 1473 αυτοίς ⁴to them 3588 οι ¹the ones 1492 ιδόντες ²beholding] 4459 πως how 1096 εγένετο it happened 3588 τω to the one 1139 δαιμονιζομένω being demon-possessed, 2532 και and 4012 περί concerning 3588 των the 5519 χοίρων swine.   5:17   2532 και And 756 ήρξαντο they began 3870 παρακαλείν to appeal to 1473 αυτόν him 565 απελθείν to go forth 575 από from 3588 των   3725-1473 ορίων αυτών their borders.   5:18   2532 και And 1684-1473 εμβάντος αυτού of his stepping 1519 εις into 3588 το the 4143 πλοίον boat, 3870 παρεκάλει [³appealed to 1473 αυτόν ⁴him 3588 ο ¹the one 1139 δαιμονισθείς ²having been demon-possessed] 2443 ίνα that 1510.3 η he might be 3326 μετ΄ with 1473 αυτού him.   5:19   3588-1161 ο δε But * Ιησούς Jesus 3756 ουκ would not 863 αφήκεν allow 1473 αυτόν him, 235 αλλά but 3004 λέγει says 1473 αυτώ to him, 5217 ύπαγε Go 1519 εις unto 3588 τον   3624-1473 οίκόν σου your house 4314 προς to 3588-4674 τους σους your own, 2532 και and 312 ανάγγειλον announce 1473 αυτοίς to them 3745 όσα as much as 1473 σοι [⁴to you 3588 ο ¹the 2962 κύριος ²Lord 4160 εποίησεν ³did], 2532 και and 1653 ηλέησέ showed mercy 1473 σε on you!   5:20   2532 και And 565 απήλθε he went forth 2532 και and 756 ήρξατο began 2784 κηρύσσειν to proclaim 1722 εν in 3588 τη the * δεκαπόλει Decapolis 3745 όσα as much as 4160 εποίησεν [²did 1473 αυτώ ³for him 3588 ο   * Ιησούς ¹Jesus]; 2532 και and 3956 πάντες all 2296 εθαύμαζον marveled.
