John 3:1-21

  3:1   1510.7.3-1161 ην δε And there was 444 άνθρωπος a man 1537 εκ of 3588 των the * Φαρισαίων Pharisees, * Νικόδημος Nicodemus 3686 όνομα was the name 1473 αυτώ to him, 758 άρχων a ruler 3588 των of the * Ιουδαίων Jews.   3:2   3778 ούτος This one 2064 ήλθεν came 4314 προς to 3588 τον   * Ιησούν Jesus 3571 νυκτός by night, 2532 και and 2036 είπεν said 1473 αυτώ to him, 4461 ραββί Rabbi, 1492 οίδαμεν we know 3754 ότι that 575 από from 2316 θεού God 2064 ελήλυθας you have come 1320 διδάσκαλος as a teacher; 3762-1063 ουδείς γαρ for no one 3778 ταύτα [³these 3588 τα   4592 σημεία ⁴signs 1410 δύναται ¹is able 4160 ποιείν ²to do] 3739 α which 1473 συ you 4160 ποιείς do, 1437-3361 εάν μη unless 1510.3-3588-2316 η ο θεός God should be 3326 μετ΄ with 1473 αυτού him.   3:3   611-3588-* απεκρίθη ο Ιησούς Jesus responded 2532 και and 2036 είπεν said 1473 αυτώ to him, 281 αμήν Amen, 281 αμήν amen, 3004 λέγω I say 1473 σοι to you, 1437-3361 εάν μη Unless 5100 τις one 1080 γεννηθή should be born 509 άνωθεν from above, 3756-1410 ου δύναται he is not able 1492 ιδείν to behold 3588 την the 932 βασιλείαν kingdom 3588 του   2316 θεού of God.   3:4   3004 λέγει [²says 4314 προς ³to 1473 αυτόν ⁴him 3588 ο   * Νικόδημος ¹Nicodemus], 4459 πως How 1410 δύναται is [²able 444 άνθρωπος ¹a man] 1080 γεννηθήναι to be born 1088-1510.6 γέρων ων being aged? 3361-1410 μη δύναται Is he able 1519 εις [²into 3588 την ³the 2836 κοιλίαν ⁴belly 3588 της   3384-1473 μητρός αυτού ⁵of his mother 1208 δεύτερον ⁶a second time 1525 εισελθείν ¹to enter], 2532 και and 1080 γεννηθήναι be born?   3:5   611-3588-* απεκρίθη ο Ιησούς Jesus answered, 281 αμήν Amen, 281 αμήν amen, 3004 λέγω I say 1473 σοι to you, 1437-3361 εάν μη Unless 5100 τις one 1080 γεννηθή should be born 1537 εξ of 5204 ύδατος water 2532 και and 4151 πνεύματος spirit, 3756-1410 ου δύναται he is not able 1525 εισελθείν to enter 1519 εις into 3588 την the 932 βασιλείαν kingdom 3588 του   2316 θεού of God.   3:6   3588 το The one 1080 γεγεννημένον being born 1537 εκ of 3588 της the 4561 σαρκός flesh 4561-1510.2.3 σαρξ εστι is flesh; 2532 και and 3588 το the one 1080 γεγεννημένον being born 1537 εκ of 3588 του the 4151 πνεύματος spirit 4151-1510.2.3 πνεύμά εστι is spirit.   3:7   3361-2296 μη θαυμάσης You should not wonder 3754 ότι that 2036 είπόν I said 1473 σοι to you, 1163 δει It is necessary 1473 υμάς for you 1080 γεννηθήναι to be born 509 άνωθεν from above.   3:8   3588 το The 4151 πνεύμα wind 3699 όπου [²where 2309 θέλει ³it wants 4154 πνεί ¹blows], 2532 και and 3588 την   5456-1473 φωνήν αυτού its sound 191 ακούεις you hear, 235 αλλ΄ but 3756-1492 ουκ οίδας you know not 4159 πόθεν from what place 2064 έρχεται it comes, 2532 και and 4226 που where 5217 υπάγει it goes; 3779 ούτως so 1510.2.3 εστί is 3956 πας every one 3588 ο   1080 γεγεννημένος being born 1537 εκ of 3588 του the 4151 πνεύματος spirit.   3:9   611-* απεκρίθη Νικόδημος Nicodemus answered 2532 και and 2036 είπεν said 1473 αυτώ to him, 4459 πως How 1410 δύναται is it possible 3778 ταύτα for these things 1096 γενέσθαι to be?   3:10   611-* απεκρίθη Ιησούς Jesus answered 2532 και and 2036 είπεν said 1473 αυτώ to him, 1473 συ You 1510.2.2 ει are 3588 ο the 1320 διδάσκαλος teacher 3588 του   * Ισραήλ of Israel, 2532 και and 3778 ταύτα these things 3756-1097 ου γινώσκεις you know not?   3:11   281 αμήν Amen, 281 αμήν amen, 3004 λέγω I say 1473 σοι to you 3754 ότι that, 3739 ο What 1492 οίδαμεν we know 2980 λαλούμεν we speak, 2532 και and 3739 ο what 3708 εωράκαμεν we have seen 3140 μαρτυρούμεν we witness; 2532 και and 3588 την   3141-1473 μαρτυρίαν ημών our witness 3756-2983 ου λαμβάνετε you do not receive.   3:12   1487 ει If 3588 τα the 1919 επίγεια earthly things 2036 είπον I told 1473 υμίν to you, 2532 και and 3756 ου you do not 4100 πιστεύετε believe, 4459 πως how then 1437 εάν if 2036 είπω I should speak 1473 υμίν to you 3588 τα the 2032 επουράνια heavenly things, 4100 πιστεύσετε will you believe?   3:13   2532 και And 3762 ουδείς no one 305 αναβέβηκεν has ascended 1519 εις into 3588 τον the 3772 ουρανόν heaven, 1508 ει μη except 3588 ο the one 1537 εκ from out of 3588 του the 3772 ουρανού heaven 2597 καταβάς descending -- 3588 ο the 5207 υιός son 3588 του   444 ανθρώπου of man, 3588 ο the one 1510.6 ων being 1722 εν in 3588 τω the 3772 ουρανώ heaven.   3:14   2532 και And 2531 καθώς as * Μωσής Moses 5312 ύψωσε raised up high 3588 τον the 3789 όφιν serpent 1722 εν in 3588 τη the 2048 ερήμω wilderness, 3779 ούτως so 5312 υψωθήναι [⁵to be raised up high 1163 δει ¹is it necessary 3588 τον ²for the 5207 υιόν ³son 3588 του   444 ανθρώπου ⁴of man];   3:15   2443 ίνα that 3956 πας every one 3588 ο   4100 πιστεύων believing 1519 εις in 1473 αυτόν him 3361 μη should not 622 απόληται perish, 235 αλλ΄ but 2192 έχη have 2222 ζωήν [²life 166 αιώνιον ¹eternal].   3:16   3779-1063 ούτω γαρ For thus 25-3588-2316 ηγάπησεν ο θεός God loved 3588 τον the 2889 κόσμον world, 5620 ώστε so that 3588 τον   5207 υιόν [⁴son 1473 αυτού ²his 3588 τον   3439 μονογενή ³only born 1325 έδωκεν ¹he gave], 2443 ίνα that 3956 πας every one 3588 ο   4100 πιστεύων trusting 1519 εις in 1473 αυτόν him, 3361 μη should not 622 απόληται perish, 235 αλλ΄ but 2192 έχη should have 2222 ζωήν [²life 166 αιώνιον ¹eternal].   3:17   3756 ου [³did not 1063 γαρ ¹For 649 απέστειλεν ⁴send 3588 ο   2316 θεός ²God] 3588 τον   5207-1473 υιόν αυτού his son 1519 εις into 3588 τον the 2889 κόσμον world 2443 ίνα that 2919 κρίνη he should judge 3588 τον the 2889 κόσμον world, 235 αλλ΄ but 2443 ίνα that 4982 σωθή [³should be delivered 3588 ο ¹the 2889 κόσμος ²world] 1223 δι΄ by 1473 αυτού him.   3:18   3588 ο The one 4100 πιστεύων trusting 1519 εις in 1473 αυτόν him 3756 ου is not 2919 κρίνεται judged; 3588-1161 ο δε but the one 3361 μη not 4100 πιστεύων trusting 2235 ήδη already 2919 κέκριται has been judged, 3754 ότι for 3361-4100 μη πεπίστευκεν he trusts not 1519 εις in 3588 το the 3686 όνομα name 3588 του of the 3439 μονογενούς only born 5207 υιού son 3588 του   2316 θεού of God.   3:19   3778-1161 αύτη δε And this 1510.2.3 εστιν is 3588 η the 2920 κρίσις judgment -- 3754 ότι that 3588 το the 5457 φως light 2064 ελήλυθεν has come 1519 εις into 3588 τον the 2889 κόσμον world, 2532 και and 25 ηγάπησαν [²loved 3588 οι   444 άνθρωποι ¹men] 3123 μάλλον more 3588 το the 4655 σκότος darkness 2228 η than 3588 το the 5457 φως light; 1510.7.3 ην [⁴were 1063 γαρ ¹for 4190 πονηρά ⁵evil 1473 αυτών ²their 3588 τα   2041 έργα ³works].   3:20   3956-1063 πας γαρ For every one 3588 ο   5337 φαύλα [²heedlessly 4238 πράσσων ¹acting] 3404 μισεί detests 3588 το the 5457 φως light, 2532 και and 3756 ουκ does not 2064 έρχεται come 4314 προς to 3588 το the 5457 φως light, 2443 ίνα that 3361 μη [²should not 1651 ελεγχθή ³be reproved 3588 τα   2041-1473 έργα αυτού ¹his works].   3:21   3588-1161 ο δε But the one 4160 ποιών observing 3588 την the 225 αλήθειαν truth 2064 έρχεται comes 4314 προς to 3588 το the 5457 φως light, 2443 ίνα that 5319 φανερωθή [³should be made manifest 1473 αυτού ¹his 3588 τα   2041 έργα ²works], 3754 ότι that 1722 εν in 2316 θεώ God 1510.2.3 εστιν they are 2038 ειργασμένα working.
