  5:1   2532 και And 3326 μετά after 3778 ταύτα these things 1525 εισήλθε [⁴entered * Μωυσής ¹Moses 2532 και ²and * Ααρών ³Aaron] 4314 προς to * Φαραώ Pharaoh, 2532 και and 2036 είπαν they said 1473 αυτώ to him, 3592 τάδε Thus 3004 λέγει says 2962 κύριος the lord 3588 ο   2316 θεός God * Ισραήλ of Israel. 1821 εξαπόστειλον Send forth 3588 τον   2992-1473 λαόν μου my people! 2443 ίνα that 1473-1858 μοι εορτάσωσιν they may solemnize a holiday to me 1722 εν in 3588 τη the 2048 ερήμω wilderness.   5:2   2532 και And 2036-* είπε Φαραώ Pharaoh said, 5100 τις Who 1510.2.3 εστίν is he, 3739 ου of whom 1522 εισακούσομαι I will listen to 3588 της   5456-1473 φωνής αυτού his voice 5620 ώστε so as 1821 εξαποστείλαι to send out 3588 τους the 5207 υιούς sons * Ισραήλ of Israel? 565 απέλθετε Go forth 1538 έκαστος each 1473 υμών of you 4314 προς to 3588 τα   2041-1473 έργα αυτού his works!   5:5   2532 και And 2036-* είπε Φαραώ Pharaoh said, 2400 ιδού Behold, 3568 νυν now 4181.4 πολυπλήθει [⁵are numerous 3588 ο ¹The 2992 λαός ²people 3588 της ³of the 1093 γης ⁴land]; 3361 μη [²not 3767 ουν ³then 2664 καταπαύσωμεν ¹I shall] rest 1473 αυτούς them 575 από from 3588 των the 2041 έργων works.   5:6   4929 συνέταξε [³gave orders 1161 δε ¹And * Φαραώ ²Pharaoh] 3588 τοις to the 2040.2 εργοδιώκταις foremen 3588 του of the 2992 λαού people, 2532 και and 3588 τοις to the 1122 γραμματεύσι scribes, 3004 λέγων saying,   5:7   3765 ουκέτι No longer 4369 προστεθήσεσθε will it be added 1325 διδόναι to give 892 άχυρον straw 3588 τω to the 2992 λαώ people 1519 εις for 3588 την the 4141.5 πλινθουργίαν brickmaking, 2509 καθάπερ as 5504 εχθές yesterday 2532 και and 5154 τρίτην the third 2250 ημέραν day before. 1473 αυτοί Let them 4198 πορευέσθωσαν go 2532 και and 4863 συναγαγέτωσαν bring together 1438 εαυτοίς for themselves 3588 τα the 892 άχυρα straw!   5:8   2532 και And 3588 την the 4928.3 σύνταξιν rate 3588 της of the 4141.5 πλινθουργίας making of bricks 3739 ης which 1473 αυτοί they 4160 ποιούσι produce 2596-1538 καθ΄ εκάστην each 2250 ημέραν day, 1911 επιβαλείτε you shall put it upon 1473 αυτοίς them. 3756-851 ουκ αφελείς You shall not remove 3762 ουδέν any 575 απ΄ of 1473 αυτών them, 4980-1063 σχολάζουσι γαρ for they are idle. 1223 διά On account of 3778 τούτο this 2896 κεκράγασι they cry out, 3004 λέγοντες saying, 4198 πορευθώμεν We should go 2532 και and 2380 θύσωμεν sacrifice 3588 τω to 2316-1473 θεώ ημών our God.   5:9   925 βαρυνέσθω Let [⁴be oppressive 3588 τα ¹the 2041 έργα ²works 3588 των   444-3778 ανθρώπων τούτων ³of these men], 2532 και and 3309 μεριμνάτωσαν let [²be anxious 3778 ταύτα ¹these men], 2532 και and 3361 μη not 3309 μεριμνάτωσαν anxious 1722 εν in 3056 λόγοις [²words 2756 κενοίς ¹empty]!   5:10   2686.4-1161 κατέσπευδον δε And hastened 1473 αυτούς of them 3588 οι the 2040.2 εργοδιώκται foremen, 2532 και and 3588 οι the 1122 γραμματείς scribes 3588 του of the 2992 λαού people. 2532 και And 3004 έλεγον they said 4314 προς to 3588 τον the 2992 λαόν people, 3004 λέγοντες saying, 3592 τάδε Thus 3004 λέγει says * Φαραώ Pharaoh, 3765 ουκέτι No longer 1325 δίδωμι do I give 1473 υμίν to you 892 άχυρα straw.   5:11   1473-1473 αυτοί υμείς You yourselves 4198 πορευόμενοι in going, 4816 συλλέγετε collect together 1438 εαυτοίς for yourselves 892 άχυρα straw! 3606 όθεν from where 1437 εάν ever 2147 εύρητε you should find. 3756-1063 ου γαρ For nothing 851 αφαιρείται is removed 575 από from 3588 της   4928.3-1473 συντάξεως υμών your rate, 3762 ουθέν not one thing.   5:12   2532 και And 1289 διεσπάρη he dispersed 3588 ο the 2992 λαός people 1722 εν in 3650 όλη the entire 1093 γη land * Αιγύπτου of Egypt 4863 συναγαγείν to gather together 2562 καλάμην stubble 1519 εις for 892 άχυρα straw.   5:13   3588-1161 οι δε But the 2040.2 εργοδιώκται foremen 2686.4 κατέσπευδον hastened 1473 αυτούς them, 3004 λέγοντες saying, 4931 συντελείτε You complete 3588 τα the 2041 έργα works, 3588 τα the ones 2520 καθήκοντα fit 2596 καθ΄ according to the 2250 ημέραν day, 2509 καθάπερ just as 2532 και also 3753 ότε when 3588 το the 892 άχυρον straw 1325 εδίδοτο was given 1473 υμίν to you.   5:14   2532 και And 3146 εμαστιγώθησαν they were whipped -- 3588 οι the 1122 γραμματείς scribes 3588 του of the 1085 γένους race 3588 των of the 5207 υιών sons * Ισραήλ of Israel, 3588 οι the ones 2525 κατασταθέντες being placed 1909 επ΄ over 1473 αυτούς them 5259 υπό by 3588 των the 1988 επιστατών supervisors 3588 του   * Φαραώ of Pharaoh, 3004 λέγοντες and saying, 1302 διατί Why 3756 ου did you not 4931 συνετελέσατε complete 3588 τας   4928.3-1473 συντάξεις υμών your rate 3588 της of the 4141.1 πληνθείας making of bricks 2509 καθάπερ as 2532 και also 5504 εχθές yesterday 2532 και and 5154 τρίτην the third 2250 ημέραν day before 2532 και and 3588 το   3588 της   4594 σήμερον today?   5:15   1525-1161 εισελθόντες δε And entering, 3588 οι the 1122 γραμματείς scribes 3588 των of the 5207 υιών sons * Ισραήλ of Israel 2601.3 κατεβόησαν yelled out 4314 προς to * Φαραώ Pharaoh, 3004 λέγοντες saying, 2444 ινατί Why 1473 συ do you 3779 ούτως thus 4160 ποιείς do 3588 τοις   4674 σοις to your 3610 οικέταις servants?   5:16   892 άχυρον Straw 3756 ου has not 1325 δίδοται been given 3588 τοις to 3610-1473 οικέταις σου your servants, 2532 και and 3588 την   4141.4 πλίνθον [³brick 1473-3004 ημίν λέγουσι ¹they tell us 4160 ποιείν ²to make]. 2532 και And 2400 ιδού behold, 3588 οι   3816-1473 παίδές σου your servants 3146 μεμαστίγωνται have been whipped. 91 αδικήσεις Shall you wrong 3767 ουν therefore 3588 τον   2992-1473 λαόν σου your people?   5:17   2532 και And 2036 είπεν he said 1473 αυτοίς to them, 4980 σχολάζετε You are idle, 4980.1-1510.2.5 σχολασταί εστέ you are idlers. 1223 διά Because of 3778 τούτο this 3004 λέγετε you say, 4198 πορευθωμεν We should go, 2380 θύσωμεν we should sacrifice 3588 τω to the 2316 κυρίω lord.   5:18   3568 νυν Now 3767 ουν then, 4198 πορευθέντες in going, 2038 εργάζεσθε work! 3588-1063 το γαρ For the 892 άχυρον straw 1473 υμίν [²to you 3756-1325 ου δοθήσεται ¹shall not be given], 2532 και and 3588 την the 4928.3 σύνταξιν rate 3588 της for the 4141.1 πλινθείας making of bricks 591 αποδώσετε you shall render.   5:19   3708 εώρων [⁷seeing 1161 δε ¹And 3588 οι ²the 1122 γραμματείς ³scribes 3588 των ⁴of the 5207 υιών ⁵sons * Ισραήλ ⁶of Israel] 1438 εαυτούς themselves 1722 εν in 2556 κακοίς bad ways, 3004 λέγοντες in the saying, 3756-620 ουκ απολείψετε You shall not leave off 575 από from 3588 της the 4141.1 πλινθείας making of bricks 3588 το   2520 καθήκον fit 3588 τη for the 2250 ημέρα day,   5:20   4876-1161 συνήντησαν δε that they met * Μωυσή Moses 2532 και and * Ααρών Aaron 2064 ερχομένοις coming 1519 εις to 4877 συνάντησιν meet with 1473 αυτοίς them 1607-1473 εκπορευομένων αυτών in their going forth 575 από from * Φαραώ Pharaoh.   5:21   2532 και And 2036 είπον they said 1473 αυτοίς to them, 1929 επίδοι [²give ⁴over 3588 ο   2316 θεός ¹God 1473 υμάς ³you] 2532 και and 2919 κρίναι judge, 3754 ότι for 948 εβδελύξατε you caused [²to be abhorred 3588 την   3744-1473 οσμήν ημών ¹our scent] 1726 εναντίον before * Φαραώ Pharaoh, 2532 και and 1726 εναντίον before 3588 των   2324-1473 θεραπόντων αυτού his attendants, 1325 δούναι to put 4501 ρομφαίαν a broadsword 1519 εις into 3588 τας   5495-1473 χείρας αυτού his hands 3588 του   615 αποκτείναι to kill 1473 ημάς us.   5:22   1994 επέστρεψε [³turned 1161 δε ¹And * Μωυσής ²Moses] 4314 προς to 2962 κύριον the lord, 2532 και and 2036 είπε said, 2962 κύριε O lord, 1223 διά for 5100 τι why did 2559 εκάκωσας you inflict evil on 3588 τον   2992-3778 λαόν τούτον this people? 2532 και And 2444 ινατί why 649 απέσταλκάς have you sent 1473 με me?   5:23   2532 και And 575-3739 αφ΄ ου when 1531 εισπεπόρευμαι I went 4314 προς to * Φαραώ Pharaoh 2980 λαλήσαι to speak 1909 επί in 3588 τω the 4674 σω [²being to you 3686 ονόματι ¹name], 2559 εκάκωσε he inflicted evil on 3588 τον   2992-3778 λαόν τούτον this people, 2532 και and 3756-4506 ουκ ερρύσω you did not rescue 3588 τον   2992-1473 λαόν σου your people.
