3 Deus enim ostendet splendorem suum in te, omni qui sub cælo est.
4 Nominabitur enim tibi nomen tuum a Deo in sempiternum: pax justitiæ, et honor pietatis.

1 Jerusalem, vnclothe thee of the stoole of thi mourenyng, and trauelyng; and clothe thou thee in the fairnesse, and onour of it, which is of God to thee in euerlastynge glorie.
2 God of ryytfulnesse schal cumpasse thee with a double cloth, and schal sette on thin heed a mytre of euerlastynge onour.
3 For God schal schewe his briytnesse in thee, which is vndur heuene.
4 For thi name schal be namyd of God to thee with outen ende, The pees of riytfulnesse, and the onour of pitee.
5 Jerusalem, rise vp, and stonde in an hiy place, and biholde aboute to the eest; and se thi sones gaderid togidere fro the sunne risynge til to the west in the word of the hooli, that maken ioie in the mynde of God.

7 For God hath ordeyned to make low ech hiy hil, and euerlastynge rochis of stoon, and gret valeis, to fille the uneuenesse of erthe; that Israel go diligentli in to the onour of God.
8 Forsothe wodis and ech tree of swetnesse schadewiden Israel, bi the comaundement of God.
9 For God schal brynge Israel with mirthe in the liyt of his maieste, with merci and riytfulnesse, which is of hym.

1 Pvt off thy mourning clothes, O Ierusalem, and thine affliction, and decke thee with the worship and honour, that commeth vnto thee from God, for euermore.
2 Put on the garment of righteousnesse, that commeth from God, and set a crowne vpon thine head of the glorie of the Euerlasting.
3 For God will declare thy brightnes to euery countrey vnder the heauen.
4 And God will name thee by this name foreuer, The peace of righteousnesse, and the glory of the worship of God.
5 Arise, O Ierusalem, and stand vp on hie, and looke about thee towarde the East, and beholde thy children gathered from the East vnto the West by the worde of the holy one, reioycing in the remembrance of God.

1 Put of thy mourning clothes O Hierusalem and thy sorow, & decke thee with the worship & honour that commeth vnto thee from God with euerlasting glorie.
2 God shal put the garment of righteousnesse vpon thee, & set a crowne of euerlasting worship vpon thyne head:
3 For vpon thee will God declare his brightnesse, that is vnder the heauen.
4 Yea an euerlasting name shall be geuen thee of God, with peace of righteousnesse, and the honour of gods feare.
5 Arise O Hierusalem, stande vp on hye, loke about thee towarde the east, and beholde thy children gathered from the east vnto the west, whiche reioyce in the holy worde, hauing God in remembraunce.
6 They departed from thee on foote, and were led away of their enemies: but now shall the Lorde bring them caryed with honour, as chyldren of the kingdome.
7 For God is purposed to bring downe al stout mountaynes, yea & all hie rockes, to fill the valleys, and so to make them euen with the ground, that Israel may be diligent to liue vnto the honour of God.
8 The woods & all pleasaunt trees, shall ouershadowe Israel at the commaundement of God.
9 For hyther shal God bring Israel with ioyfull mirth, and in the light of his maiestie, with the mercie and righteousnesse that commeth of him selfe.
