4 H559 אמרו They have said, H1980 לכו Come, H3582 ונכחידם and let us cut them off H1471 מגוי from a nation; H3808 ולא may be no H2142 יזכר in remembrance. H8034 שׁם that the name H3478 ישׂראל of Israel H5750 עוד׃ more

5 H3588 כי For H3289 נועצו they have consulted together H3820 לב with one consent: H3162 יחדו with one consent: H5921 עליך against H1285 ברית they are confederate H3772 יכרתו׃ they are confederate

6 H168 אהלי The tabernacles H123 אדום of Edom, H3459 וישׁמעאלים and the Ishmaelites; H4124 מואב of Moab, H1905 והגרים׃ and the Hagarenes;

7 H1381 גבל Gebal, H5983 ועמון and Ammon, H6002 ועמלק and Amalek; H6429 פלשׁת the Philistines H5973 עם with H3427 ישׁבי the inhabitants H6865 צור׃ of Tyre;

8 H1571 גם also H804 אשׁור Assur H3867 נלוה is joined H5973 עמם with H1961 היו them: they have H2220 זרוע helped H1121 לבני the children H3876 לוט of Lot. H5542 סלה׃ Selah.

9 H6213 עשׂה Do H1992 להם H4080 כמדין unto them as the Midianites; H5516 כסיסרא as Sisera, H2985 כיבין as Jabin, H5158 בנחל at the brook H7028 קישׁון׃ of Kison:

10 H8045 נשׁמדו perished H5874 בעין דאר at Endor: H1961 היו they became H1828 דמן dung H127 לאדמה׃ for the earth.

11 H7896 שׁיתמו Make H5081 נדיבמו their nobles H6159 כערב like Oreb, H2062 וכזאב and like Zeeb: H2078 וכזבח as Zebah, H6759 וכצלמנע and as Zalmunna: H3605 כל yea, all H5257 נסיכמו׃ their princes

13 H430 אלהי O my God, H7896 שׁיתמו make H1534 כגלגל them like a wheel; H7179 כקשׁ as the stubble H6440 לפני before H7307 רוח׃ the wind.

14 H784 כאשׁ As the fire H1197 תבער burneth H3293 יער a wood, H3852 וכלהבה and as the flame H3857 תלהט setteth the mountains on fire; H2022 הרים׃ setteth the mountains on fire;

15 H3651 כן So H7291 תרדפם persecute H5591 בסערך them with thy tempest, H5492 ובסופתך with thy storm. H926 תבהלם׃ and make them afraid

16 H4390 מלא Fill H6440 פניהם their faces H7036 קלון with shame; H1245 ויבקשׁו that they may seek H8034 שׁמך thy name, H3068 יהוה׃ O LORD.

17 H954 יבשׁו Let them be confounded H926 ויבהלו and troubled H5703 עדי forever; H5704 עד forever; H2659 ויחפרו yea, let them be put to shame, H6 ויאבדו׃ and perish:

18 H3045 וידעו That may know H3588 כי that H859 אתה thou, H8034 שׁמך whose name H3068 יהוה JEHOVAH, H905 לבדך alone H5945 עליון the most high H5921 על over H3605 כל all H776 הארץ׃ the earth.
