Genesis 24:2-9

  2 H85 And Abraham H559 said H2205 unto his oldest H5650 servant H1004 of his house, H4910 that ruled over H7760 all that he had, Put, H3027 I pray you, your hand H3409 under my thigh:

  3 H7650 And I will make you swear H3068 by the Lord, H430 the God H8064 of heaven, H430 and the God H776 of the earth, H3947 that you shall not take H802 a wife H1121 unto my son H1323 of the daughters H3669 of the Canaanites, H7130 among H3427 whom I live:

  4 H3212 But you shall go H776 unto my country, H4138 and to my relatives, H3947 and take H802 a wife H1121 unto my son H3327 Isaac.

  5 H5650 And the servant H559 said H802 unto him, what if the woman H14 will not be willing H3212 to follow H310 me H776 unto this land: H7725 must I needs bring H1121 your son H7725 again H776 unto the land H3318 from from where you came?

  6 H85 And Abraham H559 said H8104 unto him, Beware H7725 you that you bring H6435 not H1121 my son H7725 there again.

  7 H3068 The Lord H430 God H8064 of heaven, H3947 which took me H1 from my father's H1004 house, H776 and from the land H4138 of my relatives, H1696 and which spoke H7650 unto me, and that swore H559 unto me, saying, H2233 Unto your seed H5414 will I give H776 this land; H7971 he shall send H4397 his angel H6440 before you, H3947 and you shall take H802 a wife H1121 unto my son from there.

  8 H802 And if the woman H14 will not be willing H3212 to follow H310 you, H5352 then you shall be clear H7621 from this my oath: H7725 only bring H1121 not my son H7725 there again.

  9 H5650 And the servant H7760 put H3027 his hand H3409 under the thigh H85 of Abraham H113 his master, H7650 and swore H5921 to him concerning H2088 that H1697 matter.
