2 Chronicles 13:2-22 He reigned three years in Jerusalem. His mother’s name also was Michaiah the daughter of Uriel of Gibeah. And there was war between Abijah and Jeroboam.

3 H29 And Abijah H631 set H4421 the battle H631 in array H2428 with an army H1368 of valiant H4421 men of war, H702 even four H3967 hundred H7239 thousand H505 H970 chosen H376 men: H3379 Jeroboam H4421 also set the battle H6186 in array H5973 against H8083 him with eight H3967 hundred H7239 thousand H505 H970 chosen H376 men, H1368 being mighty H2428 men of valor.

4 H29 And Abijah H6965 stood H2022 up on mount H6787 Zemaraim, H834 which H2022 is in mount H669 Ephraim, H559 and said, H8085 Hear H3379 me, you Jeroboam, H3605 and all H3478 Israel;

5 H3045 Ought you not to know H3068 that the LORD H430 God H3478 of Israel H5414 gave H4467 the kingdom H5921 over H3478 Israel H1732 to David H5769 for ever, H1121 even to him and to his sons H1285 by a covenant H4417 of salt?

6 H3379 Yet Jeroboam H1121 the son H5028 of Nebat, H5650 the servant H8010 of Solomon H1121 the son H1732 of David, H6965 is risen H4775 up, and has rebelled H5921 against H113 his lord.

9 H5080 Have you not cast H3548 out the priests H3068 of the LORD, H1121 the sons H175 of Aaron, H3881 and the Levites, H6213 and have made H3548 you priests H5971 after the manner of the nations H776 of other lands? H3605 so that whoever H935 comes H3027 to consecrate H3027 himself H1121 with a young H1241 H6499 bullock H7651 and seven H352 rams, H3548 the same may be a priest H3808 of them that are no H430 gods.

10 H3068 But as for us, the LORD H430 is our God, H5800 and we have not forsaken H3548 him; and the priests, H8334 which minister H3068 to the LORD, H1121 are the sons H175 of Aaron, H3881 and the Levites H4399 wait on their business:

17 H29 And Abijah H5971 and his people H5221 slew H7227 them with a great H4347 slaughter: H5307 so there fell H2491 down slain H3478 of Israel H2568 five H3967 hundred H7239 thousand H505 H970 chosen H376 men.

19 H29 And Abijah H7291 pursued H310 after H3379 Jeroboam, H3920 and took H5892 cities H1008 from him, Bethel H1323 with the towns H3466 thereof, and Jeshanah H1323 with the towns H6085 thereof, and Ephraim H1323 with the towns thereof.

20 H3808 Neither H3379 did Jeroboam H6113 recover H3581 strength H5750 again H3117 in the days H29 of Abijah: H3068 and the LORD H5062 struck H4191 him, and he died.

21 H29 But Abijah H2388 waxed mighty, H5375 and married H702 fourteen H6246 H802 wives, H3205 and begat H6242 twenty H8147 and two H1121 sons, H8337 and sixteen H6240 H1323 daughters.
