ABU(i)
And he says to them: My soul is exceedingly sorrowful, unto death; tarry here, and watch.
And going forward a little, he fell on the ground, and prayed that, if it were possible, the hour might pass from him.
And he said: Abba, Father, all things are possible to thee; take away this cup from me; but not what I will, but what thou wilt.
And he comes, and finds them sleeping. And he says to Peter: Simon, sleepest thou? Couldest thou not watch one hour?
Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation. The spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
And again he went away and prayed, saying the same words.
And returning, he found them again sleeping, for their eyes were heavy; and they knew not what to answer him.
And he comes the third time, and says to them: Do ye sleep the remaining time, and take your rest? It is enough, the hour is come; behold, the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.
Rise, let us go; behold, he that betrays me is at hand.
