Deuteronomy 9:13-20

  13 H3068 Furthermore the LORD H559 [H8799] spoke H559 [H8800] to me, saying, H7200 [H8804] I have seen H5971 this people, H6203 H7186 and, behold, it is a stiffnecked H5971 people:

  14 H7503 [H8685] Let me alone, H8045 [H8686] that I may desolate H4229 [H8799] them, and blot out H8034 their name H8064 from under heaven: H6213 [H8799] and I will make H854 of H1471 thee a nation H6099 mightier H7227 and greater than they.

  15 H6437 [H8799] So I turned H3381 [H8799] and came down H2022 from the mount, H2022 and the mount H1197 [H8802] burned H784 with fire: H8147 and the two H3871 tables H1285 of the covenant H8147 were in my two H3027 hands.

  16 H7200 [H8799] And I looked, H2398 [H8804] and, behold, ye had sinned H3068 against the LORD H430 your God, H6213 [H8804] and had made H4541 you a molten H5695 calf: H5493 [H8804] ye had turned aside H4118 quickly H1870 from the way H3068 which the LORD H6680 [H8765] had commanded you.

  17 H8610 [H8799] And I took H8147 the two H3871 tables, H7993 [H8686] and cast H5921 them out of H8147 my two H3027 hands, H7665 [H8762] and broke H5869 them before your eyes.

  18 H5307 [H8691] And I fell down H6440 at the face of H3068 the LORD, H7223 as at the first, H705 forty H3117 days H705 and forty H3915 nights: H398 [H8804] I neither ate H3899 bread, H8354 [H8804] nor drank H4325 water, H2403 because of all your sins H2398 [H8804] which ye sinned, H6213 [H8800] in doing H7451 wickedly H5869 in the eyes H3068 of the LORD, H3707 [H8687] to vex him.

  19 H3025 [H8804] For I was afraid H6440 of H639 the anger H2534 and hot anger, H3068 with which the LORD H7107 [H8804] was bursting in rage H8045 [H8687] with you to desolate H3068 you. But the LORD H8085 [H8799] hearkened H6471 to me at that time also.

  20 H3068 And the LORD H3966 was very H599 [H8694] angry H175 with Aaron H8045 [H8687] to have desolated H6419 [H8691] him: and I prayed H175 for Aaron H6256 also at the same time.
