Romanian⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁵ În adevăr, ceice trăiesc după îndemnurile firii pămînteşti, umblă după lucrurile firii pămînteşti; pe cînd cei ce trăiesc după îndemnurile Duhului, umblă după lucrurile Duhului. ⁶ Şi umblarea după lucrurile firii pămînteşti, este moarte, pe cînd umblarea după lucrurile Duhului este viaţă şi pace. ⁷ Fiindcă umblarea după lucrurile firii pămînteşti este vrăjmăşie împotriva lui Dumnezeu, căci, ea nu se supune Legii lui Dumnezeu, şi nici nu poate să se supună. ⁸ Deci, ceice sînt pămînteşti, nu pot să placă lui Dumnezeu. ⁹ Voi însă nu mai sînteţi pămînteşti, ci duhovniceşti, dacă Duhul lui Dumnezeu locuieşte în adevăr în voi. Dacă n'are cineva Duhul lui Hristos, nu este al Lui.

Ukrainian⁽ⁱ⁾ ⁵ Бо ті, хто ходить за тілом, думають про тілесне, а хто за духом про духовне. ⁶ Бо думка тілесна то смерть, а думка духовна життя та мир, ⁷ думка бо тілесна ворожнеча на Бога, бо не кориться Законові Божому, та й не може. ⁸ І ті, хто ходить за тілом, не можуть догодити Богові. ⁹ А ви не в тілі, але в дусі, бо Дух Божий живе в вас. А коли хто не має Христового Духа, той не Його.

Коли ж хто Духа Христового не має, то сей не Його.
