Genesis 18:20-33

  20 H3068 And the LORD H559 said [H8799]   H2201 , Because the cry H5467 of Sodom H6017 and Gomorrah H7227 is great H2403 , and because their sin H3966 is very H3513 grievous [H8804]  ;
  21 H3381 I will go down [H8799]   H7200 now, and see [H8799]   H6213 whether they have done [H8804]   H3617 altogether H6818 according to the cry H935 of it, which is come [H8802]   H3045 unto me; and if not, I will know [H8799]  .
  22 H582 And the men H6437 turned their faces [H8799]   H3212 from thence, and went [H8799]   H5467 toward Sodom H85 : but Abraham H5975 stood [H8802]   H5750 yet H6440 before H3068 the LORD.
  23 H85 And Abraham H5066 drew near [H8799]   H559 , and said [H8799]   H5595 , Wilt thou also destroy [H8799]   H6662 the righteous H5973 with H7563 the wicked?
  24 H3426 Peradventure there be H2572 fifty H6662 righteous H8432 within H5892 the city H5595 : wilt thou also destroy [H8799]   H5375 and not spare [H8799]   H4725 the place H4616 for H2572 the fifty H6662 righteous H7130 that are therein?
  25 H2486 That be far H6213 from thee to do [H8800]   H1697 after this manner H4191 , to slay [H8687]   H6662 the righteous H7563 with the wicked H6662 : and that the righteous H7563 should be as the wicked H2486 , that be far H8199 from thee: Shall not the Judge [H8802]   H776 of all the earth H6213 do [H8799]   H4941 right?
  26 H3068 And the LORD H559 said [H8799]   H4672 , If I find [H8799]   H5467 in Sodom H2572 fifty H6662 righteous H8432 within H5892 the city H5375 , then I will spare [H8804]   H4725 all the place for their sakes.
  27 H85 And Abraham H6030 answered [H8799]   H559 and said [H8799]   H2974 , Behold now, I have taken upon me [H8689]   H1696 to speak [H8763]   H136 unto the Lord H595 , which H6083 am but dust H665 and ashes:
  28 H2637 Peradventure there shall lack [H8799]   H2568 five H2572 of the fifty H6662 righteous H7843 : wilt thou destroy [H8686]   H5892 all the city H2568 for lack of five H559 ? And he said [H8799]   H4672 , If I find [H8799]   H705 there forty H2568 and five H7843 , I will not destroy [H8686]   it .
  29 H1696 And he spake [H8763]   H3254 unto him yet again [H8686]   H559 , and said [H8799]   H705 , Peradventure there shall be forty H4672 found [H8735]   H559 there. And he said [H8799]   H6213 , I will not do [H8799]   H705 it for forty's sake.
  30 H559 And he said [H8799]   H4994 unto him, Oh H136 let not the Lord H2734 be angry [H8799]   H1696 , and I will speak [H8762]   H7970 : Peradventure there shall thirty H4672 be found [H8735]   H559 there. And he said [H8799]   H6213 , I will not do [H8799]   H4672 it, if I find [H8799]   H7970 thirty there.
  31 H559 And he said [H8799]   H2974 , Behold now, I have taken upon me [H8689]   H1696 to speak [H8763]   H136 unto the Lord H6242 : Peradventure there shall be twenty H4672 found [H8735]   H559 there. And he said [H8799]   H7843 , I will not destroy [H8686]   H6242 it for twenty's sake.
  32 H559 And he said [H8799]   H136 , Oh let not the Lord H2734 be angry [H8799]   H1696 , and I will speak [H8762]   H389 yet H6471 but this once H6235 : Peradventure ten H4672 shall be found [H8735]   H559 there. And he said [H8799]   H7843 , I will not destroy [H8686]   H6235 it for ten's sake.
  33 H3068 And the LORD H3212 went his way [H8799]   H834 , as soon as H3615 he had left [H8765]   H1696 communing [H8763]   H85 with Abraham H85 : and Abraham H7725 returned [H8804]   H4725 unto his place.
